history:
she wont tell you much, because she's lost half of her memory, but some she remembers...
she was kicked out of her village because she was a demon when she was very young. Her mom and dad tried to protect her from being sent out, but were killed in the prosses . The other part of her life she remembers was brought up in an orphanage where she met two younge girls she liked to call family. they soon ran away with eachother once they all got bit older and found the school ria high. The joined and hopped to start a new life there

History: Rin was born and raised in a small village with four brothers and two sisters. Her father was always working and almost never home, and her mother was very ill. She helped her mother take care of her younger siblings. About the time her father quit his job, Rin's mother died. Her father became an alcoholic. He abused Rin and her six younger siblings. One night, her father went mad. He killed four of Rin's younger siblings. Rin ran with her other two younger siblings in attempt to escape. Her fater caught up with them and killed her last two siblings. Rin and her father were then fighting against each other. She managed to render her father unconcious, then ran away. Several years later, Rin was accepted into Ria.

Character Looks: Mimi has shoulder-length pink hair that’s very curly except for the two long bangs that frame her face. They have a more subtle wave to them. She also has cerulean blue eyes and fair skin. She’s about 5’4” in height. As for her clothes, Mimi likes to wear a lot of baby blue things. Long, billowy skirts are her favorite and she usually wears a stylish belt of some sort with every outfit. The tops she wears varies. She doesn’t wear anything particular as long as her outfits always match in some way. Mimi hardly wears jewelry, but when she does, it’s very natural like beads or leather (never metal like silver or gold). If she really dresses up, she has special pearls that she likes to wear. Her jewelry never goes beyond a simple bracelet, necklace, or earrings. Rings annoy her and she wear dangly bracelets that get in the way either.
Alignment: Good
Personality: Mimi is usually soft spoken, though she can be terribly witty when she wants to be. People say her personality is exactly like that of the ocean. She's calm and beautiful, but can be fearsome, especially when angered. Though most of the time she's just calm. She's hardly temperamental and she has a high tolerance for people who are. She's proven to be the perfect best friend for Miyaka (main character) in that she's not bothered by the other girl's sudden mood swings, bad temper, depressive nature and overall strange personality. And unlike Miyaka, she is easily amused and doesn't mind a little fun now and then.
History: Mimi found out about her powers long before she ever met up with Miyaka and Emi Tsukino. She grew up right near the ocean in what most families would consider a summer home. It was originally her family’s summer home too, but she loved it there so much, her parents just sold their other home and decided to live there instead. Mimi adores the ocean and sitting in the sand or walking along the beach. She collects seashells too. In fact, she found the rune she owns on the beach one day. When she found it, the jewel inside was glowing, but it doesn’t do it that often anymore. Perhaps because she keeps it locked away all of the time.
Mimi found our about her powers after finding that rune, soon after too. It was the rune that helped her realize them in the first place. One day out on the beach, while she was admiring the jeweled artifact, a huge wave came out of nowhere. It was about to crash down onto the beach where she was. It was completely unnatural and Mimi put her hands up in a futile attempt to block the massive wave. But the water never came. When she looked up, the water was hovering menacingly just inches above her and the rune was glowing brighter than ever. At first, Mimi thought it was the rune that caused the wave to stop and recede, but after she experimented around the water some more, she came to realize that it responded to her own movements and not just by having the rune around. She assumed, however, that the rune was the cause for such a dangerous and unnatural occurrence like the massive wave, because it never happened while she kept the rune away. The few times she brought it out however, the water would act up.
As for her teleportation, well that one was much easier to figure out. It was also much more incriminating. While the water incident had occurred while she was alone on the beach, her first brush with teleporting occurred right in the middle of the pier in front of her old boyfriend. They were having problems for a while and he’d met her that day on the pier to break up with her (and ultimately humiliate her in public). She wished as hard as she could that she were back at the beach in front of her home in stead of there on that pier. She’d closed her eyes and when they reopened, she was alone on the beach she’d wished she were at in the first place. Normally, she would have assumed she’d dreamt the whole thing up, but this had happened after the water incident so she just accepted it. Experimenting with teleportation proved a lot more dangerous than her other powers. She tried to do it often, but would end up in the wrong places or, occasionally, stuck in a wall. It took a lot of time and concentration to get out of those messes. In fact, the few places Mimi could really teleport to were that beach or anywhere within her own home. Probably because she knew them so well.
Mimi first met Miyaka Tsukino in her second year of middle school, when she was only twelve. Miyaka was just starting middle school and only eleven. Miyaka seemed like a troubled girl. She never smiled and just seemed all around depressed. One day after school, Mimi just happened across the sad girl behind the school where recess usually took place. They were all alone, but Miyaka didn’t notice Mimi was there. Mimi had only come back there because she’d left her lunchbox there during recess. Thinking she was alone, Miyaka began using her own fire powers to create a small flame that hovered above the palm of her hand. She just…stared at it for a while, completely lost in thought. Mimi, however, was mesmerized my the fact that there was someone else like her. Well, not like her, but with powers of their own. Mimi approached Miyaka slowly, but still wound up startling the girl. Miyaka, though caught, never put out the flame in her palm. Mimi just smiled knowingly at her, which earned a confused look from the younger girl. Without saying a word, Mimi pulled out her water bottle from her lunchbox and twisted the cap off. She guided some of the water out of the bottle with her hand and gently guided it in the direction of Miyaka’s hand, putting out the flame.
Miyaka just stared at her now wet hand for a few moments. Mimi grew uncomfortable at the silence that had settled among them. But Miyaka looked up and stared at Mimi. Miyaka’s uncharacteristically ice-blue eyes met Mimi’s deep blue ones and she did something she hadn’t done in years…she smiled. Mimi couldn’t help the smile that formed on her own face as well. The two girls began laughing at each other. After their laughing fit was over, they sat and talked for a few good hours. Mimi noticed Miyaka wasn’t very talkative even then and when she did talk, it was in a very low, self-conscious voice. They both exchanged their stories on how they found their powers, though Mimi couldn’t help but notice Miyaka kept a lot hidden from her.
The girls spent a lot of time together after that initial meeting. About a year after then, Miyaka decided to confess her whole life story to Mimi. It was one random day, both girls had been sitting on the beach just enjoying the other’s company, when she’d brought it up. Mimi was taken aback by what she’d heard. Miyaka’s depressed life suddenly made so much sense to her then. She’d been deeply hurt growing up by all of the men in her life (which was quite a bit). The only person she had left in the whole world, that she trusted anyway, was her older sister. And now, she had Mimi too.
After that, the girls developed an unbreakable bond, not to mention a certain attraction for each other. Miyaka never liked men and never would after the ways she’d been treated in the past and Mimi felt the need to care for her hurting friend. Their relationship after that was somewhat of a dating one, but neither had openly admitted how they felt. It was just assumed by the way they’d randomly decide to hold hands or by the loving smile they would give the other when there eyes met. Miyaka was never the one to initiate such actions, being the introvert that she was, but Mimi never seemed to mind it.
When Mimi left for high school, things got more complicated for the girls. They stayed in contact after school and Mimi got a chance to meet Miyaka’s older sister, Emi, who was a junior in high school at the time. Emi become an unofficial part of their group as well, though she was much more sociable with “normal” people than the other two girls. She too, had powers, but hardly spoke of them. When the girls learned of Ria High school, they agreed that perhaps that was the best place for them. They couldn’t chance living normal lives with powers they knew little about.
Relationship to Main Character: Mimi is a very close friend of Miyaka and they're kind of dating...
Weapons/Armor: None
Items: A pendant made of pink coral with a simple aquamarine jewel in the center. It’s said to be a rune of some kind, but Mimi never wears it because, whatever it is, it enhances her powers beyond her own control. Instead, she keeps it locked away beneath the lining of her music box.
Battle Skills/Magical Powers: Her teleportation skills, though they’re not very good. She can manipulate water as well, but not create it (she’s working on that) and her manipulation only goes as far as moving water around. She can’t make detailed shapes out of it. She’s also working on being able to freeze it to create weapons, but she’s no where near that talented.
Character Flaws: Mimi’s teleportation skills are abominable. She can only teleport to places she knows extremely well (down to every last detail of the room). Otherwise, she messes up and winds up some place completely different (and totally lost). A couple of times, she even got herself stuck between a wall.

