If any hint of the countess' bouncing remained, it was quickly banished into oblivion. The forsaken silliness that had started to overtake her, even with her ready excuse of utmost boredom, was again cursed, as Rosa jolted to her feet. As she preened the outfit she wore, she started moving to her door, allowing her head to c**k sideways. "Now who would still adress me as 'Lady' when I have been a 'Countess' for quite some time.." She thought outloud, stopping on the otherside. She stared at the wood briefly as if expecting it to awnser, before she sighed, shook her head, and opened the door.

The mouse-woman was still spectacularly short, and so it must not have been too much of a stretch for Rosa to see the similarities at once. She did, however, seem to have a spark of confidence more than the child she'd known before.
"H-hello my Lady..I..uh..I thought..I haven't seen you for a while..and so...I thought I would stop by and..and see if you were..busy.."

Rosa blinked. Her face was quite blank as her arms slid easily into a cross over her chest. "I am sorry, but if you intend on speaking to me, my girl, you should try to.. well..speak.. and not stutter on like some drunken ogre." She declared rather blankly still, before her head slided further sideways. "Wait a minute...." A smile cracked over her glossed lips, "Muris? Is that you?"
It took a few moments for the smile to grow, and then just as quickly it began to fester as the countess overlooked the girl...woman's new appearance. "Well.. come in." She managed to say mid-observation as she stepped out of the entranceway to her room.

The mouse-woman did as she was bid to do, and quickly stepped into the room,
"I'm sorry, about the way I was talking. I don't know why I got so very nervous...I just haven't seen you for a while, that's all."
She bit her lip, looking up at the other woman curiously,
"I was hoping..perhaps...you could..um..train me again? I know that I've still got a lot to learn if I want to act even anywhere near as gracefully as you do..."
And she had a good many reasons for wishing to seem ladylike..though she doubted she could ever get the beautiful grace that seemed to come naturally to Rosa, and even to Filix.

"Training?" Rosa echoed, looking rather confused for a moment as she closed the door again. After a minute a new look came over her face, as if someone had just screamed out 'Checkmate!' she smiled rather broadly and nodded. "Oh yes. I remember now."
She cleared her throat and started to circle the poor woman, breifly seeming far more like a vulcher(sp) then the treasured rose she was supposed to be. At one point in her circles, she finnaly stopped, and went to take up a bit of Muris hair and run it through her hand. "You must be fully grown, now. I suppose I was right, then, as you have become quite beautiful. Not that much else to expected, most of our kind is beautiful but... not all of us are quite... Well, I don't know if I could, or should explain."
Poor Muris seemed to have invouluntarily auditioned for something..something horrible indeed.

Muris blinked, wondering what precisely Rosa was up to, with the strange circling and predatory look in her eyes. Still, if she was going to teach her to act like a Lady...well, it was worth whatever the older Fey wanted to put her through,
"Yes, this is my second evolution..I just reached this this morning, actually, when I was with Alcie in the stables.."
She felt a slight pang-- she missed the elk-man already,
"I'm glad you think I'm beautiful, I suppose..though I don't think I'm anywhere near as much so as you or Lady Filix."

Rosa nodded to herself, seeming rather content with whatever she had discovered. "Yes Alces does seem to be around at everyones worst and best times. Imagine that. I am begining to think there is something he isnt telling us, or... me atleast."
As the other continued, she let out a sigh and tucked some stray hairs behind her ears. "As completely out of character as this is going to be.." Rosa muttered with a slight roll of her eyes, "Let us cut through the formalities just this once. You can flatter me to your hearts content in just a moment, though I will understand if you feel you must sneek a few compliments, here and there." With another nod she smiled again. "So. You wish to continue your..err...training? Even after you have grown and discovered the freedoms and benefits of adulthood? That is wonderful! Though, if I may ask, what are your motives?" She was strangely straightforward in her tone of speaking, acting almost normal in some respects that she was not rambling about herself at every turn and dismissing any subject that wasent, infact, about her. Well, for now it would seem that way, atleast.

Muris flushed a light crimson. Rosa never failed to make her feel ever more incredibly childish,
"I'm sorry. I hadn't meant to flatter. I was just being honest..."
She looked down at her hands, then remembered that she was dealing with Rosa, and to look down like that would probably get marks against her in the long run. She lifted her chin, meeting the woman's gaze...or at least, looking just past the Countess' face,
"I just..I want to be ladylike as you are. To be graceful and learn not to stutter..be more confident.."

