Ivory would pick up a spear himself. They didn't have time to deal with the newbies. If the Crimson Fang came after him, then they did. The thought worried him. He would go forward, were Ravagers were. Yes, they were trying to fight them. Ivory's eyes would glow teal with aura. "Gwynt! Please help us!" He would activate the moment he got into the middle us them. Air pushed all around him, hopefully knocking the bat-like grimm away. "Quickly, please!" Ivory would keep pace with them, but it didn't look like he was running as fast as them. After they got out of range, he would throw a steam vial behind them, hopefully giving them cover.

"Remember that gives me a sore stomach Nova... "
"BOOOOOOORING!!"  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ - - Nova Primrose & Noah - -
Noah would pant as he looked at the faunus that had now jumped off from his back, he would bare his teeth ready to continue however watched as they ran off into the trees. It appeared that chaos had broken out in the camp, Noah looked to Feralis and nodded, closing his eyes briefly as he sensed where his companion was. He would bark at Feralis "They are coming!" he yelled as he continued to run beside Feralis, looking behind every chance he got.
Nova would stay with the group as she protected them from as many jabs and stabs as she could, she was agile and used this to her advantage. Nova would take her sword from it's belt and fight off whoever decided to come close, a smirk on her face to finally be getting some real action. She would hear Ivory trying to speed them up and grabbed one of Orchids group by the hand and ran with them behind her. They would eventually get out of range and Ivory would set off a steam vial, attempting to give them some cover.

Their wings flapped furiously, but they were helpless against the wind. Steam erupted in their faces, causing the Ravagers caught in the immediate blast to be dusted. A few others fluttered to the ground, holes torn in their wings making flying nearly impossible. They continued to run into Grimm and Crimson Fang members as they raced towards the back gate. A few of the Crimson Fang looked like they were about to try to stop the group, but thought better of it. The Grimm was a more immediate issue. They could always get more captives. It also became clear there was a huge disparity in skill among the captives. Though not their primary weapon, MSRC still did a fairly good job of beating back the flying Grimm. On the other end of the spectrum, some of the captives held up their spears as if to use as some sort of ineffective shield and took the duct and run approach. (Feel free to write your character as taking out Ravagers (25), Lancers (100) and Griffon's (125) up to their level. Bonus 100pc if they get assistance from MSRC (Orchid, Forrester, Ranger, and Shea)) The heavily wooded wall looms ahead. The gate is cracked open. At least one of the Crimson Fang decided to make a run for it and didn't close it behind them. Whoever looks through the opening will see the way is surprisingly clear. The flying Grimm are concentrated over the camp in a black swarm. The team just needs to make a mad dash to freedom and find a way to meet up with Noah, Feralis and Jessica. Before they could leave the gate they would all hear a screech, otherworldly and bone-chilling. Jessica, Feralis & Noah The horse gave out a scream as it tripped over the low wall. Feralis could hear the sound of it crashing into the ground as it tumbled over. It seemed like he was safe. For a few heartbeats. Jessica tackled him from the side. Something grabbed her. A black grimm hand wrapped around her torso. One thumb and two fingers ending in large white claws. An arm, unnaturally long and thin, stretched all the way back to where the horse Grimm fell. Only it wasn't a Horse Grimm. A second torso had immerged from its back. A skull for a face, and large white horns. This was a Nuckelavee. The creature gave an otherworldly screech that was painful to even humans. It used the time they were reeling from the pain to get off the ground in the awkward way that horses did. <******** ******** ******** ********> Came Jessica's voice. "Noah! Bite its arm!" The human yelled as loud as she could. Would Noah hear her? Could the wolf pup understand? The rapid-fire of the assault rifle rang out, and the Nuckelavee used its other arm to shield itself from the bullets. Meanwhile, it rapidly pulled Jessica towards itself. Feralis felt triumph as the horse Grimm fell for his trap; hearing it's screech and the sound of it crashing. 'Hah,' he thought as he felt a surge of adrenaline. He was going to make it out of this chaos victorious and embarrass Grimm in the process. Heart pounding as he ran, he felt sort of separate from the chaos around. As if it would not have a chance to affect him and like a speeding rabbit he would get away. And then he was blindsided by a tackle, being thrown to the ground in a roll with his axe being left a little aways from him. 'What hit me,' he thought in shock and anger as he would begin to recover and try to pull himself to his feet. As he looked around, he saw what happened. The human was there, but she was caught in a long Grimm arm that was meant for him. It had some white claws to it, and as Feralis looked to the source he saw it was a weird second body attached to the horse Grimm now. Feralis was about to fully get up when it let out a screech that caused him to stumble back down in pain as his ears felt like they were being stabbed. "Agh!" he let out as he struggled to cover his ears to end the pain. Eyes shut as he tried to lessen the pain in anyway he could. By the time the pain and scream receded, and he opened his eyes, the horse Grimm hybrid he had tripped was standing up now. His ears were ringing a bit, potentially damaged, as he saw the human's mouth move but no words. Her gun firing close by but it almost sounded distant to him. But he could clearly see it was pulling her to it and she was trying to fight back. Stumbling to his feet, Feralis would move to grab his axe and attempt rush forward. She had saved him from that fate, so he would be damned if he didn't try to help her in return. "Keep distracting it, I'm coming!" he would yell. He was more so focused on her and the Grimm now than anything else. His goal was to try and get close enough to cut the arm holding her to free her, if he could make it at least.

