Her invisibility wore off halfway, leaving her looking like a ghost. Her respirator was knocked off, along with her hood and face mask. A small trickle of black metallic blood escaped her mouth. She didn't want to open her eyes. Her scalp felt sticky and not at all right. Probably bleeding. Her whole body hurt, especially her left shoulder. She knew that she would feel better soon. The bleeding would stop, her bones would mend, her functionality would return, and she would be able to make herself completely invisible again. Hopefully. She knew something was wrong. She'd been injured before, worse than her current injuries, but, something didn't feel right.

((That looks close enough to a random encounter roll to make me think you haven't broken any rules.))
((*Laughs* Ah, Katashi is such a robot...))
Katashi had just opened his mouth to ask another question as the car gave a sudden jolt, making him bite down on his tongue. He pressed his lips together in displeasure. He had not been looking, but he certainly had not seen anything. He glanced over at Auren.
"I guess we should check it out," she said, worriedly.
He nodded, unbuckling his seatbelt and alighting -- leaving the car door open.
The obstruction was a ghostly figure lying a couple of feet away, on the passenger side of the car. Katashi carefully walked around the prone figure, noting breathing apparatus, a mask, and pooling blood like sticky mercury flowing across luminously pale skin and matting snowy-white hair.
"I do not regcognise her race," Katashi stated, "but I would assume she is of the Fair Folk."

Jack's eyes opened as she heard a voice mention the phrase 'Fair Folk'. She got up stiffly, setting different bones back into their proper places. She poked a bit at her sore shoulder, noting that it was dislocated. She pushed it back into it's respective joint with a sickening Crack!. She took one of her black gloves off and wiped the blood from her face. She frowned. Her hair would have to be remedied later. She pulled her hood up, sheilding most of her face from the light. Jack finally picked up her respirator and put it on, sick of the disgusting, tainted air. She put her glove back on and paused to look at her hand. Well, that's...interesting. It was, in fact, quite alarming to her that she was still halfway visible. Perhaps that was what was wrong? She attempted to make the whole enchantment cease. Nothing happened. She endeavored to turn fully invisible. Nothing happened. Her brow creased. It was an anomaly; it had never happened before, ever. She was stuck. She looked up to the two people who had come to see if she had survived. No, she corrected herself, they probably just came to find out what invisible object they had hit and run over. She stretched, setting a few more bones back in place. She examined the male first, for personal reasons. Ewww. Definetely demon. He oozes it. Hmmm....well, I'd guess his favorite shade is white. She could classify his race by his...aura? It wasn't something she ever saw, but rather something she would smell. It was as if everything was a type of wine, and she just had a very sharp nose. Her attention turned to the female. Oh. That's different. Some sort of...snake thing? Interesting. Green eyes, pretty, odd pupils. Superb. Jack didn't say anything, of course, she rarely ever talked unless she couldn't help herself and simply had to make a snide comment, a correction, or to point out something. She hated making introductions.

Auren joined Katashi around the car. She nodded in agreeance as she waited, watching the sort of faded figure before them. She couldn't pinpoint exactly what the girl was but even without a clear view of her, scent could mark her as some sort of fae. For a naga, a being much more accustomed to the senses of smell, hearing, and touch instead of sight, these heigtened traits carried over in Auren's human form. The stranger couldn't be too harmed. Joints were quickly being snapped loudly into place and the female was standing on her own. She didn't say thing at all, which seemed a little odd, only seeming to look at them and continue about her business of relocating joints and arranging her respirator and hood.
Auren shrugged and commented to Kakashi, her words sounding more like a question than a statement, "Well, I guess that's it.." What else was there to say? The person she had hit looked to be recovering and they had somewhere to be. The smell of blood mixing with the warm rain caught her attention more than anything, but nothing registered more than a bit of pulse increase as Auren stayed calmly at a distance.

Angel frowned at the male Vampire, her hands clenching and unclenching at her sides. “Tell your boss that I’m not taking on assignments right now. I have something that demands my immediate attention.” Her eyes flicked to the dragon boy, still happily playing with his tin can, then back to the immediate threat standing in front of her.
“Once I complete this task, I’ll be happy to speak with you again about your problem.” Though the falsely brilliant smile remained in place, the other’s posture turned unmistakably threatening. “No. I think you’ll listen now.” He snapped his fingers and a second Vampire appeared, seemingly from nowhere, scooping the unsuspecting dragon child into his arms and holding him in a deceptively gentle hold.
Angel gritted her teeth, glancing from the Vampire to his accomplice, silently debating whether she could take them both out before they hurt her charge. It was an absolute that she could best them in combat, but she couldn’t take the chance that one of them would hurt someone she was fast starting to care about. They had been counting on that, she realized with grim certainty. “What do you want?”

