Kim just wants to be good. He doesn't understand why everyone always hates on Nightmares. True, some of them could be nasty, but not all of them! Like him! He was nice. He would never hurt anything intentionally. Not even a weed. Everything on the earth deserved to have a place in it, no matter how annoying and insignificant it seemed to everyone.
But experiences in Kim's life left a lasting impression on him. He is timid and afraid of many things in the world. Especially other Kitsu. He tries his best to overcome this, trying to greet everyone he meets. Sometimes this doesn't go in his favor. Some Kitsu don't trust him. They think he's putting on a show to seem more innocent than he really is. When in reality, he really is as innocent as he seems.
