OVENS ARE MORE UNIVERSAL!! Easier to bake a cake in a oven then on the bbq!

That was actually quite funny guys. And I disagree with pref voting. Go Fire's original idea! Just a question... will you get 3 votes in order (so 1, 2 and 3)

Just a question... will you get 3 votes in order (so 1, 2 and 3) Probably. ^^ So each person gets three votes, in order, worth 3, 2, and 1 points each. Anyone to get over 20* points in votes will be mod. *Probably could be adjusted to have a reasonable number if voting goes extremely even or uneven*

Sounds pretty fair to me smile Its a good idea, but you will have to probably think about the maximum number of mods you want to have. That way there is a number of positions to fill. In case of a tie, you could either get everyone to vote again on just the people involved in the tie, or you could look at second choices and see who got the most points that way, and then decide.
