Copycat could smell the fire on the wind. It wasn't a good smell, especially at a time like this. She hoped that escape from the field would be possible while the blaze wasn't close to her yet.

Copycat looked at the sky... it was still really bright ... there was plenty of day light left. Copycat had figured earlier that she could possibly wait out the sunlight and sneak away in the darkness of a new moon, but with the firey inferno that no longer seemed like an option.

(( biggrin Haha! There's still lots of light outside and it's a NEW MOON. Take THAT Tally!))

But, a fire? That was an unmistakeable sound. And a body falling? On top of Jones? Was this guy a magnet or something? Quickly scurrying round the skeleton, she quickly assesed the situation, hoping that once again, Jones could take care of the fire. "Oh you poor thing. What have they done to you?" Quickly, she reached into the pouch on her belt, and fished out a two small vials, both with a runic labels. The first was a clear oily liquid, which she dabbed under Hell-Hound's nose with her finger. The second had a sludge coloured liquid inside. "I know it looks disgusting, but it works," she apologised as she offered the vial to him, "It just speeds up the healing process. You only need a little, just take a sip. The oil will help you re-gain your breath quickly."

((OOC: And yes, she could re-attach your ear if given the time, and done soon enough.))
((Hurrah! :D))

"Huh...?" The tall lady's concerns was brought to Hell Hound's attention as he slowly turned his head and looked up at her, his eyes squinting before half-opening again. The tree's impact still had it's dulling effect on his senses, doubling his sight and putting him into a stupor. Iphynsa's finger poking at the front of his face produced a slow, involuntary flinch. Hell Hound grew curious of her, wondering of her motive. When she offered the vial to him, he concentrated on taking it from her, his unsteady hand trying to grasp for it. After a couple of tries, he successfully grabs it, putting it into his mouth and taking only a sip, just as he was told. Showing no initial reaction from the liquid's horrible taste, a stupidly gleeful expression filled Hell Hound's face. "Why, thaannnk you sooo much for your wonderful, wonderful kindness! You're such a kind lady..." His arm streched up and out to give back the strange vial, face sporting a dumb grin and his tail lazily wagging.

The bad-tasting vial's effects was already effecting Hell Hound, his sight showing clarity and normal thoughts beginning to seep back into his head. In the corner of his eye, he spots something rapidly approaching. A large, unrooted tree came rolling and bouncing, right at him and Iphynsa. Hell Hound sat there dumbfounded and staring. "Hmm... Why does that look so familiar...?"

((OOC: Kurogo - I guessed she would be, and everything you've said so far was fine, I was just warning you for when she stood up. xd ))

Relaxing a little to see Hell Hound respond so well to the medicine, Iphynsa took back the vial, put the cork back in the neck, and slipped it back in her pouch to re-join the rest of the vials. "Looks like I'll have to get more of these sent after today," she thought, as a large shadow and a whooshing noise rushed to meet them.

Reacting quickly, an incredibly large gust of wind swept the tree aside, almost purely by sheer luck it didn't hit anything else or simply spin and come down on her anyway. She still wasn't so good at controlling things under pressure, although when calm things went much much better. Remembering this, she took a deep breath, and the fog that had appeared for the last few seconds lifted again, leaving everything slightly damp, which would hinder the fire's advance for a few seconds. Unfortunately, this was pretty much already negated, as the wind had whipped up the flames a little higher.

Taking a couple more deep breaths, she turned to Hell Hound again. "Are you ok now? I should probably go and make it rain for a bit."

((OOC: Ask now for the ear. razz ))

((Tally's suit melts in rain. :O Not sure if you want to do that, though. The suit is the only thing controlling her powers. For the most part, anyway.
And Stu, there's plenty of time for the werewolf. Right now, I have more fun things to do. Like burning you alive. =D))

At last, Tally emerged from the flames relatively near the group she had sent the trees flying at. She stood still, glaring at them for a minute as if daring them to say something, then turned sharply and walking away. Another tree exploded, but it was far off, too far to cause damage. Tally knew she wouldn't get any easy victims here, and she had to refuel soon or her suit would be taking her blood.

((Ooh, make it rain, make it rain! X3 It'll be funfun.))

Well, having startled Copycat Animeistro had been amused for the time being, but his concern right now was the fire, if the fire kept going, there was going to be smoke everywhere, which might lead to his discovery, so he had to think of a way to put it out.
Unfortunately, he had not mastered his command of air density enough to do that, he could not totally starve the fire of oxygen, even in a little area, a whole field was out of the question.
So he just opted that they wouldn't notice him.
((Rain would probably have the same effect D: ))

((Thanks Mistyfish. xp ))

After Iphynsa took back her vial, Hell Hound got up and dusted himself off. The aches and pains in his body were soon lifted thanks to the medicine. Surprisingly, the piece of Hell Hound's ear was still clenched in his other hand. An idea popped into his mind: if Iphynsa was able to help him heal that much, perhaps she can re-attach the piece of his ear back as well? It was worth a shot.

He presented the piece of flesh to her. "Umm... If you haven't noticed, I got this hole in my ear..." he points to the ear with the unfortunate ailment. "And I was hoping, that if it isn't too much to ask, if you could do something about it?" His face showed a bit of embarrisment. What she had done for him was already way more than enough, he hoped that he could repay her somehow after this was done.

