*she let out a small sigh, remembering what went on the past few weeks*
thats not how they're telling the story. news reports and police have been saying that the night fiend attack may have been taken care of by smash but they wont let go of when smash attacked those people. they still declare smash as a threat no matter what. that's why people have been on edge. they keep thinking there's going to be another attack.

"Yea! There's gonna be another attack and it's going to be by me if people don't get their heads out of their asses and do something right!" She stood up and headed towards the door.

Mari had decided to take them someplace that wasn't too fancy considering that Norman didn't seem like the type who liked places like that. They got to the table and she ordered a margarita to drink as she sat down.

they sat down together and ordered themselves drinks. they looked at her and smiled as shanna was the first to speak. "this is nice. i'm glad we could spend some time with you."

She nodded and smiled. "Yea. It was a good idea. Glad mom came up with it." The waiter came back with drinks and took their orders before walking away to put them in.

She just laughed and smiled. "I guess that's what everyone thought. We just didn't see it at the time, I suppose." She took a sip of her drink.

"He wrote me a song and played guitar for me on Valentine's Day last year. It was very sweet." She put her hand over to her to show off the ring that she still wore.

she looked at the ring and smiled then looked at norm and grinned. "your boy totally beat you with his proposal." he grinned back and rubbed her back. "oh you liked it all the same."

Mari looked at Norm and smiled as the waiter brought them their food and she took a bite of it. "How did you propose to her?"

he looked at her and took a bite of his food before answering her. "it was her birthday and i brought her a cake. it was decorated with strawberries and in the middle i had a ring around the center strawberry and i proposed after singing happy birthday to her." she smiled as he told the story and squeezed his leg as she ate her food.

She smiled and looked over at Shanna. "That sounds sweet. Seems about equal to me." She took another bite of her food and then took a drink of her margarita.
