Really? The hotel I stayed at in DC was pretty below average, but then after that we went to New York, and that hotel was about average... until our flight home got canceled for a night, and the company sponsoring us (it was a school trip) gave us a free night at a five-star hotel. It was so awesome! <3
I prefer to avoid the scary places of this fandom if I can. XD;;

I don't like fancy things... I don't know, I'm like a lizard; I spend all my time living in the darkness under rocks XD
I don't even know where the scarier places of the fandom are... I could probably find them if I wanted to... places like 4chan (I've heard it gets really scary there sometimes) and in some of the online shrines... but I just stick to Gaia and my other little places I go for various fandoms.

That's kind of adorable. XD I love fancy things though. Not fancy food or clothes, but fancy places. I don't like acting fancy, but I like spending time in the luxury, I'll admit. XD
I had a friend who tried to get me into 4Chan once. I refused because of the scary things I had heard about it, but he insisted the artistic forums would be more my cup of tea, and that they tended to have less scary people, so I tried it out. First post I find is a picture of all the male Naruto ninja in playboy bunny costumes. I never went back.

Lol XP I told my friends mom that I was a lizard, and she looked at me weirdly...
That's why I don't go there XD there's that stuff, and worse.
EDIT: I should probably mention that starting tomorrow, Sunday, I'll be gone for another week... I have to go to a band camp thing for marching band, and I don't think they'll let us get on the internet DX

I'm not too strict on keeping threads in topic. As long as people know that the topic of the thread will always be the main point, and that the thread can be moved back on topic any time, it's not a big deal if conversation leads to other things. It's the natural flow of human interaction, and I wouldn't want people to always be worrying about making sure what they say is on topic.

But it's more fun if they are! Not enough girls.... I was bored in gym one day and decided to start listing characters, to see how many there were/I could remember... I got to 72 names, 10 of them were female, the rest were male, and I still had more to add that were also male... Some of those characters officially have to be gay XD

Seriously, it's like impossible for them to each have their own girlfriend if you only consider the female members. So either they're stuck alone, or they go with each other. XD

And if you do pair them up with females, it usually is a crack pairing (Eg. Mai, Anzu and Kisara are already taken).
