KisaThe Beacon of Light
Kisa was working with Prism to cut vegetables for the curry. She could hear people talking out in the dining hall, but she had no idea what they were saying. It started getting loud enough for her to tell it wasn't a very nice conversation. She started to get nervous, looking right at Prism with a 'oh no' expression on her face. Please, please don't start fighting....
She jumped when she heard Demitrious raise his voice and then she could hear Thorival. Kisa looked outside of the kitchen to see what was going on. It seemed the paladin was handling, thank goodness... Kisa smiled a little, grateful, and went back to working on the curry. Maybe things were starting to work out?
Zuni just rolled her eyes with her arms crossed. Was he serious??? Every time Demitrious tried to get in their face, they were just supposed to run and cry to the angels? Bull. s**t. That wouldn't happen in the million years; that wasn't how it worked in the underworld. If you bent over and tattled like a five year old, you were lunch. They had to stick up for themselves, even if they were in this rehab hotel. No death matches, of course, but they weren't going to take s**t either.
The kitny just shook her head a little, and decided to slide her headphones back on and just sit there listening to music.
These angels were really stupid if they thought everyone would just be best friends holding hands and singing songs with unicorns and rainbows. Was that how it worked up in Heaven?

Demitrious Von Varibon Reseria
Demitrious tries to protest but before anything can be said, his brother interrupts him. After seeing Wynter leave, Demitrious narrows his eyes, angry at the fact he didn't get any say.
"So brother, you are going to play like that with me? Your YOUNGER brother whom you are supposed to love? I suppose your stance is still of that against me. I am here to be rehabilitated yes, but I will have a very hard time ever forgetting what you did to us, to my father."
His voice gets low to a growl.
"To me. What YOU cost us."
Demitrious turns and begins walking away.
"I am going to check on what items you are cooking. I PROMISE I wont start anything there."
With a wave, the prince strides to the kitchen where he see's Kisa poking her head out.
"So, what art though cooking O' lovely Angel? Where is the other one?"
Demitrious looks around the room, looking for Prism.

Prism Prism had taken a small break from chopping vegetables, now starting the rice since it could cook while they were preparing the curry itself.
The neko exchanged a worried glance with Kisa as she heard the yelling and bickering as well, frowning slightly. Didn't they get tired of fighting? It took so much more effort to yell than it did to agree to disagree. Although she was relieved when she heard Thorival step in and handle things. It saved everyone a whole lot of trouble.
"Did Thorival sort things out well? The silence is kinda scary now." Prism laughed quietly, making sure the rice cooker was on before she walked back over to her cutting board.
Her ear twitched as she heard Demitrious enter, glancing over her shoulder at him. It was him that was yelling earlier, right? He seemed calm at least, so Thorival must've said something to keep the peace for now.
"R-Right here."
Was it Wynter he was arguing with a minute ago? It sounded like her voice, I think I heard Zuni as well. They didn't seem like they got along very well...

KisaThe Beacon of Light
The pastel haired angel giggled a tiny bit.
"Yeah, it seems he sorted it out. I think you're right, Prism, the silence is a bit scarier..."
Kisa looked to Demitrious, blinking at him. Why was he talking to her like that? Was he trying to be nice, or was he trying to mock her? She had no clue. Prism said she was here, and Kisa smiled a little at her. There was no way Demitrious could be cross with her so, she didn't have to worry about him going off on her.... right? But why was he referring to her as the 'other one'? That was a little... umn... rude...?
"Her name is Prism," Kisa pointed out, and then answered his question, "We're making Japanese style curry, but it won't be done for about three or four hours, which will be just before dinner time. Can we help you with something?" She asked, not sure why he would be in the kitchen unless he needed something.

Demitrious Von Varibon Reseria
"So tell me. Why did they send down a very small, very tiny, very FLEDGLING like Angel down to help supervise this project? It kind of feels like an insult that she is here."
Demitrious gestures halfheartedly to Prism.
"Does that mean they don't care about this project and are just throwing anyone and everyone who volunteers or what is the deal here? I would like to know so if this is a joke, I can leave now and just... try surviving elsewhere."
With a sigh, he rubs his temples.
"Look at it like this; you are a fallen angel, you run to the hotel. The hotel is a place where you can be redeemed. That means you are QUITTING being evil. Once they find out you even TRIED to quit, they will hunt down the people that 'quit' and make them worse than slaves... So I need to know if this is serious or not."
The prince's eyes cast upon Prism.
"Is she, honestly material enough to be here?"