Though she wasent truly all that malicious, the way she seemed to make a few select people so uncomfortable always amused her a great deal. With a smirk painted on she watched Muris' bright eyes intently. "Ah, is that all? Even a warriors training teaches him how to be confident. Graceful with the sword, he learns how to control his body when he needs to. He learns how to avoid intimidation, and for this I imagine many warriors easily avoid stuttering. You see, there are many ways to fix the problems you present... But nobility, ladies of the court.. it not always so simple. Even governing land as a countess might be required to can be quite simple to explain and teach. Many cultures have land owners, lords of estates. Even the mooncourt.. though I imagine they decide who gets what by how loud you belch after each meal.. My point, dear, is that being a lady is much more. "
It was rather hard to tell if Rosa was trying to make her 'occupation' seem more difficult then it was, or if she was simply trying to inflict Muris with some sort of fear or respect. ...Or if she really considered countesshood difficult, or atleast as difficult as it had been for her thus far.
((Oh gosh I/she is rambling again... *shakes head* ))

Muris winced at the words, then sighed,
"I want to be as much like a lady as I can, Lady Rosa. Because I don't like feeling as though I don't belong in this Castle. Everyone here is nobility...and though they're all very nice to me even though I'm not, I want to at least act in a manner they would find more easy to accept."
This was all honesty, of course, though she was careful to leave out a tiny detail of it, simply because she was not sure of that detail herself. To leave herself open like that to Lady Rosa was not...adviseable, to say the least.

Rosa smiled again, looking at the other even more intently then before as she sat down slowly on her bed. "I see. And is there any favor in particular you seek?" She asked in a somewhat sinister tone, though the sort of 'sinister' you would expect from someone like Rosa and not something truly evil. "Either wa y, my dear, I will of course help you. I could not deny such a request from anyone. I must admit, however, that I have not thus far been very close to the pefect example of a lady.. certain things have always seemed to cloud my judgement."

Muris shook her head, looking the perfect meek little mouse-student,
"No, I don't wish any favour. I only want to be able to feel like I fit in when I am with my friends."
Would Rosa make a fool out of her? She supposed it was possible. If the woman no longer liked her, there were a million ways in which she could turn this training against her...
But she had to trust her. Once, they were on the verge of a sincere friendship, she had felt it. Perhaps they still could be..

After a moment of staring, Rosa sighed in a dissapointed mannor. "Ah.. I see. Ill admit I am rather dissapointed. I had hoped you were swept away by some dashing nobleman and I would have the chance to play matchmaker but.. alas.. it is not so. N ot that we have many 'dashing noblemen' in the first place. Wait.. do we have any? Now Im depressed.."
After a moment she cleared her throat again. "I would recommend Equus.. I believe my sister is done with him.." She thought outloud, putting a finger on her lips. "Oh, nevermind. Women of my family undoubetedly have traumatic affects on men, I am sure he is cursed for the rest of his life now.. Now, where were we? Oh yes. Your training. We shall begin atonce, then. I am glad you have come to me, Muris.. for.... various reasons. Let us backtrack a little." She stood up, and decided to make Muris walk around with a book upon her head for old times sake.

Muris flushed at that. Had she really been that obvious? Well, if she were going to trust Rosa...and if she wanted to do this right...
"Well, supposing there -were- some nobleman that had caught my eye...would that change things?"
She wasn't going to outright admit that this was the case. Instead, she'd simply pose it as though she were still a curious youth...which she was, in a way. What, really, were the traditions that nobleman and noblewoman used when they found themselves attracted to one another?

Rosa's interest sparked again. "Hmm? Oh.. well indeed it would." She smiled happily. "Let us say.. for the sake of discussion.." She looked at Muris and smirked again, "That you were attracted to.. hmm.. Well, ill use .." She had to stop herself there, looking at Muris closely she shook her head at herself as if telling herself she really couldent be that cruel and.. say.. what she was going to, "Attracted to Ardea." Though she said it in a dissapointed tone.
"Well, when you see him you would obviously treat him in a friendly mannor, trying to gain his attention and respect.. his affections." She nodded as she picked up a book and went to plop it on the girls head. "Now, under all circumstances you are not to be so forward that you, yourself, declare anything that could later be called 'official,' so to speak. Certain things, if your coy about it, I would consider fine.. kissing people on the cheek, hugging and what not.. but anymore much further then that is...anything aside from harmless, or shameless flirting... Well, it might be considered unappropriate if you have not declared your intentions to court as a couple. Declared to each other, at the very least. True kissing should always be asked before hand, barbaric lunging at each other.. though it does have it romantic appeal, doesnt have its place in the court. Have I completely lost you?" Rosa asked. She later wondered how much of her personal preferances she was putting into all of this, and how much of it was accepted fact.. she later decided it didnt matter since there wasent really anyone to challenge her on the matter, at the moment.
