Colche frowned. Someone here hurt Aubrey? Her brow creased and she buried her nose in to Aubreys hands "Glad mommy back" she whispers, she didn't entirely understand what Aubrey was saying but she had a feeling it was something like when Scar made mufasa fall off the cliff and he wouldn't wake up. "Make sure always wakes up mommy, needs much" Lifting her sweet furry face she frowns her lips turned dopnwards and those big doleful blue eyes awash with tears. "No let get hurt ever gain" she stated with a rather determined look on her soft spotty features. She had to find out who did it and make sure they didn't do it again. What would she do without Aubrey? Life would not be the same without the brown haired woman.

"i'm glad I'm back, too, Colche. I'm just worried..." she chewed on her bottom lip, not knowing what to say exactly. "I'm worried I won't be able to come see you very much. You're the only islander that wants Mommy to wake up, baby."

Colche frowned, a pout coming to her furry features "No see.."her ears flattened and finally the tears rolled down her cheeks those blue glassy eyes leaking big tears which fel to the bed sheets with a sploosh "Colche....I come see instead? I be good promise" she pouted ehr bottom lip wiblbing as she did. Who hurt Aubrey? She wanted to find them and bite them so hard! Her mother couldn't come and play any more because of them.

"I don't know baby. But we'll figure something out. They can't keep me away from you, kay? I promise." She poked her nose and smiled at her. "I'll still be able to see you somtimes. But I'm going to have to be more careful so I dn't get hurt again."
A frown tugged at Aubrey's mouth. "No one has ever given you any trouble because you like me, have they?"

Colche tried to smile. "be really good." She thought she had better affirm this, she wouldn't cause trouble she just wanted to see Aubrey.
She shook her head at the second question though her big blue eyes looking a little worried. Why would anyone want to hurt Aubrey in the first place? She was a nice good lady who took care of her."Noas, noone hurt me."
Licking ehr lips and wrinkling her nose she looked at her mother figure with a little smile "Colche.." she paused and grunted, she hated refarreing to herself like that now, real people said I. " I come lives with you?" she looked deeply hopeful, she could see Aubrey all the time if she wasn't down in the villiage.

Aubrey gave her a sad smile. She knew the answer to that. "I don't think so, Colche. That would take you away from all your other friends. Its really boring in here. When Mommy is in here all she does is work. S'no fun." She stroked Colche's hair and put her hands on her shoulders. "Because you have to chose one place or the other to live and its hard to be able to move between places. I think it would be better if you stayed with all your friends."

Colche lowered ehr head and nodded saddly. "okay" she mumbles, would aubrey ever come and see her again now that someone had hurt her? "Gots lots of friends only one mommy" she closed her eyes and snuggled in to Aubrey saddly "no stay ways forever" of course for her forever could just be a few days. Aubrey was a busy ladys he knew but she made time to come and see her, would her visits stop because of this incident? For the first time in ehr life Colche wanted to hurt somone, who ever had hurt her mother was now her first enemy, if she had known the word, she would have dubbed them up as such. as it was, she just knew she had to find out who it was and make sure they never hurt Aubrey ever again. Never ever again.

Aubrey wrapped her arms around the girl. "No, I won't stay away forever, Colche. I promise. I shouldn't have said anything, baby. Its just Momma's scared now." Aubrey said the words before she even knew she was going to say them. She nuzzled her face into Colche's shoulder.

Scared? She didn't even know that Aubrey could be scared she was somone whom as far as Colche was concerened was invinsable, scareproof, somone whom could stand up to everyone and come out the other end unscathed. "I protect" she whispers cuddling close to Aubrey "no lets bads things happen never" she frowns though ehr featureds were hidden in Aubreys shoulder. Who would hurt her mother? It hurt her listening to Aubrey speak, who could hurt Aubrey so baddly that she was frightened? this rock of a woman always so confident and careing, her saviour. "No let noone hurt never gain" she said determinedly. She would even fight Jamal, even though she knew he was a big scary person if it saved Aubrey. Jamal..He had hurt Aubrey before! Did he do it this time too? She would find out! She would find out and bite him so hard if he did!

Aubrey wiped away a tear from her cheek. "That makes me feel better," she said with a smile, pulling back to look at her. "But don't go picking fights or getting yourself hurt, Colche. Not everyone feels about me like you do."

The little girl in her knew full well that if she started a fight she would loose, but some how the cheetah had convinced itself it could at least show a little force., though it knew it could always run if it needed to. She nodded "I no fight.." She paused, she wanted to bite them, make them pay for hurting aubrey, but if mommy said no "I be good..Maybe prince man let me stays if me good" she grins a little cheekily, looking hopeful. She was convinced she wouldn't be any trouble at all.

Aubrey couldn't help but chuckle. The idea of a Moreau as a prince was too amusing. "Don't get your hopes up," she said with an encouraging rub on her shoulders. "My prince gets really overprotective and doesn't like to let people in. You need to make sure you say Thank You to him when you see him for letting you come in here and give me my beautiful picture."

Colche smiles and nods "will" she puurrs tilting her head and cheek towards the hand on her shoulder "I be good, say thankyous and pleases.." she pauses looking at Aubrey. "No let bad mans hurt mommy, me turn protects" she whispers snuzzling one of Aubreys hands with a puurr. The fact that it might have been a female assailant didn't occur to her, only men could be really bad in her mind even now.

Colche shook her head and giggled at the question. "Noas, Angelina say she have baby one day tho so I can see" She grins, she wasn't entirely sure if Angelina aggreed to have a baby opr not but it would be okay to think she did, wouldn't it? She grins broadly, changing the subject like that, when it came to princes and babies she was facinated "Ambrose Angelina prince" she puurrs happily her blue eyes closing for a moment. "Maybe gets prince soons. When bad man caught lots more peoples on island?" she tilted her head it was a question but she was getting pretty used to the fact that people arrived periodically to join the islands inhabitants. "Bring nice prince okay!" she giggles reaching her furry fingers to play with Aubreys hair. She caught a few strands and concentrated hard as she braids the slender strands in to a tiny little plat. She wasn't entirely sure how she knew how to do this, but Aubreys hair looked like it would look pretty in a..what ever it was called.
