thundersister Viz, along with Tokyopop, release each volume every 2 months, although there are some exceptions. Well, in Genbu Kaiden's case it is an exception. As I stated earlier on the series is being very slowly released in Japan as it is. They see actual volumes one every six months or so there. Not to mention two new chapters every two months. So the series is only at volume four right now physically but I'm hoping for volume five some time around October. If Viz did a bi-monthly release they'd run out of material and then have to wait for the Japanese release then take time to translate it. So really, you can't complain. Just think of it this way, you're experiencing releases kinda like the Japanese do. ^_~ Viz, is seemingly pumping out W Juliet, Full Moon wo Sagashite, and some others. So inconsistent I swear x_x

I'd enjoy W Juliet more if it wasn't following a simplistic pattern x_X Not to mention, the art's only so-so. I'm shallow, I know, but I prefer my pretty art with kick a** story. Like Fushigi Yuugi Genbu Kaiden or MeruPuri.
At least you guys get to go volume by volume. I'm thriving on two chapters every two months @_@ THAT is torture. Especially when the last chapter ends on a cliff-hanger like Perfect World volume four did.

Because I get such immense enjoyment from those two chapters, that I know it'll be worth the wait. And besides, its always fun to brag about getting to read something before everyone else lol. I'm slightly joking of course, but I love Watase enough to have the patience, and besides, after six years she hasn't let me down so far.