Character Looks: Shizaku has long dark blue hair and piercing red eyes. She's rather small and average weight if you dont add the weight of her wings. She has a creamy complexion and snow white feathers on her wings.

Personality: Shizaku was never the center of attention in her house hold seeing as she was one of eight kids, so she has a very low beat attitude and she's very good at taking care of others. She's never had trouble with getting along with people since having people skills where she lived was pretty much a must.
History: Shizaku lived in a small town most of her life, in a fairly big house that housed ten people, her father, mother, four brothers and three sisters. She's the second oldest in the family, having one older brother and the rest of her siblings being younger. Her parents decided to send her to Ria highschool so she could broaden her horizons.

Any items you have: Shizaku came to the school with nothing but a backpack filled with her clothing and some random belongings.

Zen was wounded severely by the explosion, and he nearly passed away. However, something inside of him was awakened by the life-or-death struggle occurring; His telekinetic abilities. Zen used all of his remaining mental strength to make a small shelter around himself to hide while he healed. When he eventually passed out from a concussion he'd accumulated, his memory went blank. Shinsei has short white hair that comes above her shoulders and soft, violet eyes. She has a very slim figure that is really flexible. She wears a soft blue corset, a sheer blue ruffle skirt, knee-high boots, and white fish net stockings. They both have soft white cat ears and tails. Shinpan wears a ribbon at the end of her tail and Shinsei has an ear ring in her left cat ear.

Personality: Shinpan is a bit quiet, but can be very outgoing. She controls her actions very well and has to watch out for her sister. Shinsei is very outgoing and can go over board a bit too much. They both love to party and always like to show off with an act of their own. They can be very slggish and quiet when they're tired, but every once in a while they go on a Hyper Spree and wreck the place. They love to play pranks on each other, but most of all they love to snuggle with each other for a nap.

