Ripped the whip from around his body, the animal moved to all fours in a snarl. Red glowing eyes looked at the drow assaulting the demon. This was the perfect time attack and double team the hellish creature. Leaping at the chest of the demon, the claws sank deep into the carapace of the demon's hide. A bright flash from Leon's mouth came out followed by an intense shot of his breath that vaporized the balor's head clean off. However, the rest of the body stood there for a moment and crumbled to dust; which shrouded Leon's body, however, his glowing red eyes echo'd out from the dark shroud like a scream in the night to all those he looked at.
Quickly after the demon was dispatched, the towns guards rushed to the scene and aimed their bows at the white werewolf. Leon's reaction was to move into a defensive position on all fours and slowly moved over to Ray. "Contain the beast! Don't let him escape!" Orders came out from their commanding officier. It wasn't a matter of him killing a human being, it was the fact he already has no long ago in the forest. Those kinds of things aren't easily forgotten. Another thing Leon knew was that the towns guards could easily be taken out, however, enough blood shed has been spilled this night. Fur standing on end, he felt an attack coming. Animal instincts taking over slowly, but with a mental shake of his mind he restored control. For the time being it was a waiting game with him and the guardsmen.
People were coming out of their homes, moving closer to the guardsmen in amazement to see the werewolf that, from what they think, saved them from a demon and a spellcaster of some kind. An elder of the city pointed something out about the werewolf and exactly what's going on in this situation. As the commander took a better look at the location of where Leon is standing, he noticed a female drow behind him. "Men, at ease. This beast did the city a favor in banishing evil from the city. I want three squads to patrol the city. Also, start doing crowd control. Get these people back inside their homes!" The men of under his current command went about their patrolling immediately as the last one remained with him. The commander shethed his sword and approached Leon slowly. When this happened, Leon's eyes blinked a few times; he relaxed a bit with his body shifting to a two-leg standing position. Towering greatly over the commander, he looked down at him as a look was made up to him. "I'm sure you're the same werewolf that was attacked by hunters in the forest last night. I must thank you for dispatching a demon of that magnitude of power from our city. I'll have my men tend to the drow's wounds if that's ok with you." As Leon looked back at Ray, he nodded his head about the offer.
A feeling. This feeling was more of a slight pain in his stomach for the time being and he walked off to the side, however, was still relatively close by to Ray. This stomach pain grew slowly with his growling echoing out. His fur was molding off his body while he decreased in body size. Moving to a kneeling position in mid-transformation, he doubled over in the pain of his unnatural transformation. Quickly after that, something in his stomach seemed to not agree with him and he threw up on the ground in front of him and gave off heavy breathes of relief. A blanket from the guardman unit was issued out to Leon to cover himself in. They had no idea exactly how the transformation affects a human being and it was a worth while lesson to see in action. Sitting on the ground next to Ray, he stared at the ground, in a daze of his 'achievement' of slaying a demon and some how surviving his own curse. Just thinking about it made him sick to his stomach.