((I'm waiting for Fish's response before I post a reaction to Tally. X3; ))

((OOC: Muahahaa! I shall wreak havoc with rain!))

Also brushing herself off from the assorted mess of ground dirt, and bits of moss and things that had fallen from the uprooted tree while it was above them, Iphynsa straightened up. "Oh, I'm sorry, I had assumed that was an old wound. It's been a while since I've seen you. And yes I can, if it's not been cut off for too long." She rummaged in her pouch again, and came out with a vial very similar to the one she had made Hell Hound drink. This time though, the liquid was thicker, and a brighter sludgy colour, if that was possible.

Undoing the cork, and putting some on her finger, she reached up a little and applied it onto the edge of the wound. "Sorry if that stings," she said, as she took the rest of Hell Hound's ear from his outstretched hand, and stuck it back on. It didn't seem to want to stick, as the edges had already begun to clot, so she quickly applied a different vial to open it up again, and tried to stick it back on again. This time, the edges began to knit themselved together again. "It will leave quite a scar, as it was left a while, and it will be easily torn off again for a while, but that should stay put as long as you look after it." Coughing from the now smoke laden air, she added, "and now I'm afraid I really do have to go now."

Walking in the direction away from the fire, and into the wind, she quickly spotted a tree that would be good to climb. She would need a view of the clouds, and a place to concentrate in to make it rain enough to be effective; too little, and it would just evaporate and drain her energy.

((OOC: I hope the taking is ok OD; I just dont' want to hold everyone up.))

((The taking is fine. xd ))

The healing procedure only stung alittle, and Hell Hound was able to keep himself still while Iphynsa patched up his ear. "Thanks Iphy." he said, feeling rather content at the moment. ((I hope you don't mind the nick, Fish. xd ; )) He waved bye to her as she left for the tree. He stood there in the smoke, his resistence to fire naturally unhindering his breathing. The ash that was sure to come however, was definately going to bother him.

Then came Tally, who now stood a few yards (or meters) from Hell Hound, her presence radiating threat. His eyes were fixed on her, his mouth open from surprise. Then it slowly closed and he scratched his head, his mood slowly sifting into confusion. Finally, as if nothing had happened, she turned around and left. "Geez... what has gotten over Tally?" Hell Hound was befuddled. And with that, he was immediately distracted by the ring around his neck. He spun it around for a few moments, before a piece of ash hit him in the eye. "... Ow."

The area around him began to prove bothersome, and so Hell Hound walked in an aimless direction. At the corner of his eye, he spotted something, or more specifically, someone walking away in the distance. The figure was very familiar. Very gray and.... stripey. It didn't take much longer to realize that it was the difficult lady in the cat suit. He certainly wasn't going to let her get away with what she did to him. Hell Hound zoomed across the area, rapidly approaching Copycat. Just as he had closed off enough distance, he leaped right at her, getting a second chance for a tackle/pounce.

Darkstu's ticket to a possible large bounty was walking away. Now at a great sniping spot atop a tree that WASN'T on fire, Darkstu readied her weapon.

Sling Fire this time held a dark black pellet. A bit on the small side, it looked almost perfectly spherecal, the hot red light of the raging flames reflecting off it's shiney hard surface.

Darkstu aimed. Though she was a tad distanced, the powers of sling fire knew not of the limits of this world. The shot would always fire in a stright line, no amount of wind, gravity, or any other element could pull the bullet away from its path, and its path, was for Tally's back.

((D< I'm SURE there are "exceptions" so as you guys come up with ways to try to stop me I'll deal with them...))

The drumming of Hell Hounds rapid approach caught the ears of the fleeing Copycat. Turning to see a that the doggish character had decided to imitate a speeding torpedo, Copycat did the only thing she could think of...

...scream and hope the impact wouldn't kill her outright.

((can't really think of anything to post... )= I'll just leave it at that and go for a counter to the next move...))

Copycat's scream pierced through Hell Hound's ears, startling him mid-way through his ambush. He flailed in the air as if to go backwards, unfortunately it served only as an amusing sight. With a resounding thud, he and Copycat tumbled across the tall grass, Hell Hound's speed pushed them to go quite far.

After a few seconds, the makeshift gray fuzz-wheel slowed to a complete stop. They now layed by a baseball field-sized lake surrounded with a generous helping of trees. Hell Hound layed sprawled face first on Copycat, too dizzy to make sense of anything at the moment.

Tally sensed something approaching her rapidly and turned around. What appeared to be a small black projectile was speeding towards her. She tried to stop it with telekinesis, but to no avail. The projectile was coming nearer and nearer, speeding up if anything. Suddenly, time seemed to slow down. It was as if everything were in slow motion. Tally bent over backwards, barely half a foot from the ground. The projectile whizzed over her, spinning slightly. Once it had passed, she stood upright again and time was back to normal. Without saying a word, without warning of any kind, Tally sent a blast of telekinetic energy towards Darkstu, at least the size of the average minivan. In case that didn't work, she was ready. With flying fingers, she entered a new code into her suit. Some hand-to-hand combat wouldn't hurt, would it? She rose slowly into the air, almost as if gravity had been turned off, and shot with an impressive burst of speed, right at Darkstu.

((For the record, she didn't really slow time down, it just seemed that it did. MATRIX. >D))
