Yes, well. . . er, I play clarinet in the Razorback Marching band at the University of Arkansas. ^^; I'm a Freshman. That's all I suppose.

RheaFaery Sorry....I feel kinda out of place...Never even seen a football game... Well, marching bands don't have to necessarily march for a football game, or whatever. But it would certainly be fun to do so. The closest we have come to it so far is we are going to play in pep band for the homecoming football game, so that's awesome possum. I hope our sad, sucky football teams win. Lucky for the coach I'll be too busy playing my clarinet so I won't have time to yell at him for the lousy job he is doing. biggrin You have never seen a football game. You are insane. Our football team lost the homecoming game by missing a five yard field goal. Five yards. We got yelled at for insulting our own team. ^_^

And by the way, have any of the guy clarinets here ever been called gay for playing clarinet? I mean, that's always confused me when people do that. What's less gay than being surrounded by twenty girls constantly?

lol.....I have never ever ever seen a football game....'cept for on t.v. ....but I hate football on t.v.....I hope IRL its better...I, being the patriotic Canadian that I am....ADORE HOCKEY!!!! HOCKEY ROX MY SOX!! And even though I ain't a guy, I know that Clarinet guyz happen to get a lot of action.....And I don't know what a pep band is so....

Exactly. wink I've never been called gay for that reason (only by morons who don't know me at all), although some idiot kid in my neighborhood asked "Isn't that a girl instrument?" I of course told him there was no such thing.

I'm trying my best not to scream at how dumb that is right now. I mean, you think with all their practicing and hard work that a five yard field goal would be a breeze...but NO.

Especially college. I don't really like NFL though I can watch it. I mean, in college, you have a sense of pride, like you actually play hard to get good stats. In NFL its just like, yeah whatever, at least I get paid big bucks no matter what I do. Your EXACTLY like my friend. She heart hockey. I agree with the clarinet guy thing. I think the same goes for guys who play flutes. My football teams rock the house. Period. Sorry I just had to put that in there. biggrin biggrin