KisaThe Beacon of Light
Kisa paused, stunned for a moment.
Umn... What-!? Was she REALLY asking that?
Normally Kisa was a bit of a push over, but she couldn't stand seeing someone pick on her friend. Especially a friend that came down here just to be helpful, even when she was scared and could have stayed up in peaceful Heaven.
"Th-That... That is rather rude-!" She squeaked out, putting down the knife she was chopping vegetables with. She let him finish what he was saying, just to make sure he didn't mean something else. But nope. He literally was annoyed that Prism was here? That was just...
"Of course this is serious." Kisa said, now full on glaring at him, but it looked way more cute than it did threatening on her soft face. She hardly ever made a face like this, but she was actually starting to get angry. Anger was a feeling she never felt, unless someone picked on a friend or family member. And of course, that basically never happened in Heaven. So she had absolutely no clue how to handle the feeling.
"I... Understand... your concern.... I suppose.... of wanting to make sure this is serious...." Kisa was really trying hard to bite her tongue, she couldn't commit a sin like wrath, she tried not to raise her voice either. "But I'll clarify that for you. I can promise you this is serious here, and it's a real serious chance at redemption for you and everyone else coming to stay here." She breathed out, still restraining herself.
"Of course she's material enough to be here. Prism is here to help, just like the rest of us. As far as I'm concerned, the only angel here who outranks us is Mister Odstarva. Prism is just as much of an angel as I am, as well as Thorival...." She kept staring at him, bewildered that this was even a discussion. What an awfully inconsiderate thing to just waltz into the kitchen and so rudely ask like that..... "We're together on this, we're a team. I wouldn't trade her for anyone else."
Odstarva happened to be walking by as this was going on, curious as to why he heard yelling a few moments ago, and he stepped into the kitchen. He frowned a tiny bit at Demitrious, "If you really want to bring up 'ranking' in this hotel, Mister Demitrious, I would like to point out that, in fact, Miss Prism here outranks you. So I would tread lightly.... Please be more considerate and think before you say things like that." He stared at Demitrious, "I believe Sir Thorival told you to go to your room for the evening. Would you like me to escort you there?" He raised an eyebrow, curious as to what Demitrious would do.

Prism ".............."
Prism simply stood there, letting the prince's words sink in. She hadn't ever been so.. hurt and insulted before. Her ears went flat against her head, her figure drooping a little, and her tail just simply curled around her right calf. Tears welled in her eyes, as she felt like a failure to the hotel all over again.
I'm not going to cry, I'm not going to cry, I'm not going to cry
Prism felt like such a child being here, and she hated, she hated so much to admit that Demitrious was sorta... right.
She tried to wipe her eyes before the tears would fall down, but more kept streaming down her face. Hell wasn't a place for crying, it was embarrassing and it made her look and feel like some child. It even proved the prince's point further.
Prism was a scared little fledgling who was too pathetic to say anything back, except for a miserable apology.
"I-I'm sorry..."
The neko seemed to curl up further into herself, wanting to be anywhere but here. She looked up when Kisa stood up for here, and then to Odstarva when he happened to pop into the kitchen. A small smile managed to break through her tears after hearing such nice things from the both of them.
"T-Thank you Miss Kisa and Mister Odstarva."
Prism replied softly, bottom lip trembling as she wiped her eyes some more.

Demitrious Von Varibon Reseria
..... Demitrious gets a look of pure awestruckness in his face, then just shakes his head.
"I was merely asking what was for dinner. My brother told me to go away. I am away. I want some food, some nice good food and I was curious as to what it was. Now if you excuse me, I am going to walk over to the living quarters and going to enjoy my time there. Do you have any sort of lesiure activities for us? Or is this just basically an institution that is keeping us.... bored and that is a trial for us to repair our sins?"
Thorival Reseria
With a sigh, Thorival looks to Wynter.
"what is wrong? You have been wincing and holding your head almost the whole time you have been here. are you having a major headache or what is the deal?"
He tilts his head inquisitively.
"Is the ambient noise in this room too loud? Am I speaking too loud?"
His eyes then turn to Zuni.
"Or is this a side effect of anything?"

