He had honestly been expecting much more to happen, and was grateful nothing did. He wasn't sure what he would do honestly if something had happened. It wasn't until Roq's comment on friends and enemies that Chase laughed a little; not by him saying it, but Tabby's disagreement and not needing to keep enemies close if they got stabbified. 'Tabby...will be Tabby.' He thought to himself, not the first time since their meeting began. Thankfully, his hound was helping to distract her a bit. As Roq announced how they needed energy, ice cream, before swimming Chase couldn't help but shake his head softly as white steel was being silly now as well, even saying he would show her spice if they didn't. 'I don't think he knows what that is...' Chase thought to himself; he doubted he would have said that otherwise. Thankfully, Tabby took it for its actual meaning for once. While not white steels intention, it was better than what she usually called spicy. Though Chase wondered if it was just because he was lacking the Y during pronunciation. She would say how mama would say he was not a gentleman if he did so...before realizing it was a joke and breaking into child-like laughter. Chase...wondered if anyone could follow the roller-coaster of emotions that was Tabby. He certainly couldn't. He would also notice a smirk from Roq directed to him, guessing it was at trying to convince Tabby to go for ice cream, and merely smiled softly in response. He would usher poppy to go first, a small bit of manners which Chase did notice, as he would follow after. Content to pull up the rear of the group with his hound.
He hadn't missed Tabby's enthusiasm for ice cream even if he didn't respond to it, but hearing her ask what their favorites was did cause Chase to pause momentarily. He wasn't quite sure which he would call his favorite per say; he had a few he liked and would alternate with them usually. He would be very surprised to hear the white maidens response; she never had ice cream. Chase would look to her in surprise. 'Even I had ice cream every now and then.' He thought to himself silently. She seemed to ask what Tabby liked/ recommended, and couldn't make eye contact as she looked down to the ground. Pausing for now on their way to the ice cream shack. Chase was tempted to speak his own but...was hesitating. He did not want to draw much attention to himself...even if he did want to divert it from her since she seemed a bit embarrassed. And he did not get the chance to. A person would walk by and bump into her, knocking her a bit away, before giving an aggressive glare and yelling to move it. Chase felt an internal boil for a moment; his hand briefly twitching with fingers curling slightly. While this may have been the first time he met her, they were team mates. Before he could do anything though, he would hear poppy speak again about taking too long. Chase made a decision there and then; he walked in first behind the man. His fingers were digging slightly into his palms, his usual meekness gone. He would tap the man on his shoulders to get his attention. The man would turn, asking what Chase wanted. "An apology to her." Was all Chase said, voice neutral and deceptively calm along with his features. When he began to curse though, and try to pin the blame on Poppy, Chase kept the same calm expression as he decked the man. Not expecting it, he would fall to the ground; leaving a little blood on Chase's knuckle as he didn't get his aura up in time. Blood chase would carefully lick off with his back to his team. Acting as if nothing happened, he would walk to the counter. "I would like one Shark Frenzy in a cup." He would simply respond, expression neutral and calm as he seemed...confident for the moment. His hound came up besides Chase, keeping a watchful eye on the man to make sure he did not try anything.

Virulent shook his head. ¨Not right now but in due time training will begin. For now enjoy the festival. NO need to let this hamper you. Instead, make it motivation.I will let you know once training begins. For now, dry your face my dear. Your team probably looking for you. I need to go pick up someone actually. I promised I would come by their booth."HE informed before he started to lock up the shop and get ready to go. Once everything was locked up and ready to go, he would wait on his daughter before heading for the exit. HE just hope she did not ask questions. He was going to go see a woman.
Hades was mostly indifferent about that volleyball game. It was fun but it was not something that he could honestly say he was keeping his mind on. They were good group though. Definitely would play again. As she was dusting herself off, Hades was not one that truly minded the sand s ticking to him. He knew it washed off in the end which made it not as irritating to him as it would appear to Blair. When hearing her suggestion, he had no reason to say no so he would join Blair. Blair wanted to go for a swim so why not? Joining her, he would wrap an arm around her and make their way out further among the waves at the beach. She wanted a place less crowded. Considering his height, it was easy to do without needing to actually swim. He just needed to hang onto the shorter faunus and make sure she was not washed away. "What's on your mind? You confusing me" Hades questioned gently. What's going on in your head? Yeah, he picked up on her nervousness. It was rare for her to show!!

