((sorry since riku grew without me knowing i'm gonna rp him as a teen now and he'll begin to grow quickly if thats alright >_< if not it would be nice for a time skip and he could grow fully but thats up to you. i don't mind rp'ing his growth a bit longer ^^ ))
Riku nodded to his king and returned his glance to the green female who seemed to quiet when he was talking. "Miss Kairi" he said kindly looking her in the eyes again with his bright blue ones. "would you mind if i walked back to your pride with you? i'd feel a bit odd just waltzing in by myself" he said with a small shimmer of nervousness reflecting in his eyes.

"alright" Riku said walking beside her in the direction of the pride "thats good, i've just taught myself to be as polite as possible to everyone. that way possibly i'll be treated the same." he said giving her a kinder smile as they walked on. "if you don't mind me asking.." he said "how far are the lands from here?" he said trying hard not to show his obvious signs of weakness.

She chuckled lightly. "Politness is a virtue to be kept. It's hard to teach such a thing to yourself, that's good that you have been able to." she nodded, then smiled dimly at his question. "Not far..." she said plainly. "You see those two trees over there, with the bushes in the center?" she asked him, glancing at the male. "Thats... the edge of the densite, if you will."

Riku's bright blue orbs scanned the grounds spotting the two trees. "ah yes. I see" he said walking a little faster eager to reach his new found home and to get a good nights rest.

((Yush! Time skip! Now the babies are cubs and Riku and aduly >w<))
Scribble woke from a good night of slumber. He opened his tooth filled mouth to yawn, followed by a roar as he closed it. He blinked a few times and looked beside him to see his lovely Queen and his two beautiful babies close by. Scribble new it was going to be a good day and with that, got up to see what the weather was like outside the den.

Shey was slowly pulled from her slumber by the familiar sound of Scribble's roar. Her eyes eased open and she blinked as she lifted her head. The sun filtered into the cave, casting a spotlight against the cool shadows, warmth flowing into the den to accompany the brilliant light.
Koekje was curled up nearby, his unexpected teal wings twitching as he dreamed dreams of running through briars and hills and frolicking to his heart's delight. Or perhaps of stuffing himself on food. It would be just like the pudgy cub.
The queen smiled to herself as she rose and ducked into a stretch. The past few days had suddenly warmed from the icy grip of wintertime, and she was glad for the sudden change in weather.

Riku blinked and his head rose from his peaceful slumber. His cublike fluff was gone now, replaced instead by a regal indigo mane. He stood tall and proud as he streached and let out a mighty yawn. The light warm breeze ruffled his fur slightly and he turned to politely as always say his good mornings to the pride. "Good morning Scribble, Shey" he smiled as he saw their young cub curled up by Shey "Morning to you too little Koekje" he said quietly. He looked around for the rest of the pride as well.

((I meant to do it even when he was a cub, but I get so busy @_@ But yes, he does >w<))
Scribble looked beside him as he stood up on his paws, smiling as Shey stirred and then woke. "Morning beautiful" He shifted his head down to give her a slight nuzzle, then adverted his eyes to see his son still asleep, but his daughter awakening. The King smiled and turned his attention to Riku, who seemed to be growing with haste; the male looked bigger everyday and his mane seemed to full size now. "Good morning to you too Riku, looking older today!" He said in a friendly tone, happy to have another large male in his Pride; meant more protection. Scribble took a few steps forward, stretching out his limbs before heading to the den entrance.
The little princess awoke from her slumber, standing up and shaking out her fur before looking up at the rest of the Pride, some still asleep, some awake. She noticed the sun peering through the cracks in the den wall and grinned, knowing it was a perfect day for some adventures. She turned her head and looked to her father, the already big grin, becoming wider. "Daddy!!!! Daddy, Daddy, Daddy!" Jenny bounded over to her father with a few quick hops.

"And you," Shey said with a smile, returning the gesture. A voice turned her head and she saw young Riku, no longer a cub, but a tall adult, indigo mane piling about his shoulders. "Good morning, Riku," The queen greeted the lion with an equally wide smile. She loved their small pride. It always felt cozy waking up each morning to sound familiar sounds of the other lions that she had gotten so used to.
The pudgy cub blinked lazily and fluttered his wings, batting his long eyelashes at the adults that had woken before him, and at the sound of his boisterous sister. He peered about him, immediately disappointed by the fact that there was no food to greet him this morning, and promptly said, "When's breakfast?"

Riku smiled again at Scribble and chuckled lightly "thanks i think!" he said before turning and nodding to Shey with his kind smile still showing. After his greetings he padded lightly after Scribble to lay outside in the sun for a while and to possibly find Kairi and say good morning. He walked up to scribble again and asked "scribble, is there anything you would like me to do today?"