Wynter Mentally cursing the heavens, earth, and hell, Wynter stopped in her tracks as Thorival asked her what was wrong with her. Her right eye twitched as she turned towards him.
Don't do it Wynter, calm the ******** down, the booze will still be there whenever you manage to get to your room. Bite your tongue for once! Don't flip s**t just because you have to wait five more minutes.
"I haven't had a drink for five hours, almost everyone here is annoying as ********, especially your damn brother, if I fail this ******** rehab I am doomed to a fate worse than my own death, which isn't anyone's fault but my own, but it still pisses me the ******** off to let someone just DECIDE my fate like that! YEAH, it's a damn headache to be here, but of ******** course I can't leave, NOW CAN I?"
Wynter snapped, hands flying up in gestures as she talked. When she finished, after a few breaths and realization of yet another raging fit, she pinched the bridge of her nose.
"No. You speak at a normal volume. Sorry for loosing my s**t on you."
Wynter grumbled in a softer tone, trying to not yell so damn loud over him simply asking her something so harmless.
Good job, amazing. First you go off on the damn brat of a prince, and then you go off on Thorival. Nicely done, you a*****e.

Odstarva
Odstarva was pretty much done Demitrious at this point. Really? He was a huge d**k for absolutely no reason, and then wanted to play it off like he was just asking what was for dinner? He could sense what was going on in his head, as Demitrious was certainly a very loud and annoying individual, even his own thoughts in his own head. Me me me me me mememememememmeme. All about me. How pathetic. And it was very irritating to listen to, whether it was thought, or came out of his mouth. And it was very clear Demitrious was not at all used to not having his way all of the time, judging by how surprised he has been every time people aren't showing him with praise, and instead putting him in his place. This kid really needed to get knocked off his imaginary throne. He was crownless now.
"That isn't what I heard. I heard you insulting Miss Prism here." He said, glaring at the fallen angel. "She is your superior, you are to listen to her if she asks you to do something, within reason. If you really want a shot at redemption. If you truly want to take his seriously, then I would like you to apologize to Miss Prism. Immediately. After you have done so, then," He looked to the pastel angel as he said this, "Kisa would be happy to explain what activities and amenities are here that you can partake in."
Odstarva looked back to Demitrious and stared with his cold eyes, but smiled ever so slightly. He was quite curious as to what the prince would do. Would he swallow his pride and bite the bullet, in order to 'prove' he was redeemable? Or would he rage out and act like a child? Either reaction would be fun to see.
Damn. Wynter was being brutally honest. Zuni wasn't really expecting that, most people would just lie their asses off. Looks like she was taking redemption very seriously.
"Yeahhhh, she'll be fine!" The demoness said to reassure Thorival. She was actually quite dumbfounded he didn't know what withdrawal looked like. He was hella sheltered. "She just needs a couple days to get through withdrawal, she'll sleep it off." Hopefully he would take it alright, as Wynter probably didn't need to get in more trouble right this very moment.
I won't have access to alcohol soon, too, dammit.... I'll have to find a new source to get something to take the edge off...

Thorival Reseria
His eyes widen at Wynter's response, taking a step back he clears his throat.
"Well I like to request that you try not to snap at anybody else. I do agree that it is hard to hold your tongue especially against the instigator, but we are trying to make this a friendly open place for others to deal with their problems and we are all hoping you could become friends."
Thorival then puts his hands on his waist.
"So please, ask how everyone's day is with a smile"
Thorival gives them both a genuine, warm smile.
"That way, we all will learn how to help each other."

Prism Fearing Demitirous wouldn't react very well to that, Prism's arms instantly flew up as she shook her head a few times.
"Mister Odstatva, that really isn't necessary, I'm sure Mister Demitrious was simply voicing his opinion."
I don't want anything else to happen today, it's already been... eventful to say the least. P-Plus, I feel guilty letting him and Kisa stand up for me while I just stand here...
The white neko looked to Kisa with a helpless expression. She knew they were supposed to be helping demons get better, but this was practically begging Demitirous to snap.
"I understand why he would feel that way." Wynter Wynter seemed to go silent for a moment. She was expecting full on rage back like almost every demon did when she talked back or snapped. Thorival didn't do anything of the sort. He was even smiling, which much to her irritation, she didn't know what to say to that.
The silver-eyed demon relaxed her tensed muscles, crossing her arms with a raised eyebrow at him. Friends? With that self-righteous b*****d and anyone else just as bad as he was? Yeah, like that would EVER happen.
"I don't know about the whole friends part, but..."
The girl sighed, looking up at him with a slightly less pissed off expression. She felt a bit guilty for getting mad at the angels for some reason, the demons she could rage on all day, but the angels didn't deserve her s**t along with everyone else's while they were down here.
"Guess I'll make an effort or whatever to maybe tone it down."
I doubt I'll actually manage to stay calm if the douchebag prince comes talking s**t again, but it's the thought that counts, right?

