Well, I'm Eightteen, and I like to think of myself of quite a phan.
Last april I saw the musical while on a trip to Chicago and absolutly fell in love. Since then I've read the original novel, as well as Phantom by Susan Kay. The Susan Kay novel was WELL worth the effort put into hunting it down. I drove to a city 45 mins away just so I could see the newest movie. It was so amazing! (even if they did take the persian out of it) For Christmas my mother bought me Phantom of the Opera(1989) and oh my, was it graphic! Erik apparently sold his soul to the devil, and then he skinned people after he killed them - it was... an interesting take on the story. I have the sound track to the newest movie, as well as the canadian musical soundtrack.
if any of you have not read the Susan Kay novel - DO SO NOW! IT WAS AMAZING! 3nodding
I guess that's about it.

Um, hi everyone. I've liked POTO for a long time - haven't actually seen the musical, but I've owned the original soundtrack for like a year. But I just saw the movie yesterday - wow, i loved it.

*walks in and waves* Allo. I'm from Texas, and very good friends with Bubblesbb03 (how got my into phantom). I'm 15, a softmore in high school and live a very boring life. I ecently saw the newest phantom of the Oprea movie, and I own a good majority of all the phantom cd's ever made. 'm often off anf on so i'll see ya around.