After his legs had healed up enough so that the gnome could feel them, and after his chest stopped heavy and his lungs stopped burning, Beezlebum made his way to the chair that stood infront of the desk he had laid his equipment on. Plopping himself down, rather less dantily than he had aimed for, the gnome began measuring, pouring, tapping, boiling, and grinding to make the day-light potion that he hoped would turn the werewolf back to a human before it could kill too many people. After a few minutes he had the potion brewed and was walking towards the window, on legs that were still a bit shaky, when he realized that there was no sun for his potion to soak up light from. His heart sank for a moment, then his brain twitched..."If Leon drank my moon-light," he said to himself, "then what is my moon-light doing in the window sill?" He stared for a moment, dumb-founded...then remembering his friends were in dire peril, he dropped the useless, half-cooked potion, grabbed the fully-cooked healing potions he had made, and turned around to run out to help in the fight. He had taken no more than three steps when he noticed the sleep-drunk elf standing in his doorway. It was odd that she was still here, the noise should have called her out almost an hour ago, but here she was, standing and yawning, far from helping anyone. "Uh.." the gnome stammered, but decided to not waste any more time. If he were going to save the drow, the same way the drow had saved him, he had to hurry. Without another syllabal, the gnome sprinted out the room, down the hall, and down the street, all the aches and pains forgotten in his mad rush to save his friends. As he made his way down the street, Beezlebum noted that the chaos he had seen upon entering the inn was no more. The city guards had restored order, it seemed; peasants were once again in their homes, under the illusion of safety [though the gnome remembered how easily it was shattered]. Beezlebum's first action was to run over to Ray, who was being tended to by a medic, a man bearing the crest of a noble, and an emblem of strength and health. Bezzlebum promptly pushed the man aside, ignoring his protests, and handed Ray a vial of his rosentine juice. "Drink up," he said, "I'm sure that after fighting a balor your pretty bushed, that is, you aren't a plant by any standards, in fact, had you been a plant that balor would either have eaten you, stepped on you, or caught you on fire, but I meant you must be bushed as in you must be beat, though obviously you won the fight and that doesn't apply either....you must be thirsty though! Thirsty! That's a good adjective, so drink." After the drow had the potion in her hands the gnome continued, "So I'm glad to see you killed the demon, and I can see that it made quite a commotion, but the guards have that under control which leaves us with the task of finding Leon. Did you happen to see which way he ran off to, or were you too ingaged in the fight? It's quite alright if you were, I'm sure if I were fighting a demon I would be far too dead to see much of anything, and cudoes to you for living, by the way. However, I have some rather bad news to bear, that is, I'm not bear-ing it like an animal, the only animal verb I ever use is wolfing, like with the wolfing-down of the inn's stew, but I do have bad news to convey; Leon didn't drink my moon-light potion as I believed, so I've no idea what came over him, and I also lack the sun-light necessary to create a day-light potion to change him back...it's a grim day for sience. So drink quick and let's go find him, we'll have to tie him up untill morning, that's the only thing short of killing him that we can do."
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------NPC
Hungry eyes stared in wide-eyed disbelief as the the gnome and his companion, a drow of all things, talked calmly in the rubble of a demon's wake. Their target had, apparently, been far stronger than they could have immagined, and it had proved in better tastes that they hadn't pulled blades before; but their boss would need to hear of this. Any demon slaying adventurers would likely have hordes of wealth stashed away; it's common-sense that the well-trained swordsman would have a dragon's gold or a wizard's trinket somewhere. Why else would they need to be able to fight so well? It all clicked in an instant for four men who promptly turned tail to fly to their leader. This was wealth beyond measure, but beyond their reach...but not beyond their guild's reach. Eight arms can reach far...a thousand arms reach farther.

Diana stumbled back ands he stared off after him, that startled her abit, and her only thought was how that was rude. Everyone was gone... there wasa good deal of commotion outside. She ahd no idea what was happening nor if her 'new friends' would even bother comming back. She knew that .. Leon had a stone, and ... She needed to stay with him, but at what cost would not going cause?
Deciding against not going with them, Diana had already gotten her things from the room, she shouldered her bag letting it rest on her hip, and she headed out, and folowed the noise, and rumors. She peeredover past some guards it would seem to see Leon, and Ray, and Bartle helping Ray and talking about something. The scene didn't look to good, and her little walk from the in gotten her pretty much awake at this point, she moved forward with ease and grace, She slipped passed hands that tried to keep her away from the 'damage'.
"Oi, looks like there wasa bit of a large fuss... Everyone alright?" She smiled lightly. She knew that she was walking into an unknown situation, but she couldn't help it, if no one bothered to wae her.

