I know what Dr. Moreau and Sabin need to make!.......
Punishment Serums!
special wicked serums with temporary effects lasting weeks, months or till next change!
could do almost anything! like what Moreau did to Billy
or maybe make someone loose all their fur or feathers, maybe
switch fur for scales? maybe switch their gender on them
switch them from anthro to non-anthro....
or make some features go Asymetrical like on Thom!
possibilities are endless to torment the poor islanders with
evil wicked bad serums like that!

The consept is good. A punishment for dissobediance, but I think turning them into non-anthros would be more of a reward. Perhaps somthing that makes their hormones awry, or unbearable internal pain.

As much as I like the idea for torturing the poor islander even more, the main flaw with it is serums take months or weeks to take effect, so they couldn't possibly be something so dramatic in terms of physical change. They’d have to be a very minor change. But I'd be all for changing someone who was anthro into a non-anthro, but that’s for the staff to decide really, I doubt they want people transforming any further than they’re 100% form.
Perhaps the Doctor should experiment psychologically on one of his subjects, try to make them loyal to him regardless of their species, like his great grand father did. I’d be all for doing it to my own character actually, the more tormented he is the better.

One punishment serum that be bad is one that took away an islander's ability to speak, or alter their hands into nonmorphic paws so its difficult to use them we need a raccoon dog on the island!

Too wierd. I went to an aviary today and I was checking out this bird. When it saw me it puffed up its feathers and did this strange dance. It jumped, cawed, bobbed its head and spun circles. I thought it was trying to scare me, like many other animals defend themselves. I came home and researched the bird. It turns out it was doing the mating dance for me. eek They're mate for life birds too. It was too wierd... Anyways, If someone is looking for a strange and unique animal this would be a interesting... choice. It would be amusing to see the transformation sketches. xd

Maybe a religous fanatic sent to "cleanse" the island of evil..? (I was thinking along the lines of a medival crusader).
Or a U.S. marine get a age regression and a monkey transformation?

An Entomologist gets very excited when he hears there is a potentally new species of insect on Moreau's island and eager to try and be the first one to discover and name it, leaves home/family/job ect ect without telling anyone reason for taking some VK time to try and find it! only to find out that he's the new insect, a big humanoid version of Phyllium giganteum- a walking leaf insect.

eek I would be terrafied of a naked mole rat charicture... My band teacher is evil... and old.... He was old when the dinosaurs creeped from the primortial ooze. Me and my classmates decided he had a distinct resemblance to a naked mole rat...  Like it? I did it. Done with basic graphic editing on photobucket. Anyways, thats why I find your suggjestion both halarious and oddly disturbing.

how about a Bio-luminescence add-on syrum? something like "alba" the albino rabbit that glows green. This could be coupled with some other things, like the ability of krill to focus its bioluminescence a bit like a flashlight. Also, perhaps some controll over the intensity of the glow.
