                        ▰ SOCIAL AND PERSONALITY

                        Nindo: “Freedom and happiness are the way to go! If we could all take a peaceful worry free nap every day, the world would be the bestest!!!!”
                        Personality: This happy little shark is a very friendly and likeable individual whos always up to one thing or another and people find themselves naturally drawn to. She is kind heart and sincere, a little dense which assists in making her seem more childish than she might want, though doesn’t give it much thought. Despite being bad with basic knowledge and being less academically intelligent that middle schoolers she is also quite clever and relatively quick witted, though has shown to be selective about when she wants to be.

                        She isn’t amazing at looking after herself but that is due to being quite lazy, disliking combat or the like most of the time but is down for rough play, especially in large bodies of water. She is very aware of modern pop culture within Arashi and even the culture of other villages quite well as she believes it will help her relate and connect to people. She has ambition of improving the world through friendly effort and help, so she chooses to perform to do this. Despite being opposed to combat she tends to be pretty overkill when it comes about, offering the opponent the chance to back down, if the don’t she will essentially pulverize them in defense and then re-offer the option of peace, though she is usually not, if not ever malicious intent wise. One thing to note is she is still 100% a Hoshikagi clan member meaning that blood and certain levels of unacceptability can result in her instinctively attempting to kill them ruthlessly, she also isn’t opposed to cannibalism as meat is meat. Loves games and challenges, playing, concerts, talking to people and seeing other smile like she does!

                        Biography: Looks like the daughter of Poseidon decided she had enough of being coddled and restricted, combine with her father’s temperament as brutal treatment of others. So this bundle of energy chose to run away from home, escaping the sea place they dwelled and setting off for land. The people from above were man and amazing, could make all these yummy food and made interesting things, it was all so overwhelming but she power on and tried to insert herself, sticking out like a sore thumb. This served her well for her antics, appearance and adorable attitude according to acquired accounts taken, singing and goofing around for food and to make her way.

                        Still with nice people there are mean people and in the end this little shark was arrested for nomming a few people who intended to do her bad, the condition she left them in leaving other to believe they were intentionally set upon. The Arashigakure took her in and ended out squirting her of her crimes after character statements and listening to her accounts, though seeing her as a naive child even if she might be older than she appears, but naive she is. Katsuragi Hari took responsibility for the little shark, a person that is treated as an older sibling figure and holds absolute control over the little shark if one were to closely pay attention, even if it might seem the other way around.



                        ▰ CLASSES AND STATS

                        First class:
                        ▱▰▱ {Grand illustrator}{Performance can be more than just making a song or moving to beats. It is about telling a story that fills the imagination and inspires people. More than just simple bards, those of this discipline do not just recite limerick and spread history; no, characters of this discipline create history all their own, spreading tales of fantasy and adventure that embody the oldest and noblest of human tradition and traits. They are a storyteller, who has mastered the art of taking any tool at their disposal and using it them to create something never before seen. When taking this discipline, characters are allowed to korabo any type of jutsu with another, as opposed to the normal limitations of korabo. This leaves it possible to create things anything from imagination, such as a genjutsu that heals others and many other combinations. This ability is done for a single activation by paying the chakra cost for both abilities. The only restriction is that the korabo must be incorporated as part of the user's performance, not just used during it. An example of this would be using the explosion from katon jutsu as a firework. In addition, the user also gains access to the following song technique. The cooldown for this korabo is once every three posts
                        . ▰ The Stage is Set [ Sutēji ga Settei ] | Rank X | Cost: Chakra
                        The cornerstone to set the ideal scene for the performer, this ability changes the entire thread it is used in, as prevents any other jutsu at the rank this was used at below from altering the thread once it has been laid. Similar to a keystone, this ability takes three effects of the user's choice to allow to the story. This could mean something like creating a swamp and then having that swamp has sticky properties to those that travel through it, requiring chakra paid to free oneself, whatever is desired. While being used this way, these effects may be korabo'd into the user's performance korabo for free, creating a three-way korabo between the jutsu. The limitations of this jutsu are listed below:
                        • This jutsu must follow a storybook progression. Unlike a true keystone, this ability cannot have all of its effects active at one time. Instead, they must follow the progression order of a beginning, middle, and an end. When transferring to the next part of the story the previous part loses its power but can remain after, as an aesthetic effect if desired. Meaning once you reached the next part of your story, the swamp would lose its sticky power but could remain behind as a means to set the ‘scene’ without breaking the flow of the reading. Each separate effect cannot last more than [3] posts.
                        • Storybook created items lack elemental properties that the performer does not possess when they interact with real-world items and beings. For instance, writing that a fireball falls from the sky will only deal blunt force trauma as opposed to burning, unless the performer possesses the fire element. Ninjutsu users may apply their enhanced element effects to these storybook creations as well.

