Toby didn't realize what was happening until much too late, when suddenly there was a maid-boy nuzzling up against him from behind, and rubbing their cheeks together. His face burned as he leaned away a little bit, his eyes pointing in Izzy's direction and his arms out and a little tense. He clearly had no idea how to react to that.

His dad, meanwhile, only laughed harder, seeing his son's reaction. He had no real concerns about what the two might actually do, but he decided to have a little fun with it by saying, "How wonderful for you...But I think Mags would be a bit upset if she came home to find out two boys were getting a bit hot and heavy upstairs, so," he waved a hand around a bit. "Try to keep it in your pants tonight, alright?"

His gaze actually focused on Izzy when he said that, an amused grin and a raised eyebrow directed at the boy.

Toby only managed to sputter in reply.

The tongue on his cheek finally got Toby to react properly, and he yelped, pulling away...at the same time, apparently. It wasn’t so much that he disliked being that close. He was just...very flustered by the suddenness of it.

“Th-that’s not...I won’t, uh...”

“It’ll be a while before the pizza’s ready,” his dad said. “Why don’t you run along and find him a shirt that can get pizza on it.” He waved lightly. “Nice to meet you, Izzy,” he said again.

“R-right,” Toby replied nodding, still very red in the face. “Uh...it’s right upstairs.”

“I’ll...I’ll be okay,” he said, nodding quickly, and making a point of calming down a bit. “It’s this way.”

Toby went first up the stairs, and to a door not far off from the top of the stairs. He opened the door, showing his room. It was about 11x11 feet, with a pretty boring looking bed, a computer desk, a little corner set up with some music stands, a scattering of sheet music. Most of the room, though, had a rather wide variety of anime posters. And there were a bunch of dvd cases under a little TV near the computer.

“Here we are,” he said, walking over to a dresser.

“It’s...okay,” Toby replied. “Really. I was just, uh...you know, caught off guard by that.” He nodded. He really was okay with it, although it was more than a little confusing.

“I watch all the anime I can,” he admitted. “Not all of it’s good, but most of it’s pretty great.” He grinned at that, and then set his bag down by the sheet music. “Why’s this stuff surprising, though? You know what I’ve been carrying around, right?”

“Oh, yeah, I guess that’s true,” Toby replied with a nod. “Most if it is in folders and things, but...some stuff scatters, you know.” He set the case of his violin down on a spot that was clearly where it usually went, and opened it up, just to show it was there.

“Hmm...How about One Punch Man, then?” He suggested with a grin. “It’s a recent one. Short, pretty ridiculous, just like you, really.”

His decoration really only included a couple of figure type things, though one was a fairly intricate model of a One Piece ship, and a nendoroid duo megaman.exe and Lan.

All over the wall, though, was a full poster or a smaller image of possibly every show he’d ever watched. And he’d seen a lot of anime. Some things were more prominent than others. Recent ones were more obvious, too, being in better condition: My Hero Academia, Demon Slayer, those sorts of things. A smaller picture on the wall looked rather suspiciously like the outfit Izzy was wearing, with a little label: “Shounen Maid”

“Yeah, funny, that,” Toby replied, managing to be amused by the whole thing for once instead of terribly flustered. “Wait, skates?” He asked after a moment. “Haven’t noticed that before. That’s cool. That’s Lan, he’s from Megaman.”

“Anyway, One Punch Man is about super heroes. One Punch Man being the main character. He beats everything with one punch. But it’s great.”

He opened a dresser drawer. “Anyway, we can put that on in a bit, you want to change clothes, right?”

“That’s cool,” Toby said. “Yeah, I guess I just hadn’t seen you coming and going before. Maybe I should try that some time.” He pulled out a shirt with a big smiling pink Kirby on it and tossed it in Izzy’s direction. “Here, have a shirt. You want some shorts now too?”
