Chapter 319: AHHHHHH. YESYESYES. :explodes: The best two pages in the chapter:  This is what I've been dying to see since the beginning of the second Naruto arc. Sakura angsting. To many, this may not seem like much, but to me it speaks volumes. Sakura's hid her emotions well from everybody, including Naruto. But when alone, she can't help but think about Team 7, about Sasuke. She cant help but cry. Fans are saying this and that, but I think that this is proof that Sakura still holds feelings for Sasuke and wants Team 7 to come back together. Kakashi thinks to himself a couple of pages before this, that "it's Sasuke that keeps this team together." Kishimoto is illustrating this by showing to what extent Naruto will train and to what extent Sakura will hide her feelings in order to help Naruto bring Sasuke back. A couple of things I'd also like to point out: -Notice the position of her one thumb pointing towards Sasuke.
-Does the moon shot, look familiar?How about now? :O
-The tear, god. The tear.
-It may not be clearly visible now, but from what I'm reading on scanlation sites is that Sakura says "Sasuke." Finally: This is conformation that the same picture frame was shown in Chapter 181. I think the symbolism in this chapter is immense and mainly pointing towards Sakura's feelings for Sasuke.

I agree with this random post I found on NF.Quote: It has to be the sweetest imagery I've seen in a long time. I didn't notice it originally and hadn't seen anyone else post about it anywhere. But, it was really beautiful. If you look closely at page twelve, you'll see that Kishimoto pulls an angle on us, moving from looking at Sakura from the side to looking up at an angle. As the tear falls, he shifts the scene to outside the window. A dot in the sky. A tear against the black. It is really a star. As the tear falls, the star shoots. Naruto sees the star and Sakura has the tear. Is Sasuke the tear/star, representing the determination/ever reaching will Sasuke gives to Naruto as well as the emotional stress/sadness placed on Sakura. Sasuke is both images. The images are melded together, meaning to different things to the two other members of Team 7. It was brilliant (I've used that word 50+ times today).

GAH! *tears up* That was... that was... angsty and oh-so-SasuSaku! I just don't know what to say anymore - Boss-chan summed it up pretty well. (And I'm listening to pretty sad music - "Nakushita Kotoba", the one playing when Naruto and Sakura are angsting about Sasuke... argh!) I'm babbling, I know, but that's the closest we have to SasuSaku in months! My heart is thumping so hard!
But I can't think so deeply of it anymore because I'm angsting and fangirling like crazy! *sniffle* So sa~ad! crying
*wipes snot away*
Anyway, any of you spotted that nice little hint of AsuKure? Wherein Kurenai suddenly worries about Asuma? How... utterly nice. So much romance in this chapter. (Two. That's a LOT for Kishi already.)
Finally, Naruto's done training already. Hopefully they can drag Sasuke home soon.
Sakura-chan, hang in there...

Chapter 319 made me happy.
It's was only a few pages but it was still touching. The angst. Naruto and Sakura need Sasuke. I can't understand why some people can't get this.

Haha. Kishi, a yaoi fan xD Does that explain the amount of times he reminds us about the 'passionate kiss' between Sasuke and Naruto in his information book thingys. Don't know what they're called but he mentioned the kiss about 6 times. And called it passionate. o_O
Maybe hes just pleasing the yaoi fans? To get rich xD
Goddamn I want the manga to hurry up sometimes. I'm so impatient when it comes to waiting a week for new chapters to come out. gonk

I've only looked at the raw since there's no translations out yet. It's seems that Naruto is done with training/taking a break and is eating ramen at Ichiraku Ramen with Kakashi and Yamato. And I'm guessing there's two new ramen workers. :] Quite amusing. I like Ayame better though DD:
And also, a new secret hideout for Akatsuki members: The mens bathroom! XD Haha, kidding. I won't comment the beggining of the chapter since I have no clue what's going on.
Edit: Half of the translation up. The new ramen workers are Nishi and Matsu. Ayame is on a trip. And I would like to know what happens next but the other half is not up yet. D:

320: Well, even if I can't understand what I'm reading, I can tell this chapter doesn't have the emotion of the previous one. Well, at least Naruto gets to eat ramen again.
But what's this about the new ramen people? Gah. I love Ayame better. She was the daughter of the owner, wasn't she? Those two new guys, from what I could see, don't know how to serve ramen even if their life depended on it.
Anyway, seems Asuma's team is doing some investigation, and they kind of noticed the birds. Hm... what about the birds? What part would they play in the story? Something sinister's afoot.
Well, Sakura stopped showing up - but the next time she shows up, hopefully she could show a new jutsu or two. I need to fangirl over Sakura again!!!
Hopefully the translation will be up, soon.
LOL on the bathroom. blaugh
