I got it! I got TMNT 3 and Pheonix Wright Ace Attorney for a grand total of $15 'cause I traded in games that suck! Woot!

I saw it at Gamestop, but I was doing Christmas shopping and didn't have enough dough afterward to buy it. Hopefully I'll get it for Christmas.
(Besides that, I've already bought myself $75 worth of TMNT toys recently... well... X bought me the 6 figures at Wal-Mart for an early Christmas present, but it was my money of course... and then I bought the TRU exclusive SWAT box set for myself.)

You bought... the SWAT set... *L* I want that, I'll admit but just becaues it's damn funny!
Todd and I are talking about getting some of the Mega Blocks stuff and putting them together while doing our Ninja Turtles Christmas "event" this year. *dances*
Oh and game wise, yeah... um like I said on the other thread I'm gonna suck at this game and I'm a pretty bad judge of saying whether a game's good or not so it's sorta sad that I was the first to get it. Besides, I got it on DS so I don't know how useful my review would be.

Wouldn't help too much, as I don't have DS (yet)
I wanted the set mostly for the awesome SWAT Dark Shadow Turtlebot repaint... But the Casey repaint is cool too. I could have done without the Mikey repaint though... the figure itself is unchanged; it's just his removable armor that's different.

Oh! A thought on the game. I dunno if this is well known 'cause I do NOT keep up with game news, so I'll put it in white just in case. It's regarding the "friends" section of the instruction booklet.

They list Karai as a friend. OMGWTFBBQSUSHI?!?! When did they create this game? Did they not already know that Karai's an evil whorebeast?

I am wondering how Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney goes for you... it's one of those "innovative" DS games, along with Under the Knife, and some others. Let me know how it plays! Oh, you've got to get Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow for the DS... I don't know if you're a fan of the CV series, but the game is absolutely brilliant. 3nodding And I have yet to get TMNT2, TMNT3, and Battle Nexus for the GameCube. One day I will... one day. wink

I played a little TMNT 3 last night and so far I was enjoying it but one of the things it has you do with the touch screen killed me... or rather killed Leonardo... by repeated electric shock. whee
So far I'm loving Pheonix Wright. I love puzzle games and if you think about it that's sorta what this is. Yes boys and girls believe it or not I do use my brain occasionally. It's on a rare occasion but... well y'know.

I think Mutant Nightmare is supposed to take place in Season 3 with elements of Season 4... but don't quote me on that. I haven't played the bloody thing yet.
Besides, Karai being listed as a friend can't be any weirder thant the Playmates site listing Fugitoid as an enemy...

Who knew trading in Lunar (CRAPPY game) and three crappy and random Advance games would get me over $40 in credit! I about peed when I heard the total for my two games was $15!

congrats on getting the game, lady leo. now someone just has to get the regular version 3nodding
*wonders who it will be*
i'm currently busy with batman: rise of sin zsu (SP?), spider-man 2, soul calibur 2, making wrestlers in DoR2, and I haven't even gotten to mario golf on the GCN yet sweatdrop
so i don't think i'll be getting TMNT 3 right away cry
i also have to get mutant melee sweatdrop
and like S said, dburger, TMNT 2's subtitle is battle nexus 3nodding
oh and about karai...IIRC, in season 3 (which is what TMNT3 is based off of), karai is still considered as a friend to the turtles even though she's with shredder. it's only at the end of the season where she stabs leo that leo realizes she's really/truly an enemy of theirs. so i think in TMNT4, she will be a villain to them.
anybody know who the hidden playable characters are in this game? it's possible she's one of them again 3nodding
