ah cool the neck, pickups, and electronics for my custom came today! I'm happy just waiting on the body wood, and then its dremal time. I'm calling that bass, Mr. Krinkle.

I have always been a fan of naming the upright basses I play/played.
I named my first bass Mr.Bowjangles (get it, bowjangles. As in the bow I used to play it with, razz )
Then, I played a very similar school bass, and it had an e string that rattled. So on the side of the bass it said o na piece of tape, "Rattles" So I named him Mr.Rattles. Then I grew taller finally, and the only 3/4 size school bass left was the red plastic one. So, I named him Da ba-bass. Later on, for a Jazz song some my friends and I made, featuring me, we called him Mr.Red. We did that since our song was called Mr.Red Sings the Blues, it toally described my red bass and it sounded cool. Since I'm first chair now, I get the best school bass. (Well, I'm pretty sure I'm first chair, but e still have to do the chair placement anyway. However, I'll still get to the play the best bass cause somehow I got dibs on it first) Anyway, it's a beautiful, new, wooden bass that is worth 2.5k new. It's sweet stuff. So I decided to give her a fancy name (So pretty , so it had to be female, ;D) Bella Bowjangles is what I called her. And finally, nowI have my own bass that looks so Scottish or Irish to me, I don't know why. I haven't got a name for it yet so, yeah... It's fun to name basses, even though it makes me sound soo crazy, lol

Mine's a blue-fade/black Ibanez GSR200FM, so if you've seen one you might see why I named mine 'Polaris.'

My bass is a Fender Squier Jazz Bass, and it's name is Bunny Marie Way Jr. It's red. And soo beautiful.
Why? Because my favorite bass player, Mikey Way, from My Chemical Romance, has a cat named Bunny Marie.

I named my bass and my guitar by a pic I took of them... My bass is Scattered Remains, and my guitar is Splattered Brains (It's a Cannibal Corpse song). And Im getting the Gene Simmons Axe, and that will probably be named K.I.N.G. (a Satyricon song)

My bass's name is Vinni, because she looks all vintage-like. The finishing touch'll be when I get to paint her headstock black.

My cheap no-make is Fleep, because it's a damn good word.
My Ibanez is Agent Moulder, not after the X-Files (I've never watched that show...), but after the bassist from Jack Off Jill, Robin 'Agent' Moulder.
My next bass is gonna be called Robin, because it's either going to be an EDB600, or a Bass Collection SB-something-or-other. Ja. And she done had both of them.