Hades reaction caught her a bit by surprise, not his touch around her but his words. He was always one to find some way of making on innuendo that she would xpected him to wiggle one in almost every conversation but it never came, especially with her no realizing how easy she had made it for him just now. All this meant was he was aware something was wrong. He was more focused on her than himself?
As they walked into the water she raised her hands releasing her golden locks out of the pony tail they were in for the volley ball game. She preferred having her hair lose and flowing whenever she could and at the moment there was no need to keep it away from her face. Waist deep, well at least Hades was, she was more so chest deep with their height difference, she stopped and finally began to speak up.
She decided to just say it even if it came out a little crude or blunt, she wasn't one ti hold back punches and it was better to get it all out in the air. "Im doubting my trust in you. I think. Its," she sighed for a second before clarifying. "I shouldn't feel the way I do if I truly trust you? Jealous... Envious... Annoyed if you give attention to others. I shouldn't be worried that I am not enough?" This was her way of viewing it. Perhaps he would think her to be wrong but she didn't think he would. She was too blocked by the "negative" she wasn't thinking of the small things that showed her trust.
"If I trust you it shouldn't matter that you do not think or see me and only me?... " Her sentences were phrased more like rhetorical questions as if to convince herself more than him.
Just as he said nothing about his assignments and missions with Beacon, Blair had not shared either, only when she would be gone. It was not out of mallice or keeping it a secret, but more so he had been away when she returned and what she wanted to share, the mood had passed by the time he finally showed himself. However, as much as she had been fighting it, the truth she had learned weighed on her.....
She was never going more than a means to an end. A tool for others to use one way or another. Tools were only useful and wanted for so long...
"... Should understand you are are only content for so long..." Blair added right after though her voice trailed off softer than the other words before them. This was a by product of all that was going on in her head which had seeped and corrupted her thoughts regarding other aspects of her life, including Hades.
Was she being an idiot? It was very likely. Despite her mannerisms, deep down she was insecure and vulnerable. The truth of her past about who and what she was... Pulled it out... Not that being wirh Hades didn't do that already, but things had been getting better... Now it was taking a thousand steps backwards.
The question now was.... How would Hades be taking this.

Yumeko would smile. She knew that she had 3 friends she would love to be on a team with, but surely, they couldn't do that. Even if they could sign up, Yumeko wanted to see the randomness of the beacon assignment system. Surely she wasn't one of the only ones that came in late. She knew her friends would come in, but would they be together as friends.
Yumeko would finish her back. drawing a small heart on the back of her neck. Not as a sign of love, but as a sign of friendship. "Oh, it's fine. I can understand, you weren't expecting it! I'm here to enjoy myself, and possibly make even more friends." Then a bunny lady would appear. "Oh, I'm just here to help apply sun screen. She helped me with my back, and I helped with hers. If you want somewhere private, you will have have to move, this is my spot."
Was this really what was on Blair's mind? The rhetorical questions he was trying not to let get to him, but he was unsure whether she was just trying to reassure herself or if her mental guards were fading. Hades was a wild child. Always has been and always will be. Blair was fine. She did not always match the craziness but she did not bore him either which is always the danger when it came to Hades and relationships to begin with. Something was amiss and he could not put his finger on it fully.
So, what did he do that was untrustworthy though? Maybe his only fan account? That was no different than his regular flexing so maybe she was just mad he did not say nothing? But why not bring it up then if it was that? What else was there? Is it because when offered he did not do the thing? They actually gotten closer in their relationship but in the heat of the moment he did not go through with it. It did not reach the finally. Was that anyone's issue? No, but MAYBE it was working on her brain a little. Holding her close, a few teasing kisses would be place on Blair's cheek before thinking of a response.
"You are confusing me more and more by the Day Blair. I understand it is tough. Things can get..dicey with my personality. However, you should not worry too much in regards to that. No one comes close to the affection that I have for you. Is it bad I do not feel similar in thought? That you being away at times does not drive me up a wall? That cute bushy tail of yours out there with others? Does it bother you I do not react with a jealous melody?" He wondered while stroking her tail gently.

Remus tilted his head and one could almost see the the question marks over his head when Chloris said she wanted to talk to him alone. The fact that the dangerous hints were there made him only more curious about what was wrong. He couldn't think of anything that might of set her off, but like most people she did have some buttons that were unexpected and seemingly easily pressed.
After tossing Ella into the air Remus laughed out loud before diving forward. The crisp cool water washing over him as he sank in just a couple feet from where Ella dropped into the water a split second after him. Remus moved forward under the surface, twisting his body around before getting his feet back into the sand. He broke the surface with a victorious roar at the grand accomplishment of getting the bookworm to stop reading and play with them. He shook his head to shake the excess water from his short hair so it wouldn't get into his eyes. Then he turned around in place to look for Ella and the others. Finding Ella wasn't difficult as she started talking as soon as she surfaced. As expected she was retaliating. He felt the water surge up around him as if a slightly larger wave was hitting him but no normal wave would grab hold of you like that and pull you along with it. The water pulled him back and dropped him back into the water. Remus returned to the surface five second or so later. Shaking his head again with a gleeful laugh.
It seemed that the others were taking Ella's claim as a challenge. One that Chloris refused. She instead moved away from them to a deeper area. Henryk on the other hand came closer and proclaimed a will to test his mettle. Their leader declaring the start of a free for all water war before splashing water at the two of them. Remus backed away to avoid the first splashes. "Aw, come on, boss, you call that an attack? If you can't even hit me then what chance you got against the naiad over there?"