                        • Much the same as other custom effects, no storybook created effect may be written so that it is a direct auto-hit OR write the death of a character that isn’t initially part of the story. As in, you could not say: write that that their RPC starts out poisoned, but instead write they are traveling through a poisoned cloud.

                        • Similar to other song jutsu, performers may utilize either your squad, or the assistance of other class performers, or even yourself, this ability may have its current effect duration increased by one post each time that performance is written in their post. Doing so costs an activation (or all activations in the case of a squadron) but no chakra, and can only a maximum of one activation may be spent this way at a time. Performance assistance from multiple sources does provide more than a single post increase but does improve your chances for upkeep this effect uninterrupted.

                        • Kai may be used to free oneself from a storybook effect but does not end the use of the story jutsu itself. This freedom counts as immunity from all story effects for up to one post after the kai isu sed. After that, if the performance has been upkept, they are subject to its effects once more.

                        Second Class:
                        ▱▰▱ {Heritage Keystone}{You receive an additional 5 custom technique slots to be used only on bloodline and bloodline-related techniques. Additionally, you may create a "keystone" technique; this technique is essentially a Bloodline ninja's signature move, with power and versatility similar to a technique such as Kamui. This technique must be submitted as a custom jutsu and approved. It also does not take a custom jutsu slot. In addition, you are able to use your third action for any Bloodline Jutsu, whether it is offensive or defensive, once every two turns. This discipline may not be taken in conjunction with another Keystone Discipline. Refer to the Keystone Guideline for more information. }
                        ▱▰▱ Cross Class or Specialization: Performer – Bloodline: While under the effects of their song jutsu, the performer may choose one Bloodline technique per every activation they have. After selecting the chosen jutsu, the performer makes use of a unique and fluid combo that allows them to mix all of these jutsu together for a single activation. The exertion of this korabo drains the body, however, and reduces the number of activations in their next post based on how many bloodline were mixed together. [This effect cannot be used outside of combat to stack activations] .

                        Strengths:
                        Lil Angel: With her bubbly personality, positive and sincere ways, people find it hard not to enjoy having her around or at least finding her likeable.
                        Daughter of Poseidon: Considering who her father it is is hard to find people as skilled with water techniques as herself.
                        Small but tough: Despite her small stature she is not physically unskilled and is quite tough, allowing her to be self reliant and able to look after herself when trying to offer allies support.
                        Deep sea music: Like a mermaid she has a almost a preternatural abilities to sing, this is best exemplified when she sings under water.

                        • almost always smiling, with a contagious smile
                        • very good at most games video or otherwise and will almost always play when invited!
                        • Is a heart of gold diplomat, always trying to creative a positive outcome and resort to words first, this doesn’t apply to snacks, dinner, food, fun, playtime, my controller and many other more socially oriented areas.
                        Weaknesses:
                        • A bit naive/trusting, a Dumdum
                        • Is way to considerate of her opponents life unless driven over the edge. Doesn’t like to kill people and tries diplomacy, though possibly a flawed form of diplomacy.
                        • When people don’t cave after her first attempt to smoothie over a situation she commonly restores to the above mentioned flawed diplomacy method which is blast em and try again.
                        • Not really good at the whole style of ninjas and tends to be loud or draws attention to herself unwillingly.
                        • bad at lying and big on making excuses for embarrassing facts or her shortcomings.
                        • has a voracious appetite and can actually go primal over the want for food…. And as mentioned above earlier she’s down for cannibalism. In this state she’s basically out of her mind, it can also be brought on by stress, harm or anger.
                        • The worst with money
                        Very small: At 141cms tall as her full height, she has rather limited reach when it comes to her limbs and even if strong for her size, this does put her at a physical disadvantage.
                        Easily mistaken: Eirene is tiny and acts immature as well as childlike, this leads into many encounters where she is perceived to be a child despite not actually being one. The fact she doesn’t know he own age is considered a royal pain in the a**.

