I think we should include Misato in this poll...after watching most of NGE again...I'm really starting to admire Misato a lot more. xd

Misato is awesome, in the anime and the manga both. I like how you get more into her head earlier in the manga, though.

sybrid Misato is awesome, in the anime and the manga both. I like how you get more into her head earlier in the manga, though. Does it focus a little more on her than it did in the anime? From episode 8 and on, Misato gets more serious and regressive, which is explained for the most part, but I wonder if the manga goes deeper than that.

Yeah, I started collecting the manga and its great how it dwells a little deeper into the character of the characters. Sir Langley>> Well...she does have her less than admirable habits xd but that still doesn't impede on her over-all character and sexiness. I watched episode 18 last night and I really felt sorry for Misato. I had forgotten about the sheer, harsh reality of the initiation of the dummy plug and the near-death of Toiji. I started a kind of Evangelion journal last night (why I only watched one episode, I wrote on that one episode for about a hour...) and wrote a lot about the realities of war (which is a major theme) and the tragedy of Toiji. It was also really interesting to see the further development of Kaji and Misato's relationship again. I'm "falling in love" all over again.

I think what happened to Touji is that he did not have any idea what he was getting himself into. His tragedy is his ignorance to accepting a fate that's better for his sister but ultimately much worse for himself.
This is mainly why I believe the anime should've followed the manga and killed him off. It's really the best way to show the reality of war. Sure, people are wounded and maimed, but the main thing is they die. Kaji too understood that in war, if you find the truth, you're next in line to be whacked.
What do this have to do with Asuka and Rei and their hotness? I don't know sweatdrop

Let's put it like this: if every woman who ever looked at another woman and went "She's kinda hot" was a lesbian, your chances, as a male, of ever having sex with a human female would be about .41%.