A set of brown servant clothes were presented to Leon for the time being until his regular attire became tailored by the Giis Tailor. Wearing a brown cloak, he kept the hood down while he searched the dead dark magling's clothing for anything of particular value. A strange musty old tomb that had the title of the book written in blood on it and he merely claimed it as his own. The next thing he found was a nice, yet heavy, bag of shiny currency. This made him a little glad to notice how the dead spellcaster has left him with a rather decent fortune behind. For gathering the possessions of the dead spellcaster, Leon placed them in inside pockets that the cloak has.
Moving into the shadows of the night, he slipped away through a dark alley way. It was better for those around him to stay away from him. He needed some time alone to think about what his dream meant and how he's going to coop with the loss of companionship for the sake of safety of others. In his mind, he puts it rather simple in the fact that considering his curse has only brought pain, suffering, and destruction upon those around him. Leon's pointofview of himself is categorized into a 'walking disaster.'
Moving through the shadows, he left to the North where he would continue his own traveling alone. It was the least he could do to keep the others save from his own destructive behavior. In reality of what his mind thought was North, he was really heading south east towards the desert without even realising it. His knowledge of his island is pretty meek at best, however, he would survive the journey with his head looking back every once and a while to notice if anyone has started following him or not. It wasn't very long until after he left Giis that his legs took him a half hour away from the city borders that something very preventible took place. A blunt object struck him from behind the head hard and direct. This caused his body to collapse on the spot. Letting his thoughts shroad his awareness is no excuse for being captured by shrouded strangers in the middle of the night.
Naturally Leon's arms and legs were bound and he was loaded into a wooden carrage that held other men. All of Leon's treasures that he pawned off the dead spellcaster were stolen from him, including the white stone. When Leon came to, it would be day time and he would be in a large room with bars that face out to a courtyard. He had no idea where he was; however, as Leon say up he noticed there were men and women practicing martial arts in the courtyard -- well it looks like a courtyard with no grass; if that makes any sense at all -- and noticed another thing, his cloak was missing and his shirt was gone as well. What a wonderful life he's gotten himself into.
Sitting on the dirt cell floor, Leon examined his surroundings for a moment. The cell he was 'stationed' in contained four other partons that kept to themselves and the bars that face the courtyard contained no door and were spaced roughly five inches apart -- similar to a jail cell. A close eye watched the people in the courtyard dispurse in doors and the door behind him openned up. "It's lunch time. Get your worthless asses to your assigned lunch tables! You, bald one! You don't get to eat until you pass your trial tests." With the other four partons leaving the room, Leon's right eye brow lifted in amazement at where he was -- a slave camp. "The gods really do hate me. I left Giis to escape from my problems and bad luck. I guess my bad luck travels with me. This is what irony must feel like." Leon chuckled at his own dismay of the situation and regrets leaving the others.

(-I'd [rather] be --paint--ing.+._.( As she drank the juice, she listened only halfheartedly to the words of the gnome, for she was in a different world of thinking. Another demon, another summoner wishing to bring them harm... Perhaps, this Leon character was more trouble than he was worth. But, then again, she wasn't going to be much better. If she could just band together their tiny group of travellers and head them off towards their current calling, maybe Leon could learn a thing or two from the Elder Night. But then, she got word from the gnome that Leon had ran off again. She gagged, jumped up in complete alarm and whirled around, searching the streets for the lunatic. She took to running around through a few alleys and around a few houses, but there was no sign of him. In her haste, a loose stone caught her toe and she tripped, slamming down hard on her chest. It knocked the wind straight out of her lungs for several seconds. Rising slowly, she mumbled about bastards and their tendency to play the friggin' heros all the time. Her heavy feet and heart carried her back to Bartle, where she resumed her spot across from him. She met his large eyes and whispered, with a hint of insane comic relief, "He's a azart. Azart..." Over time, she reverted back to her hissy, native tongue. She maintained the poise of having a conversation with the gnome who, like any other surface dweller, could not understand a word that she was saying. But, after a time, it became clear that she was cursing his name with every Drow insult and jeer there was to say. And there was quite a lot, for the race thrived on such ill words.
Presently, she stood and annouced to both Bartle and the elf necromancer, "Guess who we get to go find today? Again. That azart! That's right. That worthless mutt. The flea ridden, hide licking, tail chasing retard. How are we going to do it? Don't ask me! My mind is shot. I saved him once, I thought he'd get the idea that maybe I at least accepted him, but no. He has to have the whole world worship him before he decides that we don't hate him for who he is. Good Gods! You know what? All in favor of leaving him behind, say aye. Aye, for the love! The Nicer Assassin code, if a person is captured for a second time, it become unnecessary to save them again. I don't know why I saved him in the first place, but now, no more. Now, I'll stick to the normal code. If he wants to play, 'oh poor me!' then let him! Saved him once, won't do it again. He's obviously too thick to understand things."
From the corner of her eyes, she spotted one of the theives from the fight earlier. An aggravated sigh escaped her nose. "You! Yeah, you! I don't have anything of importance and even if I did, you wounldn't get it! Stop stalking us, you a**! Go rob someone more defenseless, if you have a brain in that skull of yours. I swear I'll kill you and all of your buddies if you take one step closer to me and my friends here! And surely you don't want to end up like the spellcaster..." ){.+.`. th*e sunset with my own blo-=-od __.|]