Aeralin took deep breaths before looking at her dad with a smile “it’s not even a question, you know for a fact it will motivate me” she said as she walked closer to the doors ready to leave, she wanted to go to see the festival since she was never there yet. Before leaving to a separated way from Virulent she would turn around with a playful smirk “enjoy your date!” Aeralin said jokingly, not knowing how right she was but the way she said it seemed as if she knew exactly why he left.

Aya laughed as she saw Kirien getting confused by her jumpiness and excitement “oh just don’t worry about it” she said as Kirien patted her head, her ears went sideways as she did so. Maybe she just over thought her own emotions. She didn’t know what it was to truly be in a relationship. That there was a difference between caring and between wanting to control the others actions and choices. She had had Hades “scroll” for a month, she had tinkered with it for some time trying to put in there things she thought he would enjoy.

Most things with Hades he could be on autopilot and still be persuasive and sound good. This was harder to navigate through. "I think I misunderstood truly what was going on back then. I am of a chaotic nature. I going to do as I please. However, your corruption is not one of a bad thing. Your corruption was an attractional pull that I think I was scared of, to be honest. " He explained as he looked at her. She had pulled away from him.
He thought it was out of malice but it was because she had a gift. Good thing scrolls were waterproof. Looking at the gift he was confused for a moment. Oh right? He never really got around to actually getting a scroll. He was a lazy bum. Seeing the color scheme, he would smile a little. He loved the red and Black colors on it and it matched perfectly with the hint of gold that was the home button. When he reached to try and get it though there was tension. She....was not letting go of it? Was this a trick? Or was it showing how important something she learned? Was it on the scroll? "Not as strong? What got you down?" he wondered quickly forgetting about the scroll. Her admitting weakness was new to him.

Blair scrunched her nose as her fingers tighened their grip on the scroll. She knew what was on there, what she had put there. It was a little embarassing as it exposed a side of her she tried to hide. Hades had yet to know she liked to sing and a video she made had sounded too great for her to dare delete. Of course there were other things there too. The idea of her seeming vulnerable was not one she liked but it was for Hades wasn't it? It was something for him, to bring the two of them closer, to help with the awkwardness. With one last show of hesitation she finally let go. He was going to never let her forget it once he saw what was there, but that could be a good thing... right?
"I don't know all your secrets and.... yeah fine.... I am there to spy but I will stop if you want. I... was curious to what goes on on that page of yours. Maybe judge your fans a little" She raised a hand and extended her index finger from her thumb. "The resenting is more in that i think youll regret this time with me. Time that you could have spent chasing 50 other tails." She threw in a random number but she was not so sure if it was innacurate. He had higher and lower moments. "The pushing away half a year ago may take a little more time or me to fully forget, but," She smiled coyly as she leaned into his dark caramel chest. It was warm from the sun giving a nice contrast from the chilly water she was standing in. Her lips pressed lightly against his skin where she leaned before continuing. "I'm glad I have such a pull with you. Seems you arent the only one with a manipulative charm?" She was no fool. She knew that in the beginning his interest in her, the way he acted over two years ago was to see if he could seduce her, but that changed into something else.
Sadly, it was time to speak of a more concerning matter. Some how she leaned even closer into him. Her arms holding him in a comfort seeking manner. "I've just been sidetracking to avoid talking about whats really up... I. I am just going to say what a learned." With that she explained to him the missions she had been on and what she had learned about her past. About who she was. What she was. And why she was.
Kirien was still a bit shorter than her but smiled while she heard her request and rubbed her chin a bit. "A gauntlet that can shoot water with punches or a slash? Why would a gauntlet sla-- Oh!" She soon realized what she meant when her left bracelet became a claw gauntlet. "OOoooh I see I see! Hm.... it may take a bit longer to create an attack safe-friendly type of claw gauntlet that can shoot water out from the claws but I say give it a day or so and I can handle that. It'll be mostly covered in pool noodles but with some hoses and a bit of pressurizing the air, you can flex your claws to spray out the water at a nice high pressure that can hit, but it won't hurt hurt. With the claws you'll need a pair of water tanks, one for each claw so running the cost it will be aroung 700 lien since you do know my friend." She told her with a smile on her face. "Will that be any trouble?" She asked of her while holding up the portable register.