                        • being disliked strongly by people/people tearing her down for her difference
                        • fire monsters are sorta scary but not intimidating!

                        • All Hoshigaki have the water element, and techniques that form sharks made of water do not require slots to learn and require one rank less in chakra cost at a minimum of [5].
                        • Hoshigaki are quick to anger, and when they smell blood, literally or figuratively, they tend to be quick to capitalize on the weakness they perceive.
                        • Hoshigaki possesses a set of gills for the innate breathing of either air or water.
                        • Sharkskin is tough and jarring to others so any physical contact made with a Hoshigaki results in tier one paralysis on the limb that made contact with the Hoshigaki.
                        • Bukijutsu costs [10] less resource to use at every body rank, maxing out at 60 less at S+, always to a minimum of 5 resource paid per technique.
                        • Hoshigaki are automatically contracted with the fish, and their animal sage mode does not take a spot away from the contract's sage limit. Animal sage mode is separate from the Hoshigaki sage mode.
                        • Hoshigaki are able to inflict tiered drench with all of their techniques.
                        • All primary members of the Hoshigaki Clan are automatically contracted to the aquatic summons of the Verdant Abyss and are able to summon them once they learn the summoning technique. Must travel to the Verdant Abyss to become a sage. If you sign any other contract then you lose access to the aquatic summons
                        • Grand Ultimate Rhythm | Rank S | Training
                        The user has trained extensively on combinations of punches and kicks, turning them into a master of the striking arts. The user is able to strike [1] point harder per rank of a technique following an evasive, defensive or counter move.

                        All striking techniques executed by the user double the decreases inflicted upon targets when impacted
                        • Gunslinger | Rank S | Training
                        The user has always sacrificed range for power, all up until now. By making their physical punching techniques complex, the user can send dense chakra orbs from their fists to extend their impacting range as well as allowing them to now "punch" ninjutsu. The strikes are now counted as spiritual when interacting with other techniques and carry the user's full stat increases of simple techniques. These chakra orbs range ten feet per rank of the parent technique.
                        • Dragon's Direction | Rank C | Training
                        Spiritual Doki Yari techniques can have chakra recycled for the use of another attack. This is done by reversing the flow of chakra being generated through the pole arm then exerting the chakra again for the next technique. This cannot be used to recycle chakra that is no longer in contact with the pole arm. Chakra is recycled at one rank lower in value than the technique being recycled. This chakra must be used by the end of the following post.

                        Becoming more familiar with molding chakra into their attacks, the user is able to spend five less chakra per rank of a complex or spiritual technique and must pay no less than 5 chakra for a technique.
                        • Flame Breathing Pattern [ Kaen Kokyū Hōhō ] | Rank D | Training
                        The user is accustomed to the unique and various breaths that it takes to perform physical attacks as well as to channel chakra. This allows the user to passively detect when an offensive action is about to occur, giving them a [1] point increase in agility per body rank of the user. Additionally, once every three posts, the user is able to defend against an offensive activation without utilizing an activation.
                        • Flame Attunement [ Chōsei Sa Reta Honō ] | Rank C | Training
                        By practicing the style's many forms, the user has learned to reduce the chakra needed for equal results by finite control. This reduces the required chakra by 5 per rank for complex techniques that channel elemental powers. In addition, this does not reduce the potency of the user's techniques in collisions.
                        • Flames of Deception [ Kyogi no Hi ] | Rank C | Training
                        Once per post when using a technique from this style after the user completes this training, a C Ranked elemental clone of the user may be created in their place as they move out of sight in some manner through role play. This costs no activation but requires a C Rank amount of chakra each time done. These clones have access to C Rank and below Basic Combat Skills. In addition, each of these clones, upon being stricken with a value equal or greater to C Rank explode, sending their specific element flying outward fifteen feet. Each clone requires an E Ranked Upkeep per post.
                        • Task of the Next Generation [ Jisedai no Shigoto ] | Rank S | Training
                        Upon the master of the school of Kakumei no Hono Ryu, it's the user's responsibility to develop the next generation! The user is granted one [1] custom slot usable only for a personal technique of this style's theme.
                        • Disciplined Control | Rank B | Training
                        Becoming more familiar with molding chakra into their attacks, the user is able to spend five less chakra per rank of a complex or spiritual technique and must pay no less than 5 chakra for a technique.

