Sliding her application under a pile of books on the reception desk, Ruby picks up a book on lockpicking for beginners and finds a nice corner to read in.

Katane Cryllia "But my dear...that can't be!" She looks horrified at the thought of one so young wandering about Gaia in all kinds of weather. "Why don't.....Why don't we just put down that you live with me, eh?" she says, modifying the application. "And also, you can live there." She nods and looks hopeful.Um....I guess that would work. Where do you live? The library? The thought actually seemed pleasant to Katane. After all, there were lots of worse places to live. "Something like that. Why don't you join me here at closing time and I'll show you. Then you can decide, eh?"

Say...
The man flashed a friendly smile at the librarian, revealing his pearly white teeth and ran his fingers through his hair. He looked somewhat embarrassed by his inquiry and shifted his weight from foot to foot. Had he been animated, he would've no doubt had a large sweatdrop by his head.
What would be a good book to red before going to bed? I suffer from pretty bad insomnia and I need something to calm my brain, preferably without actually boring me. Any idea what would be good for that?

The Librarian giggles, obviously touched by the young mans charms. "Well, what are you into?" she asks, then blushes as she realizes what she's said.

Lasreaine opened the door to the library softly on account of those within, a copy of most recent newspaper clenched to her chest. Reaching up with her free hand to make sure her hair was still in acceptable order her green eyes take in the sight of happy people and their books. Las was no stranger to libraries, and noting the large stacks of unorganized books lying around on the tables she began to understand the notice in the paper. Turning to the front desk Las noted the man speaking with what must be the librarian. Deciding to wait off to the side until the pair finished their talk she stepped away from the door and looked around some more, trying to locate the section she would be most interested in browsing through for a few minutes.

Byaggha looked up from tracing the useless runes and noticed Ruby in the library. Grinning, she magically closed the tome she was reading and levitated it back to it's place on the shelf. When she finished, she flitted rapidly over to Ruby's shoulder and peeked at the book she was reading.
Psst. What's that?

Byaggha Byaggha looked up from tracing the useless runes and noticed Ruby in the library. Grinning, she magically closed the tome she was reading and levitated it back to it's place on the shelf. When she finished, she flitted rapidly over to Ruby's shoulder and peeked at the book she was reading.Psst. What's that? “A guide on how to blackmail those in possession of pie in 50 languages.” Ruby grinned and flipped over to the front cover. “My lock picking needs work, so I figured this would be a good place to read up on the subject. Nothing terribly interesting, but vital none the less. The ratio of nOObs locked into bump threads is increasing rapidly, you never know when you could be asked to step in.”

Coming back from the downstairs area, Kyraa moved to work on stacking the books. The day before she had managed most of the arts section. Today was for Mod reference.