Katashi watched disapprovingly as the small creature picked herself up, methodically realigning joints and bones. A muscle beside his nose twitched. He was not very happy about this individual's sudden appearance, and he did not like the scent of her at all.
Seeing the fae was alright, Auren shrugged, "Well, I guess that's it..."
His eyes narrowing, Katashi looked over to her and disagreed: "Somehow I think not." Returning his flat black gaze to the ghost-like figure, he asked, "What is your name?"
It was not a command, but it was something similar.

Yun blinked, finding himself peering up someone elses nose. That wasn't his adopted mother at all, and the person was squishing his wing - something he didn't really like. He also didn't like the smell of this new 'carer'. And it was male. He didn't really like male people at all. He couldn't really remember the reason why, but he had decided it long ago and had come to the conclusion that males didn't seem to like him. And this scene merely proved it further into stone.
The small dragonboy's face contorted into what could only be described as disgust at the predicament he found himself in. He made a small noise and wriggled about until he could see his pervious carer, reaching out his arms to her. Did this mean she wasn't staying with him? He didn't want to be left in the arms of this... Male. He wanted a mothering figure, not a father figure. A father figure would make him grow up into the dragon he was meant to be, and that meant ignoring shiny things and helping people all the time, regardless of what he wanted. He didn't like the lifestyle he was supposedly born into. He wanted to get up to mischief and perhaps help the odd person out by finding their pen.
When it was apparent that she wasn't coming over to take him from this male of whatever species it was - it certainly wasn't a human, he could tell humans quite easily through their inability to appear within the blink of an eye. Moreso to the point, when she didn't come over. When she began to talk with the other male. That was when Yun gave a small cry and fought against the hold of the male. His wings opened forcefully against the chest of the male that was restraining him, the small dragonboy quite adept at escaping from many people's holds.
He gave an audiable growl and sunk his claws into the male's arm, claws becomming sharp almost within an instant. He wouldn't kill it, despite having a deep dislike for most males. He couldn't kill him. He wasn't that sort of dragon at all. He wasn't allowed to kill anyone or anything. He could just hurt and bite him until he released him. Which was exactly what Yun did.
The air about both the vampire and the small dragon became quite heavy, becomming hard to breathe in. The air pulled them both down towards the ground, trying to crush them with their own weight - Yun was used to the feeling it seemed and easily changed his stance to cope with the extra weight.

"Jack Hawk." she replied warily. She didn't like him. There was something about him that made her feel uncomfortable, as if he was trying to lure her into a trap of some sort. I swear, he wants my real name or something. He looks like he's trying to decide wether to devour me or poke me with an iron stick and take all of my secrets. He doesn't look like a nice demon...not that I've ever seen a nice demon. Or a live one. She felt squirmish under his sight. She was unimaginably uncomfortable, and she felt that he wanted her to feel like that. She could see the malice in his eyes. Then again, she was known to have an overactive imagination.

Angel took immediate advantage of the situation. The concealed blades that had resided quietly in her sleeves until this moment were instantly in her hands. She pressed one to the neck of the Vampire in front of her and simultaneously tossed the other directly into the heart of the one that had snatched her charge off the ground. The second died with a gurgle of pain as he grasped weakly at his chest. The first merely looked on with horrified eyes.
“Silver blades.” She told him, drawing a line over his throat with the tip of the blade. “Took me a lifetime to learn how to wield them without harming myself. Of course, they work just as well on creatures that aren’t poisoned by silver. Too bad you aren’t one of them, isn’t it?” The Vampire hissed in anger and pain, still choking as the air around him thickened, courtesy of the dragon child.
While Angel could feel the magic gathering in the air and knew that it was being brought to bear on their attackers, the spell (or whatever it was, since it was certainly nothing she had ever experienced) wasn’t affecting her. That, she could only be thankful for. She glanced over at the dragon boy, determined that he was safe for the time being and yanked the only living Vampire to his feet. “What does your boss want so badly anyway?”

