I've been trying to get my class to read Pendragon. Giving "book talks" to convince them. But I'm out of books to give talks on. My teacher said it could become an assignment this year. You get to read good books, and get a grade for it too! Yay!

Man, this book just made me mad!
First, Remudi (who, by the way, has the AWESOMEST name ever!) dies,
then Veego and LaBerge were from Veelox,
then they brought all those items from the other territories,
then Nevva turned out to be evil,
then Mr. Pop was burned down...

Noooooo! gonk Of course the first thing your mind jumps to is art. lol What if someone burned all our art and culture? It would be horrible! Way back when Christianity was taking root, and the rulers wished to make their countries Christian, they burned "pagan" art of old gods. So there went Egyptian, Greek, Roman, and a whole lot of studies and art. As a result artists had to learn the rules of art all over again. That's why the human figure looks so horrible in those old tapestries, babies have old men faces, arms are too short, and legs bend at impossible angles. Art's past experience had been destroyed, causing people to learn proportions all over again. Poor Quillan, I hope they survive the ugly baby art phase...

Just like when my second sketch book ever got stolen! It had some of my best drawings I've ever done... I miss that book... That was the sketch book I used for references and everything! It makes me sad just thinking about it... I hate not sticking up for myself back then...
