It's either Cid, Reno, or Kefka<-----(FF6)
Cid Flew an airship. Awesome.
Reno had an electric stick, and an electric personality. Awesome.
Kefka was the evil dictator type who's sole joy was manipulating and controlling the espers while trying to wipe out Terra and her group of rebels where ever they went. Plus he made a cool lightning storm. Awesome.

The coolest villian of anything ever EVER is sephiroth, but I think my fav character would have to go Rikku or Yuffie, though I was a total Squall fanatic when FF8 came out (hence my avi. lol)
