Hikaru got out of the water, and stood on land, and started to stretch. He then eyed Shikatsu's electrical impules in his mucles. He then looked directly at Shikatsu. "So what type of training are we going to be doing?"

"Well then lets get to work." Hikaru was playing with a Kunai knife with his fingers, and then with a slight twitch of his wrist he threw it at high speed twords Shikatsu. He then charged in as fast as he could.

Shikatsu easily advoid the kunai he then grabbed his swords and attached webs to them and swung them at Hikaru "you do need to work on your speed" ((109/113))

Hikaru repealed the blades using large electrical blasts, then he unsheathed his Wakasashi and continued his charge. When he got close enough he slashed diagonolly at his opponent with one wakazashi.

Shikatsu stood there as his body got covered a golden metallic alloy the wakazashi hit the alloy "if that all you you have this isnt going to be much of a fight" he then grabbed the wakazashi and threw it

Hikaru noticed the metal around the body and pressed one of his hands lightly on it, he then sent an enormous electrical discharge through it. "Metal conducts electricity."

Shikatsu got shocked and fell to the ground and smiled "dang that hurt but ive had something like this happen to me before he then managed to do a single hand sign sonic enchantment he then started to whistle but as he did nothing happened ((97/109))

((Hmm sence it affects the part of my brain that controlls sight, and im blind, its ineffective. Just like Hitomi. or at least so i was told.))
Hikaru noticed the electrical twitching of Shikatsu's hand seal, but saw no effect. So he made his own hand seals boosting his speed hugely.

He then charged in on his opponent and sent an electrical shock wave tword him.

((note to self thinks things through first oh and in order to increase your speed that much you have to use 20 chakra points)) shikatsu then hit him self over the head "gah hes blind duh" he then rolled out of the way and got out of the way but only dodged the attack by a little bit and the armor fell off

((I know i did i was at 50 then went down to 30, lets see 5-3 OH THATS Twenty chakra points!))
Hikaru followed his electrical attack with speed, and as it arrived at his opponent he jumped to the logical dodging side, and slashed down with his other Wakazashi. "Well am I getting better?"

Hikaru followed him closely, but did not overtake him. As soon as his enemy was in the water however, he sent another electrical blast into it. However Hikaru never touched the water himself "Water also conducts electricity!" but shoot im running low on Chakra. He thought to himself.
