Slayer the Fallen Ummm. Now? As of currently? Rei-kun has no clue. But Rei-kun does now that ghostie is still in the park. Yep yep! *Grinning sheepishly, the kid scratched the back of his head.* "Fine, fine... let me see inside one of those blankets." ~~ Duellist looked askance. "Did I? Really?" Several very long, rotting hands burst from the wall and started to follow Midori-chan around the room. Extending as they went, so that she would be unable to be safe from them. The vampire shook his head. "You see... the amazing thing about being undead is that many so-called natural rules no longer apply..." The assassin slashed his hand across the air, and created several more of the previously used orbs. They floated in thin air, waiting to be fired.

*Rei-kun scratched the back of his head. What a silly creature, this wraith. There was nothing inside of his blankets, at least that's what he saw last time he checked. Scratching the back of his head, his dug through his pack and pulled out a blanket, holding it up for the wraith to see.*

"You see... the amazing thing about being undead is that many so-called natural rules no longer apply..." The assassin slashed his hand across the air, and created several more of the previously used orbs. They floated in thin air, waiting to be fired. It was still silly, even in Midori's eyes. However, to prevent her beloved hotel from being ruined, she would quickly take her body outside via her wings. Duellist, he was so silly. Such a large ammount of undead hands, and the ball of death.. Keh, such a combonation didn't work. There were so many ways Midori could counter, even now Midori was slicing away whatever hands got in her way, or too close. With such a weapon, it was easy too. The guitar was just for looks right? No, the flat neck of the weapon was easy for changing the grip, and changing how the scythe was used. In Midori's eyes, it was the best weapon, period.

Kinpoko sees the hands, and flaps her transparent faerie like wings, which causes her to float up in the air. She did this just in case she got herself grabbed by one of the dead hands. Which she didn't want. She then floats over to the closet door, becoming curious about what she had been hearing inside.
"Kuru... just to make sure no one is in there... and trying to trick me..."
She reaches out for the door handle, and slowly turns it. She pulls open the closet door, and tilts her head. She shrugs, seeing Rei-kun and Bertram, and not nothing, which is what she expected.
"It's just two people."

Duellist honestly didn't care, though. He could bring more hands to existence, and the deaths of his servants hardly concerned him. "Midori, this is your last chance..." he growled. "I can call forth as many of these as possible." He gestured to the balls. "I can destroy this park. This hotel. And you. I don't want to."
He tried one more time. "Midori, I want to be your friend. I've wronged you, but... I can make it up to you. You are one of the most highly talented young me...wome... people I've ever met."

*Rei-kun's head snapped back as he heard the door creak open. His muscles tensed. He was expecting to see the mean lady. But instead, he saw a floating one. The boy was filled with fascination as his gaze lay on the wings.* Ooooo. So pretty.... *He began to reach out as if to touch them.*

But this was something new. *Reminded that the wraith was still there, Rei-kun tore his gaze off of the wings and chuckled.* Silly. People dislike to see unpleasant things. So Rei-kun spares them the agony and places blankets over the dead. Easy-peasy!

She would growl, continue to slice the hands away. Able to take down many easily with a single swipe of her sickle. Such a large, light blade.. It was easy to do away with the silly hands. "But if you're really going to destroy me quit hiding behind these silly things like a pansy! you're immortal after all right? t should be no problem."

Her wings fold behind her, as she tilts her head. She giggles lightly, somewhat curious about why he was in the closet."Why were you in the closet with the other person?" She says, pointing right at Bertram. She can't really tell at the moment that Bertram is a ghost. But at the current moment, she really didn't care, she was just curious as to why they were in the closet.

"Not only do I not intend to destroy you..." the vampire began, "but I also doubt I could. You probably have all sorts of nasty tricks to play on me as soon as I get close, Midori-chan." He floated up and into the air, snapping his fingers. The hands retracted. "Still... come on. Take your best shot..." The vampire shook his head. "You really think its neccessary? Attack me."
~~
Bertram leapt up into the air. "You have one of the bodies? Take me there!" He commanded, drawing his scythe. "We might be able to catch the spectre!"

You underestimate me!" she would let a devilish grin form on her lips. she used what she'd previously learned about Duellist to her advantage. Close range combat just may be too dangerous. And so, she took to her favorite tactic. She would flip the grip on the guitar neck, turning the weapon.. Holding it as one might with a katana with the blunt end of the object pointing to the sky. Finally, pullling the stop he gripped the neck of the guitar, he would slash the scythe down, and with the added force of the pull, it would create a large gust. However, it seemed useless enough.. What would Midori hope to accomplish? Heh, with pure brute strength, he would manage to swing the scythe hard, and fast enough that the wind given from the swing, the tachikaze, would be turned to a blade itself. Where was the blade headed? Well, the only spot she could think of that just might immobalize Duellist, his neck.

*The boy rolled back onto his butt as he heard the wraith speak to him.* Dead people? Well, since you asked so nicely...Okay! Rei-kun will take you to the dead people! *Jumping to his feet, the boy skillfully bounces his way out of the closet, avoiding Kinpoko as he does so. He breaks out into another upbeat tune as he walks out of the building.*

Bertram followed through the wall, shrugging as he passed Kinpoko. "Kids today, eh?" The wraith asked, hurrying to catch up.
~~
Duellist just stood there, staring at Midori as the wind came towards him. There was a moment of buzzing, and then...
the vampire's head fell to the ground, an annoyed expression on its face as it inspected the damage done to its favourite shirt. "Well, isn't that great... you know blood is a b***h to get out of silk, yes?" The vampire clicked to its body, which was feeling around for it. "Over here, stupid!"
The body grabbed the head and put it under a shoulder. "Good shot..." the disembodied head said, blood dripping from it. "It'll take me almost a day to put that back together, and then I'd have to kill someone to take their blood... dreadfully inconvenient. Still, if you don't mind... while I'm out, could you ask Bertram if he had anything to do with those dead bodies I've been finding around the place?"
Not waiting for a response, the vampire coughed. "Take us home!"
The body walked directly into a wall. Backwards. "Grr..." Several tries later, the vampire had finally vanished.
