Is there any reason behind specifically having an albino crow?
Albino animals have a practically nil chance of survival in the wild because of their extremely subpar vision and sun sensitivity, not to mention lack of whatever camouflage they usually possess. The feathers are not white, per se- they completely lack pigment and appear "white".
You might want to to some research on albino birds and probably also albinism in humans if you really want an animal with such an undesired genetic defect.