Josef
The Demonlord stands up and with a sigh, he decides to follow Demitrious to the kitchen to see what is going on. It's always entertaining watching this little one squirm, as Demitrious is well known to Josef.
Josef has been watching Demitrious for a while, and perhaps even manipulated an event causing Thorival to just want to seek redemption so he can see how the monarchy and hierarchy of the Reseria family fall in the Fallen Angel clans. How ironic is it that a fallen angel can fall TWICE.
As he arrives to the hallway leading to the kitchen, he leans against the wall and listens in to the conversation. 'Wow, Demitrious is now getting schooled, this is entertaining as hell.' Thinks the demon.
Thorival Reseria
"Well if that is all, I will be going back to patrolling the foyer. Please contact me or any of the other staff if you need any assistance."
With a nod and a bow, the paladin leaves and begins walking towards the foyer, until he hears demitrious talk and then he stops suddenly and sighs.
"Man... Can my brother just NOT cause any trouble!"
Demitrious Von Varibon Reseria
After being lectured by Odstarva and being told to apologize, he does NOT take to that very well. His face becomes flush with utter rage.
Before he opens his mouth, his eyes catch movement in the hallway behind Odstarva, and he see's Josef. For some reason, this puts some sort of fear and a sense of agency in his mind as he was about to unload his full feelings on this piece of crap angel. However, with Josef standing there, grinning, all the alarms in his head go off saying that would be a HUGE mistake.
He raises his finger to berate the ever living crap out of the archangel and when he reaches that epiphany, he lowers it slowly.
With gritted teeth, he clenches his fist. Sensing something would go horribly wrong if he just went off, he then closes his eyes, and takes a deep breath.
"As much as I don't want to, I will apologize."
The proud prince turns to Prism and looks above her, sighing and muttering a single phrase;
"My bad."

Odstarva
He looked at Prism.
"No, no, he really must apologize, Miss Prism. We're here to help him redeem himself, remember? The very least he could do is say to little words. If he really wants to be redeemed he can do something that simple, can he not?" He smiled softly at her, hoping she wouldn't feel so guilty about this. He started to feel a tiny bit guilty himself for actually taking a little bit of pleasure in this...
Odstarva smirked a little.
Nice try.
"That's not an apology... My, my, as a prince I assumed you would be well versed in speaking properly. but I suppose that was my mistake for assuming someone of your caliber would be more than just an illiterate demon like the rest of them."
The archangel was staring down at him as if he was just some kind of lowly little commoner in the shadow of a great and powerful king. Odstarva didn't fancy himself looking down on others, but Demitrious needed to get knocked down a few pegs. And the only way to do that was to assume stature over him.
"Why don't you try that again?
We're waiting, Prince Demitrious Von Varibon Reseria."

Demitrious Von Varibon Reseria
"..... Did you.... Just...."
His eyebrows lower into a glare position.
"Did you just.... call me....an... illiterate?....Demon?..."
At that moment, all color was lost in existence to him. The birds on earth are singing, the deer are prancing, the flowers are blooming and the bees are buzzing. Then the sound came. The sound of a soul crying out in anguish echoes beyond the planes of existence.
The civilization on earth feels a power flare as all electric dim and flicker for a fleeting moment. The sound of a howl faintly heard by the most holy of people.
________________________
Back in hell, Demitrious clutches his head and just lets out a howl, a howl of pure unadulterated rage, emotion, and sadness. He lets out another cry in anguish and rage until his eyes snap back to Odstarva's.
The fallen angels wings out of reflex flare out and black feathers fly everywhere as in an instinctual move, he is about to get far away from this situation.
"I WANT TO DIE."
That was all he can think of.
After that proclamation, he runs over to the nearest wall and begins bashing his head against it in some sort of attempt to damage himself, the mere thought of him being illiterate like the rest of those... FILTHY DEMONS is so insulting, he would rather bash his brains in than hear that again. His emotions so rampant, so out of control he doesn't even fathom what the right thing to do anymore is. The only thing on his mind is getting out of this situation and just getting FAR THE HELL AWAY
