Well, I open a base av in photoshop and then make a new layers. Using a single pixel pencil tool in the color of the clothing I want, I outline a piece of clothing, then fill it in and shade it. Then I make another layer and do it again for each piece of clothing. I also make different layers for little details like the flowers on relm and stragos pants. For the hair, it depends on how complex it is. Sometimes I will use gaia hair, sometimes I will start with gaia hair and edit it. And sometimes I will just draw the hair completely from scratch. Then just add a sig and save it as a jpeg, upload it, and post it. Of course its always a good idea to keep your layered photoshop files, so you have proof in case anyone tries to steal your edits. Oh and I tend to save the PSD right before any big changes I attempt, so if i dont like how the shading comes out, I will have a spot to revert to, in case I cant go far enough back in the history.

Penmouse on a Wacom tablet. It rocks! I do use the mouse for some things, but for precision i use the penmouse