After seeing the drow's out-landish outburst, Beezlebum, with all his thought-wondering gibbering tendancies, was speechless. He crossed his arms in thought. It was Leon who caused all the fighting, and he was a handful of trouble...but without someone causing a ruckus all the time, what fun would there be to have? The gnome, after several moments of deep contemplation, decided it would be smarter to agree with the drow...at least for the time being. "Aye..." he said with a melow tone. "The pup is a fuss, and I'm not to prone to flees myself, and, getting back to the meeting we had the other day in the inn, we still have the stones to worry about, and the gathering of sticks to appease them." He gave a pause here, scratching his chin. "Leon has a stone too," he thought, "but we'll save him later. The drow may be one of the good guys, but far be it from me to disagree with an angry one." "So," he continued out loud, "we are to leave him to his troubles then? I hope he has nine lives left...or was that just cats?"

(-I'd [rather] be --paint--ing.+._.( The annoyed drow rubbed her white eyebrows, her stark white vine scar throbbed gentley against her ebony skin. What to do, what to do... Her sense of honor pulled her to fetching Leon once more. But, her undeniable drow darknes pulled her towards abandoning him and the others, for the sake of keeping her travels hurried. If it came to that, why not just killed them where they stood.. She was Drow. It was in her to murder without remorse. She may have left her kind to escape that sort of brutality, but it still coursed withen her veins. The trill of the stalk, the watching from the shadows, the back stabbing (or even front stabbing, it made no diffence to her) of those that trusted her. But, no. Never. She was of the surface now. Such acts were forbidden... Yet, for reasons unknown, humans still did the same thing. Why was it that humans, the race of largest abundence, always gave way to petty war? Drow was understandable. But, human? Why them and no other surface dwelling race? She sighed. Her mind was trailing from the point again. "Bartle, you seem to not care what we do." she stated with much restrainment in her usually fluid voice, "Diana, I do not know much of where you came from or your purpose in this group, but you are with us now... I am wondering what you make of all of this. Leon has gone off again, whether stolen or willingly running away, what do you think? Should we formulate a plan to resuce him or leave him be? I, myself, do not... Care..." Indeed, anger edged her words. She began to gather her things in haste.
"While the decision resides with you, let us make way for the inn. I think I left a few things unattended that I wished not to... Reminding me of one thing that must be brought to the attention of at least you two. Ooh, something shiny." With the sudden happiness of a three year old with candy, she jumped and hopped over to the battle grounds, her eye apparently caught by something that would go unnoticed to the rest of the world. She crouched low to the ground and shifted through some dusty rubble. Amongst the mess, she lifted out a necklace with a stone attached to it. Carrying it by the golden chain, she brought it back to Bartle and Diana. Careful examination ensued with great pleasure. She bade the two who watched her with interest to bend closer to where she sat. "Lookee, it's an amulet. The stone, see the carving? It has been blessed with the promise of a lasting, true romance. Probably a thing from the summoner that was so brutally put to death." She grinned ever so slightly at the thought of the magician she had killed. but, once more, her eyes focused on the golden chain and the gentle off white stone with the curvy rune. A quick glance between the two that watched her and she draped the necklace over Diana's neck. "I don't hold much faith in runes, so don't take it too seriously. But, who knows? Maybe it'll give you some even better luck with romance, eh? Plus, it matches your hair." she whispered to the elf. The mysterious dark skinned Drow stood with an aura of child-like generosity and she began to trek for the inn.
"Now, about what I was going to say... I'll get to that after Diana decides that fate of our dear friend, Leon." Quick as it came, her happiness faded. ){.+.`. th*e sunset with my own blo-=-od __.|]

Diana had slipped off into her own little thoughts... She heard the question and blinked glancing at the other two for a moment before she realizedshe was placed on the spot. She laughed meekly, moving her hand to pinch her cheek softly, and then sighed some thinking. To her, it was a bit logical... But before she even opened her mouth...
She watched the Drow, she placed a small smile on her lips as she watched the cute behavoir, and then suddenly, the necklace was placed on her, and the comment about romance... her cheeks flushed ands he tried her best to keep her eyes avert.. it did, also match her hair. She smiled some as she adjusted it, to sit with her stone, and she moved to follow after her...
"Well I haven't been with leon that long, so this is a fairly new thing, him.. getting taken... But I think that we should go after him, he was part of the group, yes?" She thought some... " With a map.. I can locate him with a spell.. finding and getting him should be easy..."