                        Personal Attributes:
                        {Each RPC gets two personal attributes by default, with options for more depending on their choice of classes and bloodlines. Read carefully and consult the Personal Attributes System for more information.}
                        ▱▰▱ Aquatic Mastery | The user's suiton techniques may be doubled in size for no additional cost. This does not effect the strength of the user's suiton techniques. In addition, should the user's water ninjutsu or clan techniques interact with another suiton technique, the user's technique steals one rank of chakra from the opposing technique. If this overpowers the opponents technique, this technique continues on it's path normally. Also, the clan member gains a +1 to Strength or Speed every time they increase in body rank. This culminates in a total of +4 Stats spread to Strength & Speed as desired
                        ▱▰▱ Sharkskin | When the Hoshigaki's blade makes contact with a target, they absorb chakra equal to the defense used. They can also start with an additional [2] bukijutsu styles
                        ▱▰▱ Surf or swim | Walking on or submerged in water, Hoshigaki can dodge for one rank less in resource and their speed is boosted by [1] at E-C body rank and [2] at B-S+ body rank. They are also able to use bloodline techniques with somatic gestures.
                        ▱▰▱ Dancing! | Dancing is another class performance type she can use, this applies on land or when swimming, however when swimming it is a lot easier to make actions seem graceful and dance like when simply swimming with a minor amount of flair

                        While singing or doing some other type of performance(Meaning this jutsu can only be cast if she is performing) multiple sharks of water that proceed to circle around the user and allies in a 30 ft radius. These sharks ward of attacks while raining a soothing and light spray of water upon allies, replenishing 50 chakra a round to allies(not herself) within the sphere of affect until the technique ends and drains the same amount from enemies making contact with this barrier, lasts 5 posts, only one cast of this jutsu replenishes people’s resources.(I feel the fact that it can only be cast when performing and that the chakra regen is only from one casting should cover as a minor detriment.




                        Sky swimming | Rank B - S+ | Bloodline [ water ]| Cost [ Spiritual ]
                        Coating her body in in a layer of water that increases in quantity and stretches in the direction she wishes to go, this water being able to be sent upward or in any other direction that she might wish and can essentially fly by swimming in the air. She functions as under water during this technique and passively avoid techniques in the same manner as Solo flight. Lasts 5 - 8 rounds, costs an upkeep two ranks below casting.

                        A song/verbal explanation about the excellent of food, during this any food items will boost any affects from foods/poisons by double, including herself. Opponents hearing this song will find their stomachs churning, rumbling and begging for food as if they hadn’t eaten in three days but without pain. During this the victims will find it nearly impossible to make themselves resist ingesting any potential food presented to them, with no regard to the risk or who offers it. Requires a Kai disable the starvation affect.

                        Augmented the outside over her body and weapon with a thin layer of grinding/Absorbing chakra. This layer of chakra grinds through other chakra based techniques and absorbs the rank of jutsu she defeats in collisions when using a Buki/tai and returns it to herself in a complex form. When striking a foe, instead she absorbs the amount of the ranked of damage inflicted by Buki/tai-jutsu in a complex form(so like what the rank of damage inflicted is after all stats taken into account like endurance) as the opponents blood is essentially absorbed and consumed as part of this techniques effects. Lasts 5 posts Has a B-rank upkeep. Besides sharkskin PA, guild made jutsu and Samehada, this jutsu does not stack with other custom jutsu that might drain resources. Can gain up to its casting value on any given post and no more in reasources.

