If you want to take out Skill Drain, you can always side a couple Twisters or Dust Tornadoes. When it comes to E-Hero and D-Hero decks, you can always use R - Righteous Justice, Cyclone Blade, and E-Hero Stratos.
Some cards get around Skill Drain, too. An already present Wildheart is immune to it. Exiled Force is off the field when you Tribute it for the cost of its effect, so it will still destroy a monster. If you Tribute Cannon Soldier itself for its own effect, it still inflicts 500 Direct Damage.
You are no hypocrite if you merely use the card because it is the best thing out. Using the card is only preparing yourself with the best available. Nothing more. You can aptly complain and share your own opinion about how the card should be banned.
I personally think Chain Energy can be VERY annoying, too.

And I wouldn't want to use skill drain in the first place, unless I decided to make my normal monster deck . . . I don't think it should be banned, but perhaps limited to one because it's stupid, especially when used with the Fusilier Dragon =.=;

Crossout is AWSOME...except when played against sweatdrop ...i also hate that damn marshmellow...and all those FREAKIN elemental hero fusions..i mean some of them are awsome..like the newly sought after terra former ..and necroid shamin..well thunder giant and wildedge are pretty amazing as well..

skill drain... since i run a heavy counter ancient gear deck its the only real weakness ive got... well that and beatdowns...

Fusion Decks.......Mine was different than most fusion decks the concept was to take my opponents monsters and make a fusion...i could never finish it.....i need all the fusions in the game and thats hard....-.-....but it worked^^

Well for the effect to be activated your opponent has to discard it from your hand, good luck with that Its 0 atk 0 def and when its discarded i think your oppnents battle pahse is over.......yup that sounds about right...idk double check at yugiohwikia.com but yeah i hate that card more useless than thousand eye idol...XD and thats sad XD

Chimaratech overdragon, it always seems to come out at just the right time for my buddy...

And for the Record Neko Mane King automatically ends your opponents turn if sent to the graveyard by your oppoents atk, mag/trap/ or effect.