(-I'd [rather] be --paint--ing.+._.( She nodded her assent to Diana's decision, but showed no signs of agreement. She remained in a march with an air of disapproval towards the inn in which she had stayed for bearly a few hours with a strange, attention deprived gnome. The horizon was not yet lit, but sunrise would happen, unfortuately, soon. This new life left the drow with precious little time to adapt to the ways of the light. An angry 'grawl', a quick glance to make sure that her companions followed and she took off at a faster pace for the inn. There actually wasn't much at the inn that worried her. It was more the fact that theives roamed the streets and she had, in her blunt anger, probably provoked them further. Another wonderful thing about her; an inability to control her temper on occasions. It would probably mean the death of her one day. But, this was the present, not the future or the past. Now, she must deal with what she was given. And now, she kept a wary eye on the alleyways and the odd looking passerbyers. Paranoia, with all its cons and ways to trick the mind, was her ultimate salvation.
A motherly tone took to her voice as she usered her new friends inside, away from the theives. Goodness knew if they even noticed the looks they recieved. She had a feeling that they weren't as unobservant as most people were. To enter the rooms, one must pass through the tavern. To pass through the tavern at this time of night was suicide for a drow. She pulled her hood over her face even more so as she lead the two to the back hall. Most were too drunk to see them. But, she could not shake this feeling... "Alright," she began once they reached the back hallway, "I've got a map in my pack. I'm sure you will find it suitable. I suggest that we pack up quick. Diana, unless you left anything in your room, I suggest that you come with us. I've got a few minors things to retrieve, Bartle... You just get your vials..." She paused for a second to glance around, apparently distracted by something. "Erm... Yes. Bartle, if you would, see Diana to our room... If that's ok... Yes..." Her purple eyes seemed to follow a figure in the crowd, a figure cloaked in a deep brown. Wisps of white hair revealed to the world that the figure was either old or... "If you two would... Excuse me for a second... Bartle, Diana... Room... Forgot the number, Bartle will remember..." She slipped away from them like a watery serpent and was lost in the sea of drunken sailors. ){.+.`. th*e sunset with my own blo-=-od __.|]

It was odd, to the gnome, that the drow, in all her ill-tempered hate of Leon's aimless running about, was aimlessly running about. Sure they would go to the inn...rescue Leon...but with no shinanagins to work their way out of...what would there be to do? The drow must have something planned, and that worried the gnome...just a bit... But Beezlebum, short in stature and absent-minded, was no leader, so he contented himself with the following of others...one reason he had so readily joined the monk. Following orders as he was so prone to do, Beezlebum let the drow run about in the tavern as he headed towards his room, hopefully followed by the akward elf...it seemed that the more time the gnome spent with her, the more greatful he was becoming that Leon had opted to share her room; not that any of them had slept much, other than the moon-elf. The gnome opened the door to his room, the overly-priced and under-used room that he most-likely wouldn't get a refund on. He quickly began gathering his potions, placing them in his belt, and dismantling his equipment. Once all his possetions were packed up in his pack, he set himself down to enjoy the last few moments that he would be able to lie down; it would probably be a long walk to find Leon.