Yun look mortified at the blade that had hit the male's chest, becomming stock still as he watched him flop to the ground with an assortment of small pained noises. Did he do that? He didn't mean to. He didn't want the person to die.
Instantly the air became lighter, instantly returning to the way normal air should act. He was terrifed of the red substance that began to pool around the clearly dead male, but he was unable to move, unable to tear his eyes away. Something inside him churned. He wasn't allowed to kill people. He wasn't meant to let people die, unless of old age, but even then he was meant to let them die painlessly.
Yun had a small growth spurt of character, his alignment forcing it upon him.
He turned to peer at Angel with wide eyes, watching them both for a few seconds before his shape began to shift. His shoulders hunched over and broke free of his robe, wings unfurling and flaring up above him. His already scaled feet enlarged and changed in shape slightly, claws becomming more predominant. His hands grew as well, scales of a silvery colour erupted up his arms as his robe fell away in tatters.
His head began to change shape, his once long and flowing hair dropping to the floor as it seemingly dropped out, only to be replaced by a shorter tuft of slight darker hair, the tufty hair running down from the back of his head and following the top of his neck to his shoulders. His head, meanwhile, had grown longer and grown a snout, almost like the head of a horse.
He had taken on what could be stated as his true form, resembling the platinum dragon, albeit slightly smaller and less bulky. He wasn't exactly like the platinum, however, his wings had come from a different legacy of dragon and proved to be slightly unneeded with his ability to control the air about him. He was turning into daddy, wherever he might be.
His shoulders had reached the height of the tree he had previously been playing on, easily dwarfing both vampires. He was also now, extremely easy to spot by the casual passerby. Not that he realised him being spotted was a bad thing. He was there as a blessing to the people, so he expected them to treat him accordingly.
He gave a snort, lowering his head, and blew warm air over the two humanoids.

Angel blinked rapidly in shock as she attempted to assimilate what she had just seen. Had the dragon boy just grown? That one moment of confusion was all her attacker needed. He slammed his hand into her arm, knocking her blade away from his throat. She cried out in shocked surprise as he withdrew a switchblade from some hidden compartment with an inhumanly fast movement.
The blade sank into the tender flesh of her back with a dull thunk. She hissed in pain, but managed to remain standing long enough to bring her arm back across his neck in a blur of speed. Her knife sliced through his skin like it was melted butter. He died with a choking gurgle of anguish. She slipped to her knees, only moments after insuring that her attacker was truly dead.
She heaved a sigh and slumped over to her side in the grass, breathing shallow. She pushed herself back to her feet, spots threatening her vision and reached around herself to lightly touch the handle of the blade still protruding from her back. The Vampire had intended on severing her spine, but thankfully, he had missed by a considerable margin.
She set her teeth and with a small cry, yanked the knife clear of her body. The pain bit immediately, proving it had sharper teeth than she had anticipated. Her vision darkened until she was certain she was going to pass out. Somehow, she managed to stay on her feet and sway unsteadily towards the door of the house.

The large dragon watched the scene with what appeared to be a fair degree of sadness. His large and gentle eyes fell upon the now dead vampire and within an instant his body disentigrated. The second vampire's body also disentigrated, melting into the ground.
It was then Angel who earnt the dragon's attention, his affectionate orbs watching her struggle to the door. 'Does this mean you're saying goodbye to me, vampire?' a voice said to her and from the dragon's look at her it was easy to guess it was him. The voice sounded powerful, holding great authority, but it also sounded carefree as if they had all the time in the world - like a child. The pain from her back seemed to lift, not totally disappearing, but becoming distant like the noises about them when the dragon spoke.

His flat unblinking stare did not falter. "Jack Hawk," he repeated. "I daresay I do not know that name. What is your business, Jack Hawk?"
The biggest problem for all with Katashi was that, unless instructed otherwise, he was perfectly direct. He did not understand why subtlety should be neccessary in most circumstances. It drove most of the other Liberationists he worked with completely mad.

Jack got protective. She didn't like it when people asked about her....job. "Oh," she replied casually, "this and that." She was vague, something she was skilled at. She wouldn't even admit to being stingy with information.
His stare still made chills run down her spine. There was something sinister about him. Of course, it may have been the fact that she'd never had a conversation with a live one.

Katashi had no love for vagueness. He pressed his lips together in a white line as he regarded her, then asked again: "Of what nature is your business, Jack Hawk?"
