Umm, not really a funny blooper but you how Raoul comes to Christines door, yelling "Who is that in there?" when he hears Erik singing to her and beckoning her to him? Well, I know Meg comes by later and sees the mirror open to a passagway, but where's Raoul? I mean, he knew someone was with Christine in the room, and yet he didnt go get anybody? o_O'
(I guess he possibly went and got someone but they didnt find her in the room, or the open mirror, and left. You'd think they'd be more meticulous and search the room carefully, huh?)

I am aware that in the movie he was wearing a wig, but in PONR, I think it was not intentional for it to look like a wig. They wanted to create the appearance of slicked back hair, as it would have been back then. That is also why Erik's hair appears so dark throughout the whole movie( very dark brown/black), and then appears blonde after his mask is removed.Not true, sorry. Erik is originally desrcibed as a cadavar with no hair except three wisps of it on his head. MCErik doesn't even have a lot of hair (most likely hence the fedora) when he's unmasked near the end. Thing is, Erik is deformed all over his head which would affect hair growth. So he wears a wig to give the appearance of normal hair. Kind of like why he wears a mask. So when Christine pulls the mask and wig away, his actual hair (which was NOT Gerry's real hair, he had another wig on under that) is visible and is noticeably lighter because it isn't healthy hair. I don't see why that is considered a mistake.

I don't know if anyone has posted this one yet (if they have, sorrrrrieee!!! sweatdrop )
But, when Christine is down in the chappel lighting a cnadle for her father, it looks as if she lights the match off another candle, but when they zoom out, the only candle lit is the one she's lighting.

When Meg is in the water when they get out she walks up and her pants are wet and when she turns the corner they are MAGICALLY DRY! sweatdrop stressed
They need to go back each day to make sure they don't make screw ups like that... doesn't that blooper happen a lot in movies?

What about when they were singing the PoNR......when the Phantom and christine were singing and she unmasked him.....when the mask was on..his hair was slick and black.....but when his mask was off....his hair was dry and blonde.....and half of it was gone......its weird... domokun

I think I'm the first person who's noticed this...
In the very pointless scene where Raoul falls into that watery death-chamber, he falls in, and that spiked gate is below him as he falls in slow motion.
It got me thinking about that entire scene...Raoul falls through the trapdoor from the ceiling, yet after he falls into the water, the spiked gate comes down on top of him. Now, there might've been a hole in the gate for where he fell in, but then he could've gotten out easily.
Aaaaaaand, they also show those bubbles coming...down? As if they had rewound a scene...Which makes sense because five seconds later, after Raoul turns the wheel underwater, they show the scene again with the same bubbles going UP!
And the spiked gate hardly comes down....If you notice. It barely gets anywhere. It goes underwater, as they show, but then it just kinda stays there. They show a one shot where it's coming down while it's underwater about three times, I think. So it just looks like it's going to crush Raoul to his death.
And did you also notice the gap in the gate for where the stairs are? Raoul could've just gone up the stairs before the gate came down on him. stare
Can you tell I find that scene very stupid?

I could be wrong but after watching the young Erik as the Devil's child I was weirded out. When he goes to pull the sack back on his head the right side of his face seems undeformed. Maybe I didn't look close enough. Anyone know the truth? cool

My friend made me aware that the date of the movie is wrong, that the first opera house was made some years after the year shown in the movie. Historical inaccuracy.
Yeah, Bubbles, I noticed that oo. If it had been on the ceiling, and then dropped, it would make more sense. But what the hell is going on that he falls through?

lol yeah i noticed all that stuff. that scene when christine pulls off the mask in ponr is sooo cheesey. the effect of him being revealed is ruined by the fact that he is magically moved a few cm to the right (or was it left?) as soon as the mask is taken off...

when christine kisses the phantom, as the camera is turning around them, you can see where the light is shining on them and its a big electrical stage light O_o and its just THERE lol it makes me giggle
and another time, when her an d raul are on the roof, at the end, the singing is slightly off from their mouths and it also makes me giggle :3

OceanBreezeSweetie Did you notice when she passed out she had her stockings ON....and when she woke up.....they were gone... Wel.... Erik was all "TOUCH ME!" during that song, I wouldn't be suprised if he pulled 'em off... eek of course, thats a scary thought Dirty dirty boyAND HEY, when she woke up (in the play, anyway) he was in his pajamas.... Possibly ready to climb into bed? eek holy s**t, listen to me go!