(-I'd [rather] be --paint--ing.+._.( By the second, the tavern hall seemed to increase in population, though the death of night still hung in the air like the stench of a long dead skunk. Apparently, the barkeep had lifted his temporary ban on the usage of the tavern, or at leat he was overwhelmed by adverse effects. The linger smell of alcohol pulled at her honed nostrils, causing them to inflame in disgust. Her violet eyes, though constantly darting from drunk b*****d to story telling fool, were set on one singular goal. It was a horrible place to set her sights on attaining this one thing that she had hoped for. This rank tavern, built of rotting wood and crumbling mortar, was not her choice place to find this one person. A place so savage... What was he doing here, that kind soul, the only other one? Was it even him? Her pace quickened to as fast of a run she could manage through the laughing crowd. They made her feel acutely aware, like she was being picked out and probed by the staffs of wizards. Everywhere she looked, she thought she saw another eye turn towards her in shock or jeering distaste. An entire world of light and prying eyes seemed to close in on her as she neared the cloaked figure huddling against a corner table. But, how ever long the tormet seemed to last, how ever long they laughed and spat at her, she just wanted to know if it was him. A pair of drunken friend fell away from a table if fighting delight. Their confrontation brought up over the ownership of a chicken, they got in the way of the determined Drow woman. A look of anger clouded her face as sheplowed through them, making sure to hit them secretly where it hurt most. Squeezing through the rest, kneeing a few and narrowly escaping perverted hands, she reached the corner table, where a deep violet eyed stranger sat. White hair, shoulder length and course draped his face. A sharp nose, the tip of which was marked with a dark green tattoo of a tiny wing. She froze, her entire world stopped. The laughter died right there, the fighting ceased, the sound, no more. Everything of her world slipped into a gray haze, save this one figure that stood before her with a weak smile. Her mouth formed words, but her ears did not hear herself speak the one name that she had been dying to say since the day he disappeared. Zairen. The drow male, his face still much covered with white hair and brown cloak, rose from his table and closed the distance between himself and her. For a moment, she thought she had died. She looked up into his violet eyes, those deep violet eyes... She felt a hand brush the hair from her face, lips gentlely kissed a forehead... Ray knew she was dead now.
But the noise came back. The gray haze was long gone, the uncanny stench of the tavern pierced her nostrils like mustard often does. He was gone. The fighting between the two chicken owners resumed and the barkeep ripped them apart with a vengence. Meeting no torturous resistance, she marched solemnly back to the room. In the hallway, she found that her ebony cheeks were not as dry as before.
"Map." she muttered as she entered the room where the gnome and the elf were. She didn't notice that the gnome rested, she didn't notice what the elf was preoccupied in. The only thing that she noticed was her feet taking her to her pack, her hands extracting a detail oriented map of Genubi and her legs becoming heavier with each step towards the window sill. She felt herself sit near the glass, she felt the coldness of the night caress the panes, but she did not feel anything. It even surprised her that she didn't outright burst into tears. Ray knew that she was alive now... ){.+.`. th*e sunset with my own blo-=-od __.|]

As the hours rolled by, so did battle in the courtyard. Provided with water, Leon sat at the bench with some other fighters and proceeded to watch the practice between two men. Their agility wasn't really that fast to follow, but it was a kind of entertainment for him he thought. "You! Bald one! Get out there and fight!" At this point, Leon's water container was taken away from him so he'd fight. This was ridculous. The man that was standing across the courtyard from him was much larger in size than Leon and towered over him by at least a good foot or more. Leon figured it was best not to object to the arranged fight and get it over with.
The big fellow in front of him got into an attack position and inched his way towards Leon. Huge mistake; not like the big guy even knows how skilled Leon is anyway. Swift movements from his current position ludges forward and the bottom of the palms -- near the wrists -- lash out at the bottom of his opponent's chin and then the curling the hands into fists struck out at the large man's chest with a single one-pump action thrust of the arms. It caused the man to drop to one knee as the others sat and stood around watching in amazement. The speed and strength shocked them all. Even the soldiers at their posts were amazed at the level of reflexes that an average sized man could have.
Stepping back, Leon had more pride than to strike a man that's on one knee and allowed him to get up. Moving into another offensive stance for both of the men, Leon's was in a spirling kicking formation, which any educated martial artiest would realise and have a decent chance at countering. However, this wasn't the case with the opponent because he causiously moved forward and proceeded to thrust a leg from the side. Another huge mistake. An arm blocked the attack and used it as leverage to fuel his barrage of kicks and knee blows. The first attack swings around and connects to the stomach while a leg follows afterwards to the side of the head. This process repeats once more and Leon's opponent falls to the ground with a really bloody face. Looking around, he had no look of great achievement over his victory and sent a chilling cold stare at everyone. "If you have a better fighter, please bring him out here to fight me. If not, find me later when you've found him. Don't waste my time on weak trash."
After the fight was over with and Leon watched back over to the bench he was sitting at with some others, he snatched his water container back from the guard that took it and commenced drinking from it once more. The sad part is, he didn't even try at all in that fight. What a true waste of time. Starring at the ground, he thought of the others and wondered what they're doing at this very moment. He thought of each of them seperately and spent longer on Diana than the rest. After realising he didn't know anything about her, it felt wrong to leave in the first place.