Personality: Adorable, a bit bubbly. Loves to play with dangling items such as strings or branches. A bit of a squeeky voice, always loud and out going. Pounces alot on new people. Very amicable, affectionate, and caring. Loves to curl up in a friend's lap for a small nap.
History (if your character has one): Teinei was born in a dark cave hidden on the plains of a far away country. He and his parents were captured for their coats and kept in horrible condition. Once Teinei was weaned from his mother's milk, his parents were taken from him to shed them of their snow white coats. His parents fought the humans for their son's freedom, being seperated from them as he was left on a family's door step.He learned the human language as they raised him with much love, mistaking him for a house cat. The night of his first birthday, he slipped out into the night after being accepted into Ria High, planning to find his parents one day.

Name: Melanie Demarco
Name Meaning/Nicknames: Mel, Mellie.
Gender: Female

Race: Human
Arts: Telekinesis and hypnosis.
Character Looks: A few months ago, Melanie wore brown contacts, had long, flowing chocolate brown hair with ringlets at the bottom and her clothing was usually copying some kind of anime character’s. She watched a specific anime and chopped her hair off to just-longer-than-shoulder length and stopped wearing her contacts, thus letting her vibrant blue eyes be shown. ((Incase you didn’t know, she was trying to look like Mitsuki from Full Moon originally)) Melanie then let her hair grow back to a dark, slightly orange-ish blonde and VOILA! A real-life Rosette Christopher, she was. Ironic.
Her teeth are getting a bit crooked, so when she loses her last tooth, which IS loose, she’s going to get braces. Melanie stands at about 5’3”-5’5”. Her shoe size is probably around 6-8 in adult sizes, and she weighs about 106 pounds ((Even though she doesn’t like to share it)) She usually wears dark blue clothes or brown clothes, and some of her hair is put up at the sides in ponytails that cover the rest of her hair. Melanie sometimes wears ribons and is trying to sew a nun hat like Rosette's, even though she isn't very great at sewing.
Allignment: Good
Personality: Melanie is a very good person. Helps out a lot, etc. etc. But she’s geeky and obsessive, and what I mean is she’s an anime geek, so she’s geeky and obsessive over… anime and stuff. XD And she’s very talkative and friendly aswell. She's also VERY flirtatious.
History: Melanie was always a bit odd. When she was 5, she had picked up her dog with telekinesis by accident and when she tried to tell her parents, they ignored her. She continued her powers on her own without telling anybody.
This young brunette became quiet when her father died. During this time, she attempted to find something to keep her occupied, and started to watch TV. As she watched, Melanie slowly changed most of her schedule to whatever anime she could find. This is how her obsession slowly started.
She tried to do as much work as she could around the house to get any amount of money she could lay her hands on. You can probably guess what she used it on. She bought from any store that sold good anime in New York City ((She’s a New Yorker.)) and watched as much as she could on the computer. She came across Full Moon wo Sagashite accidentally while searching for something else, but decided to watch it anyways. After watching the whole series, she downloaded all the manga ((OMIGOD SHE’S A CRIMINAL)). Full Moon caused her to curl the ends of her hair into ringlets and wearing chocolate brown contacts. Her parents never honestly bothered to ask, and let her carry on. This went on until she was 12.
Spending every minute of her spare time doing SOMETHING dealing with anime, Melanie would actually occasionally watch two at a time. Usually, she’d go onto a large list of them and point with her eyes closed to determine which one she’d watch, so one day she got into Chrno Crusade and decided she wanted to be just like the main character, Rosette Christopher. ((Except for the whole nun/exterminator and apostle/Mary Magdalene/Stigmata (sp?) thing)) Her mom started to get worried when she began to get a bit religious ((Duh. Chrno Crusade is REALLY religious.)) and tried to get her to stop, but she assured them she was just acting like a specific character from a show and she wasn’t REALLY that religious. And then she hacked her hair off and died it a honey orange-yellow color. Her mom didn’t really mind, but just kept an eye out that it wasn’t a cult.
One day, Melanie’s mom, Holly, went outside to see Melanie walking home from school, her schoolbag floating behind her with contact with nothing but the air. Holly started freaking out and searched for a place to send her daughter. This time, she didn’t just ignore her. The stressed mother searched for a month before finding a school. Finally, a school! Now she wouldn’t have to resort to a mental institution. Five days later and Melanie was packed and sent away, far far away from her home. Luckily, she had packed all of her anime.
NEW AT RIA: Melanie has begun to slowly move away from her obsession with Rosette, though she would never admit it. She's become more obsessed with a specific boy, and maybe it's high time she started to be a regular girl.

Character Flaws: Melanie mainly only focuses on one thing, so if she’s walking and watching her DVD player, walk on the OTHER side of the street. Also, she talks a bit too much, spaces out a lot, sucks at studying, focuses most of her time on anime so she doesn’t focus on school and she’s VERY ditzy.
