Tia Wanna jsav666 HOLY s**t!!! wtf is up with girls getting into unhealthy relationships with WAY older guys that should be in prison? DONT GO NEAR THEM! most of them are *****. get a ******** STABLE relationship with someone remotely NEAR your age please! I dated someone 13.5 years older than me, and it was the most stable relationship of my life. Granted, I was 19, and he was 33. So it was hardly illegal. He didn't date me because of my age, I was the youngest girl he ever dated. And I didn't date him because of his age. We just liked each other, and got together. I know a girl who's 15, and has been dating a 21 year old for over a year. They love each other, and truly care for each other. It's not about age for them, it's about who each other is. Don' t stereotype that every case is the same. Quote: Wtf is up with girls getting pregnant as a minor? how the HELL does this happen? also, why the ******** dont they get an abortion. they quintessentially(sp?) screw up your entire life, and they know it dont you? if you are under 17.5, and are pregnant, keeping a baby is STUPID AS HELL. "but i dont want to kill a baby..." suck it up. its not a baby until the 2nd trimester. what about YOUR life, have you ever considered that? YOU MAY DIE (depending on how big you are, hieght and girth wise). I got pregnant as a teen. I was raped. Yes, I did get an abortion. I had 2 friends that had kids, one at 16, and one at 18. Guess what? Didn't ruin their lives. Wasn't the best decision, but at least they stepped up, and did what had to be done. The one who had it at 16 stayed at school. Got a job. Took classes at night. It's not always about killing a baby. Sometimes it's about money. Sometimes it's about religion. Sometimes they don't want to kill something that was made from them and their boyfriend. Again, don't generalize.

Topaz_Rising_Flame My rant.... Teens who TRY and get pregnant! One of my friends decided that she wanted a baby (at only 15), so she went off her birth control, and got preggers. She is something like 29 weeks now... and thinks that everything is going to be given to her for free. Its expensive!! I havent had my baby yet and im already in debt trying to get everything that i need. (my baby wasnt planned by the way, but i still love him to bits) I know how you feel. My friend is determined to copy me and get pregnant. She has no home, works on and off as a hooker, does drugs, is bullemic and anorexic, and couldn't save more than $100 at a time if the universe depended on it. Not to mention she's completely self-absorbed. Yet she thinks she's ready to have a baby. She doesn't really care who it's with, she just wants a baby. It's dumb.

I love my child with all my heart, granted abortion was somthing me and my fiance (hubby) talked about we do not regret our choice to keep. My son did NOT screw up my life. It was a thread that I moved into the rant thread because it didn't need to be a thread on its own. It was jsav666 talking, and then Tia Wanna replying and giving him her point of view. Even if your son didn't screw up your life, it's not always like that for everyone. Some teens can't handle a baby at a young age. I'm very glad you and your husband were able to stay together and raise your child, but I'm just saying that not everyone can do that. So for some teenagers, having a baby can screw up their lives. It certainly changes things, and plans might have to be made that might not've been made otherwise (an early marriage, dropping out of school, etc). But for some people they can just handle it, while others can't. That's my point. He was generalizing in what he was saying, but as I said already Tia Wanna talked to him and he calmed down a bit in his 2nd post. So no worries.

If she has eating disorders she's less likely to be fertile. But I have to agree - I think teens who try and get pregnant aren't that smart. I mean, they have their whole lives ahead of them. Why not wait ten years? Yeah, I want children now, have done for two years - but I'm waiting. One other thing that annoys me is just people who aren't responsible about sex. Safe sex requires maybe five minutes to pop down to a chemist and buy condoms. What's so difficult about that?

I have two rants.
Number one:
PEOPLE UNDER 17 GETTING PREGNANT
I am ok with 17... I can stand 16... but it drives me CRAZY 15 and younger. I just don't get it... why bother? Today I saw one about a 12 year old and I just died a little inside. Doesn't anyone think before they do it? Augh! It just makes me think what my little sister could be doing behind our backs!

PERIODS
Because they suck that bad.

That's why they suck sooo bad (besides the whole blood thing). I'm just lucky I'm not like my aunt. They get so bad she faints. *pokes* you can get prescription medications for bad cramps actually, my friend had to do that. I tried it too but found that taking 2 or 3 extra strength tylonel when I need to works better. xd There's also heating pads, lying on your stomach (that worked for me when I was younger), taking painkillers, etc etc.
