"And that is not my business. I travel for the express purpose of gaining knowledge." Durithill said, a learned glint in his eye. He turned back to Nargarensis, hoping this man didn't want him to commit more acts of murder or want to kill him.

Violent's face went a beat red as her anger grew once again, pulling her whip out from her pocket, swinging it out in front of her, keeping het on Durithill, fogetting all about the other man that sat there. "Then I'll make it you're business!" She threated, clearing her throat, Midnight, jumping onto her head, staring down at Durithill as well. A evil smile set to Violent's face as she waiting to see what action Durithill would take next...

"Swing that toy around all you want, it's not going to change my mind. I've had enough chaos in my life. From the begining all I've wanted to do is live, just live, but people like you prevent me from doing that." Durithill said, his back still to Violet as he continued to wait for a reply from Nargarensis.

Hearing conversation not too far away, Veronica turned her head to the commotion, then back to where the footsteps were heard. With a quick desicion, Vampire dashed towards the conversation with her scythe ready. Staying concealled in the trees, She pressed her back up against the trunk of what seemed an old tree and gazed around it. ...What's this all about? Those men... They were in the bar...

Violent grew a crimson red as she clenched her 'toy' as what Durithill had called her uniqe weapon. As she took a step forward towards him, his back still to her, Violent turned around, her back facing his as she started to walk away, Midnight on her head, letting out small noises filled with anger towards Durithill. Placing her hand on the raven's beak, it slowly settled down, as Violent gazed up at the full moon that shined brightly above them. A weak smile slid to her face as she let out a small sigh, beginning to speak in a low manner. "Maybe soon you'll realized that I'm right... and you'll come to your senses..." She stopped there, lowered her gaze as she started to walk slowly towards the heart of the dark forest once again, Midnight nestled in her hair...

((sorry I've been go so long. Kinda got cabin fever in my dorm room)

Nargarensis watched the girl leave. Violet you harpy. He thought to himself. I will crush you along with those other pretentious fools from the council with delusions of grandeur.

Nargarensis turned back to Durithill. "Well it has been a long while and you seem to have changed much. The real question here is whether or not you remember me."

"I remember everyone I've ever talked to, and I don't remember you." he said, his arms crossing under his cloak. "But if you intend to tell me about your relation with, choose your words carefuly, the trees have ears." he said, gesturing to the tree which Veronica was hiding behind.

((Violet's not with the council anymore.))

Veronica could help but smile. Damn, he has good hearing.. She thought to herself, staying hidden in the darkness. Her back was parallel to the tree and her hands layed flat against it, her palms taking the form of the tree. Hopefully th eother one doesn't notice me, he didn't exactly say someone was hidden amongst the trees... She silently thought. She was completely hidden.

"Ughh.." Raine grunted as she was ported to the demonic realm, the second time tonight. As her feet hit the ground, the dull sound of her heels was rather loud. Straightening out her clothing, Raine whipped her cloak she had equpped before she came through, and crossed her arms over her chest beneath her cloak in a fashion symbolizing she was cold. "I need to find him..." She mumbled as a shiver ran down her spine from a bone-chilling gust of wind, sending leaves whipping around her. She should be used to it, she was, after all, a controller of ice. But that all changed after the transformation... She couldn't even touch ice without getting cold. Rubbing her arms tenderly for warmth, Raine looked two different ways. One, towards teh forest, then the other the opposite way into town. "If I know him well enough..." She muttered, beginning to walk the empy streets, "then he should be in the forest..." Sheiro completed her sentence. Her pace began to quicken into a run. At least this would warm her up, getting her blood moving.

((I know, my guy hates the people that were on the council and left for whatever reason))

Nargarensis nodded and had his pet owl scope out the tree from above. A psychic connection with him allowed Nargarensis to see what it saw. "Hmph. Well no matter. I think that you'd be interested in a proposition."
PostPosted: Fri Sep 29, 2006 5:57 pm

"If it's another "proposition" like the one I just heard, I'm not interested." Durithill said, looking Nargarensis in the eyes to emphasize his point.

Nargarensis' eyes narrowed at this. "It would seem that you've forgotten what you were, but I expected as much." Nargarensis looked at the ground for a moment in thought. How could he have forgotten? Could it be that...no. That couldn't be the case.

He looked back up at Durithill. "Would you at least tell me the oldest memory you have? I...want to know something."

Durithill seemed to regard him for a minute, then said. "499,995 years ago, five years after I was born. Why?" he said, a questioning look on his face.

Adromelek downs a massive dose of the melange, almost the entire sack of it. His mind reels as a thousand raods to the future lay out before him. He searches the near future for where Durithill is, and he's not far, in a copse of trees. He walks in the direction the vision points to as the prescience fades along with the slight high it had given him. He walks stealthily, his movements rhythmless and fey as the wind, until he hears voices. He can recognise Durithill's voice but doesn't recognise the others. He hid amongst the trees, waiting for a more oppertune time to show himself.

Veronica pressed against the tree even harder. Who the hell was this guy? And why was everyone proposing their wishes to him? Veronica stayed in place, listening silently, hoping Durithill had forgotten about her. Why would this.. guy care what his oldest memory was? She thought shifting her eyes so she could see them, but only slightly.

Raine lifted her hands to her face, blowing on them to warm up. They were ice cold to the touch. What's wrong with me lately? She thought to herself, coming to the edge of the forest, no rubbing her hands together, causing little friction. Why am I so.. cold?

Manuvering her way around the forest, 'Fayt' was thinking. Well, what if he doesn't... care anymore? Has he forgotten me? Raine shook her head to her thoughts, brining her shaking hands up to her face again for warmth. No, he wouldn't have remembered me in the pub if that was the case.. She thought again, ducking beneath a bare branch. Most of the leaves had fallen off of the trees already. Standing upon natural debris, the fullmoon shone through the naked canopy upon Raine. She couldn't take it anymore, she was freezing. With a ragged breath, Raine slipped her chilled hands onto her upper arm to try to warm herself. Even with the cloak, she was cold.

((Haha! There's going to be three people hiding in the trees now! XDD))
