my theory on why on my map israel is like that is that the surrounding nations attacked it again and so it fought back, only this time completely destroyed everything cause of just annoyance at how they have been and so they got all this land.
meanwhile...turkey fights greece over some territorial dispute, greece loses and then turkey attacks the new israel...but turkey loses...and israel wins all that nice land. n_n

okay, but what kind of world history is covered? I mean, my school basically wastes all history years until 7th and 8th grade, when I did World and US History respectively. US history is continued in 9th grade, and then you can either take AP Euro or regular history, which is world, I think.

We learned alot of random stuff until 9th grade, like napoleon and all sorts of stuff I don't care about.
Then at 10th and 11th we learned the history of the land of israel (from the time of the first beis hamikdash till today), including the holocaust.
