Yami Malik didnt move,but simply moved his eyes to Jou.it was that idiot he had promenintly beated in Battle City.He hissed and tried to get up,not liking Jou's presence,and attempted to attack,but collapsed again.He hissed at the other,telling him his presence wasnt wanted.
Malik held Ryou for a few moments,and whispered in his ear softly again.
"I'm sure it was him.But he is probably weakened from being in the shadow realm so long,so he cant hurt anyone."The Blonde egyptian felt Ryou take a few steps back,so he let go finally,but not without tightening his grip for a second.Malik turned and looked up the stairs at the hissing Yami and waited,surveying him.Yami Malik's body was hidden by his cape,however,so he wasnt able to see him.Malik took a slow step towards the dark,and the hissing increased.Malik then stayed where he was.

Jou felt himself, if it was even possible at that point, freeze up even more. He swallowed and willed himself to stay in place. There was no way he was letting this... this... stupid spirit scare him off! He narrowed his eyes and looked back at the shadow defiantly before looking away to Malik. "... What should we do now?" he whispered to the other. "You think we could take him down?" Jou went silent again and let the question hang in the air. He himself was used to fighting, and could probably handle a good amount of damage from a good opponent. He didn't know what Malik had in him though... or for that matter, what his yami had to offer. Even in its weakened state, the blonde had no idea what to expect from the peice of Malik's spirit.

Malik nodded in responce to Jou.
"I dont know how strong it is,but we have to try.But first try to get close to it,and his it looks like its going to attack,reach out and try to pin it down.If it does attack,knock the crap out of it."Malik glared at the dark,hissing figure,and began to move towards it.He reached out and grabbed its cape,the dark being hissing ever louder,and pulled on it.The cape tore off easily,revealing his Yami's black clothing clad body.His tight black shirt clung to his body,or what was left of it.His body was heavily emancipated,and Malik swore he could see Yami Malik's ribs through the shirt.One of the scars under one of his eyes was infected.
Malik gasped and backed away from the creature,then snarled slightly in disgust.
"I'm not sure I want to know what kind of a heckhole you landed in."
Yami Malik continued to labor to breathe,glaring at the hikari.
"I was in the hellhole you put me in."He snapped at Malik,trying to stand again,but once again,collapsing.But one of its arms flew out and attempted to drag Malik down to where he could hit him.

Ryou gasped at the sight of the spirit and looked away in fright. He finally backed far enough until hitting the wall with a soft thud which scared the heck out of him, afraid it was some ghost. He jumped away and looked, makeing sure it was nothing. He sighed and looked back to where Jou and Malik were is fear in his wide, light brown eyes. He couldnt do anything, he was weak, if he tried it would only mean pain for him. He tried to speak but ended up restraining from doing anything in his mind that was "bad".

Jou, who had been eyeing Yami no Malik's movements to the best of his ability (it WAS dark after all, and he was scared to death on top of that), did not fail to notice the yami's attempted grab. He rushed forward to Malik's side and grabbed the top of one of his arms, pulling the other boy out of Yami no Malik's reach to the best of his ability. "Hands off!" he yelled, his system suddenly pumped with adrenaline. Without hesitating further he let go of Malik's arm and lunged forward to grab Yami no Malik's shoulders, pushing him down to the floor and coming down after him. He then took one knee and used it to pin the other's chest down, not holding back. When he finally managed to get a good look at the person under him, he couldn't help but cringe a little. The once proud yami did look like he'd been through hell and back...

Yami Malik growled and attempted to struggle,but his weaken state didnt allow him to.Finally the dark began gasping for air,and seemingly failing to get any,he tryed to struggle against Jou's crushing weight.He had had trouble breathing before,and Jou practicly sitting on his chest nearly completely flatened his chest.He hissed,and attempted to bite one of the arms,holding his shoulders down.
Malik heard Ryou's gasp,and pondered on weather to run back and guard him,or stay up here.then he realized that his Yami was next to dead from no oxygen.
"Jou!Dont kill him!"Malik rushed foreward and tackled Jou,knocking him off.
Yami Malik gasped for air,then turned on his side,trying to breathe.After a few seconds he looked at Malik.The dark then revealed the millenium rod and it began to shine slightly,as did the one Malik had.He smirked then stood as Malik fell.Yami Malik noticed Ryou back there,and began to walk towards him.
Malik gasped and fell to the ground,suddenly not being able to breathe.His yami had some how used the millenium rod to heal his wounds at Malik's expense."But the millenium rod doesnt have that power.."Malik gasped out,and Yami Malik turned to him.
"There are many things you dont know about the millenium rod still."Yami Malik smirked at the other,then suddenly rammed up against Ryou,pinning him to the wall.The creature bit at something around Ryou's neck,but Malik couldnt see what he was trying to bite on.He couldnt tell if he was nibbling on Ryou or if it was something else."wait,how do I have the millenium rod!?It was gone!"Malik gasped in his mind,although he actually was gasping for air now.
Yami Malik nibbled on ryou's neck with sharp canines,and wrapped his arms around the small light,attempting to make sure that Ryou couldnt try to hit the dark.But he forgot to bind ryou's legs.He also tryed to make sure that Jou wouldn't attack for fear of hurting his friend.
(ooc:Urgh!the color thing is driving me nutty gonk )

"Augh...!" Jou's eyes went wide as he hit the ground with a 'thump'. At first he wasn't too sure what had happened, but when he managed to gather his wits back about him, he realized that it was... Malik who had knocked him off the yami. 'But why would he have...?' The blonde shook his head to clear it and sat up, looking around almost frantically to see what had happened in the past few seconds he'd been stunned on the floor. First thing he saw was Ryou across the room from them, pushed up aginst the wall by Yami no Malik... who was looking strangely better than before. Jou'd blood began to boil as soon as he saw this. What did he think he was doing!? He was about to get up and rush over when a gasp closer to him grabbed his attention, and he turned his gaze to his side. Quickly, he realized who is was and, not seeing a way to get at the yami right away without hurting Ryou, moved over and knelt down next to Malik. "You alright? What happened!?" he asked urgently, his eyes moving back and forth between Malik and Ryou.