                        Underwater wonder singing | Rank X | performer/Bloodline []| Cost [ Spiritual ]
                        A jutsu that requires her to be performing to utilize, this song is a blessing within water and a bane outside. When singing underwater her voice is unnatural a beautiful like the most talented of mermaids, all allies are defend from mental status affects up to its casting tier. Above water it inflicts tiered Insanity and is extremely unpleasant, unnerving and painful as this jutsu functions akin is something like a mermaid singing. The buff lasts 1 post after she ends this technique or the post after she switches from water to land as it really can’t provide the buff when you hear that squalor. Lasts 3 posts + 1 each rank, is considered part of a performance. opponents may free themselves through Kai of equal rank to this technique. Looses a rank below casting cost to a minimum of 5 in stamina each round she since about land like this cause it’s bad on the special vocal cords used for this, prolonged surface usage can be very damaging.

                        Eirene pretty obviously has a tail with fins protruding from around the base of the small of her back. This tail makes he able to swim multitudes faster than even members of her own clan, able to casually reach near Shushin speeds while underwater. While underwater she may pay the cost of this technique to use her tail to is fullest extent, counting the opponents agility as 2 lower when interacting with her Buki/tai if they are under/on top of a water source that she occupies. Secondarily she may use a dodge as a supplemental action while under water with a [3] post cool down so long as this technique is paid for in that round. This ability funcrions with Sky swimming as the user is technically underwater but being as this technique capitalizing both on her immense ability under water as well as the opponent being at an environmental disadvantage, the dodge action function may only be performed when actually under water.

                        Eirene has special contract seals on her wrists that were granted to her at a young age by her father. These seals are tied to brutal, loyal sharks to her father and by extension her, which allows her to call on their assistance on a moments notice. Using any water within sight or from her wrist directly she can suddenly summon one of these large sharks which come ripping up from the water or toward the target mouth first, easily big enough to grab any person by their chests in its maw and bite into them and do savage damage(so long as said person hasn’t made themselves huge.). This is treated as an A-rank complex technique with a strength of [8] and Eirenes current speed, counting the victim as grappled after successfully striking with its terrible maw, automatically drawing an A-rank complex cost each round from Eirene to chew the opponent for a supplemental action(requires opponent spend appropriate stamina to break free.). Should the shark miss or victim be release then it immediately disperses, you could say that it is basically shot like a cannon at the opponent and should it miss then the shark just goes away, this jutsu able to launch the sharks up to an effective range of 50ft. This isn’t a true summon, the shark can only withstand its rank in damage before being dispersed and does not count against summon limit. The only requirement to keep using it is that she declare a different name than sharks forcibly dispersed next use, though sometimes she just tends to yell “Sharkzooka!!!!” when using this jutsu. A Rhino is a little too big for this jutsu to function properly as the shark can’t properly grab a hold, in cases like this where this is shot at a summon or super big person or object that has the ability to be grappled… they will NOT be grappled by this and the shark vanishes after biting/hammering into them.

                        Usable only on opponents underwater this jutsu is a derivative of one of her father Poseidon’s jutsu, albeit slightly less dangerous. Using fine water control and understanding of the deep, Eirene will force a body of water surrounding a person exert immense amounts of water pressure that pin the victim in place, the water surrounding the targeted area pulling toward its center point. The crushing force of the water inflicts tiered trauma and requires any captured foes to pay a ranked equivalent in chakra to escape. The area affected is marked by the water being slightly darkened in comparison to its surroundings, affecting a 20ft diameter at B rank and increasing by 10ft per rank. Cost 2 ranks beneath casting to maintain. Those whom are actually captured by this technique suffer mostly internal injuries, making it visually hard to tell how badly harmed the actually are.
