no, no, i call it a fringe. always have. bangs i've always thought to be a longer fringe. bangs are what i used to have before it got "emo". so i cut i short and jagard but it didn't do much for those ignorant ********. so now i'm gonna grow my hair REAL long and keep the short fringe. typical goth style but 1. i like it and 2. can't get called emo then!
