It's a great song that really shows the tragedy of Christ's death, and brings out the great sacrifice also.

This is my only good religious poem. I wrote some pretty awesome ones but they're about other things.
Dear Lord,
I just want to thank You
For all You've done for me.
You came down from Heaven
And died on that old Tree
That was long ago
But You're still here and strong

I like it but it is pretty weird so I'm not sure if u will like it. Christmas never endsThe winter breeze is falling,

i dont neccisarrily have a tune but this is a song i wrote (above all is one of my fave songs btw)
i dont have a title so if anyone could help me out than i would appreiciate it.

I'd make a fist
And cut my wrist
And watch the scarlet flow.
A crimson rain
To drown the pain
Of things that I did know.
How hopeless was I
And though I would try
I never could get a thing right.
How I was hated
And how I was fated
To wretchedness day and night.
A cutter was I
And so I would cry
Not crystal, but cardinal tears.
I'd sit on the floor
Behind a locked door
Rather than face my fears.
But now the love
Of my Father above
Has washed all my fears far away.
Only the flood
Of Jesus' blood
Has made me completed today.
The world is now bright
With God's lovely light,
And I can now see my way.

A small disclaimer: I am not a cutter and I never have been. I've been strongly tempted and even went so far as to do the rubberband thing, but my faith in God has always kept me from crossing that line.

fwa. i hope yall liked my other poem...ne ways this isn't one of my christian poems..but i find it good to show my freinds when they go through a bad break up or sumthing of that matter. its my saddest poem...
Look What You Did
have you seen her
walking down the street.
have you seen her,
staring at her feet.
do you know her,
are you the one who makes her cry?
are you the reason,
she asked God to let hre die?
did you give her
exactly what you said,
or did you hold back
leaving questions in her head.
do you know why,
she's giving up on life,
do you know why, she always
crys at night?
and did you stop to think
she might one day get hurt.
or did you think she could handle this
even though you stole her heart
with just one stupid kiss.
now you've hurt her, and
she's broken, she's lost.
there is no train of thought.
she gave you her heart,
and you broke it apart
you left her alone
lost
in the dark.
because of one kiss
you destroyed her fragile heart.