Diana follwed after Bartle into the room and she had busied herself getting out her crystal. She glanced over when the drow came in. Her aura changed. She wasn't to sure how to respond to it, but she moved her body over to stand next to her and she smiled softly, moving her hand to the map. "here... Let me." She took the map away from the drow.
She moved over to the table at the other side of the room. She placed the map down and she took a breath. Dropping the crystal holding into the chain, and letting it dangle. As she concentrated the gem stopped suddenly in its swining motion, and then raising her other hand up, letting her pointer and middle stand erect, and her thumb over the other two that were curled down she raised them to her forehead and she mumbled a chant softly. The crystal glowed as she chanted it started to spin around the map and Diana kept her eyes closed.
The crystal went around and around and then after a few minute it abruptly went to the south east to Caritel's Sinkhole. When it had stopped she opened her eyes. "Leon is at Caritel's Sinkhole... its labeled.. "old fort"..." She blinked some and glanced over at the two. "Not from ever leaving home before, I have never even heard of that place..."

(-I'd [rather] be --paint--ing.+._.( Even through her sincere depression, Ray managed a weakened smile. The sinkhole... It was not exactly the wfirst place that she would guess where he would trail to. But, it was obvious after thinking about it. "Old fort... It should be the nickname... The nickname is Old Fart... But, it is a play on words, mainly to deter the normal flow of traffic. There is an old fort there, bearly used but by a clan of fighters that I don't know much of... Guess we should head out, eh? Oh..." she let out a raspy sigh and glanced towards the brightening horizon. That cloak that Leon had so graciously purchased her was going to come in handy. She rubbed her eyes fiercely to dam the want of tears. Picking up her pack, which was now neatly tied up and ready for travel, she headed for the washroom to gather a sip of water. The sip turnedinto a drink and the drink turned to more a long lasting gulp, all in the effort of calming the butterflies in her stomach. Too bad they were the demonic sort of butterflies and not those of a pleasent nervousness. Loadied with water, she setted out into the main room, where Bartle still lay and Diana waited in silence. Ray eased over to Bartle and grasped his shoulder in her hand. "Ready...?" she whispered, all too light a noise for anyone to hear. She cleared her throat and tried once more. "Ready." she stated flatly, only a touch louder.
((Ok, Ghanim can't post tonight, I don't know when he can, so I'd like for him to post after my character. Twiggy, you can most more of your battles if you'd like, Luna, you can do anything you wish, I just don't want to leave the inn until Ghanim gets back. A field of dasies in spring time, the air filled with the soft scent of flowers, the breeze carrying hymns sung by the numberous love-struck birds of the surrounding forest and Beezlebum, surrounded by his family and friends, was unveying his most stupindeos achievement; the animate-potion. "Ladies and gentle-gnomes, younglings of all ages, what you see before you," Beezlebum said thrusting a small hand clenching a bottle with a dark green fluid in it, "what you see in my very hand, not that I would be holding something in a hand that isn't mine, is a potion that will revolutionize the world. Imagine, if you would, a forge that runs twenty-four hours a day every day of the year; a single farm who's sole field stretches for miles; hundreds of wells dug in hours; carpets that sail the sky (and they sail quite a bit less explosively than my brother's latest attempts). Now, imagine that all these things take place in our great city, but not a single gnome labors in the sun; how could all this be derived from a putrid looking potion?" For dramatic effect, he paused, waiting until the audiance was fidgeting with anticipation. "It is possible, my dear extended- and hyper-extended-family, because this small potion is capable of bestowing, upon any inanimate object it touches, movement and thought (though only minor thoughts...little more than a zombie). Imagine shovels and picks that dig for themselves, ships that sail themselves, hoes that tend fields on their own, feathers that fly, all at the command of their master, and all without rest or comlaint! Animated objects, an army of them, at our every beck and call!" "Tell us," a voice from the crowd shouted over the applause, "tell us, dear friend, how you make this potion! Let us start producing it straight away, that all our lives might be easier." "My friend," Beezlebum replied, his face flush with pride, "my friend it is really quit easy to make. Simply mix..." "Ready...?" The gnome stirred but didn't wake. "...with a the dried petals of..." "Ready." Beezlebum's eyes shot open, and a stream of grumbles were about to escape his lips when he remembered, through his sleep-dosed state, that he was bound for an adventure. Dropping from the comfort and repose of his nap to the hard-wood floor (though soft wood wouldn't make much of a floor), Beezlebum tried his best to remember the ingrediants in the potion in his dream...the potion for a gnomish utopia, but having no luck he resigned himself to donning his backpack. "Well," he said after stiffling a yawn, "I don't know where we are going...which lass will lead the way?"