Ryou gasped and started to feel his hands shake as the yami wasnt exactly hurting him...but touching him. He didnt feel comfortable, nor did he want him to do what he was thinking he was doing. "no...stop" he whispered in fear, but his voice seemed to sink back. He clenched her eyes shut not wanting to look at the "thing". "i...i dont want him back!" he finally managed and tried to struggle to get free, but even with the thing being weak...he was most likely weaker. "please..." his light, sad, wide, brown eyes opened and he looked around trying to find something...anything...
He then looked to his legs and frowned, he didnt want to actually hurt anyone...even if it was him..."please stop..." he managed before swinging his legs to the thing's own legs, trying to knock him off.

Yami Malik purred,then pushed Ryou's legs back up against the wall.He pressed closer to the smaller,looking into ryou's eyes and smirking cruely at the fear he saw in them.He continued to n** Ryou's neck for awhile,then finally got bored.The creature began to nibble Ryou's jaw,then his cheek,then the tip of his nose,then his bangs,and finally simply put his head on his shoulder,trying to plot more ways to tortue the small one.
Malik growled in annoyance at his yami,and struggled to get up,but failed.He then began to bark at Jou,"Dont just stand there!Do something!"
Yami Malik finally came up with something to do.He lifted his head and nibbled on the top of Ryou's ear,purring slightly.

Jou didn't give Malik's order a second thought; as soon as Malik was done speaking he was up and heading towards the insane yami and the innocent boy against him. Knowing that anything too drastic might effect Ryou, Jou decided against simply ramming up against Yami no Malik... instead, he stopped when he came up behind the taller Egyptian and wrapped one of his arms all the way around the other's neck, tightening it dangerously but not enough to completely cut off the supply of air. He'd learned that doing that was a bad idea from his last encounter, though it escaped him why exactly Malik was at all protective of this spirit. Jou had had no intention of killing the yami anyway, mearly wishing to knock him out momentarily. Trying to keep as much distance as he could away from Yami no Malik while still keeping his arm tight, Jou leaned his head in by the spirit's ear. "Let him go, or you're gonna have trouble breathin' again."

Ryou gasped as he felt the yami's mouth on him and he felt a shiver run up his spine. He didnt like this, not at all, and yet he felt so powerless against him. Now he couldnt even speak, his light brown eyes widening at his touches. His eyes moved towards Jou, trying to say something, but his throat was choked in fear. Okay, so maybe this was actually worst then having a ghost watch you...
((gah, short...but like...ryou cant do anything XP ))

Yami Malik,instead of loosening his grip,tightened it.His sharp nails dug into ryou's arm,the other arm grabbing the arm Jou had around his neck.The creature hissed,breathing heavily.
"it is about time.."Malik muttered at Jou.He forced himself to stand,his vision beginning to blur slightly.He didnt see Yami Malik's hold on Ryou.Malik tackled Yami Malik away from Ryou and collapsed,barely concious.
Yami Malik hissed as the hikari hit him like a sack of bricks,then hit the ground and licked Ryou's blood off his fingers,for his claws had torn ryou's arm

Ryou felt his eyes water in pain as the yami dug his nails into Ryou's arm. And he screamed out as he dragged them down his skin. Now there were long slashes across his arm, and fresh blood dripped down his contrasting pure white skin. He fell to the ground, tears threatening to make their way down his cheeks. His white hand moved to his arm and covered the scratches, desperately trying to stop the bleeding. He clenched his teeth keeping himself from crying.

Malik heard Ryou's scream and tryed to move,but found that he couldnt.But strangely,he felt his strength return."The spell he cast to heal himself must have worn off."He watched as Yami Malik fell unconcious.
Malik then looked to Ryou.Malik remembered when Yami Bakura had stabbed his arm.Malik felt pangs of regret for what he had done oh so long ago now,and placed his hand over the one Ryou was using to try and stop the bleeding.He moved a little bit closer to the white haired hikari and rubbed the back of Ryou's neck consolingly,not saying anything physically,but muttering at himself in his mind.
Yami Malik hissed as the spell he had cast wore off.Half of the regained strength left,and he found himself weak again.But not as weak as before.He leaped away,into the shadows of the upstairs.
Malik watched as the demon disappeared,then turned back to Ryou,unsure of what to say.He finally just staired at the floor,then spoke softly,"I'm sorry.I didnt see hat he had grabbed you.Its my fault..."Malik's voice trailed off,his platinum blonde bangs falling in his face.His lavender orbs stared at the floor beneath the two.
(ooc:when wireless internet attacks!My dad tryed to put it in,and it ent up being a 6-7 hour ordeal @_@.sorry)

Jou watched Y.Malik retreat with a growl. "You..." he grit his teeth, unable to form any other words. He looked quickly to Malik and the injured Ryou, his eyes softening for a moment at the sight of Malik consoling the other. "Take care of him, Malik." Jou nodded at the two, and then was off towards the top of the stairs after the weakened yami. A crazy spirit running amok in HIS friend's house? No. Way.