Ivory would run forward, his speed boosted by his semblance. He would stab stab a ravager as it came in front of him. Thankfully that was easy enough. However, there were other things that were around that could be hard due to his lack of a hand. Why hadn't he trained like this?! He was beating himself up. This was very different from his sword and guns. Heck, if he had his pistol, he would be better off. Then a Griffin would appear in front of him. "Oh geeze. A little help?" He would focus on trying to fight with the spear with his single hand. He was not ready for this. Orchid would help him, and he gave her a small smile. They defeated it together. Ivory would then coat the tip of his sear with red dust. He would then swap to the wind around him picking up. No longer did he have speed, but a protective shield.
"Stay close please!" a group of Ravagers would come after him, their attacks hitting, just not being able to swarm him. The white parts of him starting to be stained red by the blood. He would jab as many of them as he could with his fire dusted spear, while still moving forward.

With the help of Ranger and Shea, she took out some Ravagers and one Lancer before they could take off with some of the captives. The group made a surprisingly effective convoy, with 4 Huntsman and 2 students able to keep the untrained members from running off in a panic. "Good use of your semblance Kid!" Orchis said to Ivory as he took the lead carving their way out of the camp. Orchid cautiously looked through the open gate. "It looks..." She paused as a bone-chilling screech echoed over the land. Forrester suddenly looked afraid while Nova suddenly clutched at her ears. "We need to get out of here now!" Orchid shoved the gate open, suddenly throwing caution to the wind. "What is a Nuckelavee doing this close to Vale?" Forrester asked, more to himself than anyone else. Orchid hadn't gone more than a few steps before Nova suddenly cried out, falling to her knees. The group could hear a wolf howl, followed by another screech. Confused, Shea stepped in to finish off the Ravager she had been fighting while the group stalled by the gate. "Ivory!" Nova sobbed. "Jessica is dead." Jessica, Feralis & Noah As fast as Noah and Feralis could run, the Nuckelavee was faster. The wolf ran flat out, ears laid back giving everything he had to catch the human, but Jessica was face to face with the beast before either of them could reach her. A giant black hand slapped the guns out of her hands with surprising ease. Both her arms dangled as if broken. Of course. She had used up her aura in the initial assault. "Run!" Jessica screamed, her voice full of pain. "Get away and don't let it catch you!" The other black hand covered Jessica's head. She was helpless to do anything about it, her arms hanging uselessly at her sides. The Nuckelavee gripped tightly, then pulled sharply, leaving a headless Jessica dangling limply in its hand. Even as Feralis went as fast as he could, ears still in pain, and Noah running as fast as his legs could carry him...they were still too late. Before either could get to her, the Grimm knocked her weapons away and seemed to break hers arms as they stopped moving entirely. Feralis felt rage and worry at the same time; wanting to make the Grimm suffer for hurting his ally, and worry that he would be too slow. He could faintly hear the Human yelling, only able to make out the words get away, though he had no intent to. He was not about to abandon her. Unfortunately, she had been too far and he was forced to watch as the black hand went to her head and...pulled it off. Feralis stumbled to a stop then, feet feeling like lead, as Jessica was dead. His mind could scarcely comprehend what just happened in front of him; thinking it some kind of trick or something. Any moment, his vision would clear and she would be alive with the Grimm dead at her feet. Or alive at least; it had to be a Grimm trick. As Noah howled though, he knew it to be true; and the creature shrieked yet again. Ears still ringing, Feralis would feel a new wave of pain snap him out of his disbelief. Pulling his hands away as he had made an attempt to cover them, he would see some blood. His aura was weak, he was too, and Jessica was dead. His rage screamed at him to avenge her but...his rational mind knew he could not. Growling, and with a heavy heart, he tore his gaze from her and to Noah. "Run, we'll avenge her later,"he would say through gritted teeth. He could tell Noah did not have much in him either at this point; they all had been weakened by acting as a distraction. This was also a Grimm that he knew, even at full capacity, he could not take on his own. They would have to regroup and get revenge on another day; as much as it tore him up inside. Ears still damaged and in pain, Feralis would turn and begin to run back out the way they were going. Fighting back some emotion at feeling like a coward for not avenging her, helplessness for not reaching her in time, and...for how he treated her that day despite how useful she had been on this distraction mission. 'Damn it all to hell,' he thought to himself, a singular tear going down his face as he ran. If any Grimm tried to pursue the duo, he would drop and activate the later water dust behind them to create a large flow of water to trip and slow down the wouldbe pursuers.

Ivory's ears would twitch, hearing the complement. He knew what he had to do. His job was to get them out of the camp. Nova was heading the back of the group. They were moving through, when a loud ringing could be heard in his ears. It almost paralyzed him with pain. Then, faintly through his ear piece. "Run! Get away and don't let it catch you!" Her voice was full of pain.
He would turn back, just to see Nova collapse on the ground. She said Jess was dead. An anger filled the snow leopard faunus, with a roar reminiscent of a loin mixed with a snow leopard. He would pick up Nova and start to run. His heart was breaking in his chest. His sister was dead. Her life taken because he didn't have a good enough plan ready. He only felt anger deep in his heart. He would use it to power through the rest of the camp. He would try to use his nose to track Feralis, however the smell of blood was everywhere. Damn. It. He couldn't protect her. He couldn't protect her!

Though most of the captives didn't know who Jessica was, they had all suffered losses at the hands of the Crimson Fang. The further they got from the camp, the fewer Grimm they needed to defend themselves from. Nova and Ivory's grief couldn't compete with the masses in the camp filling the air with fear and panic. Following Feralis's trail, Ivory would eventually lead the group back to the cabin. The old hunter's lodge. Noah was outside pacing and whining, back in his puppy form. He ran for Nova as soon as the group came into view. After a minute of regrouping and getting a handle on everyone's injuries someone had the mind to call Vale for help. (You can decide among yourselves if one of your characters would call or Orchid can borrow Nova's scroll) While the cabin had some medical supplies, no one had thought to stock for this many injured people. After about half an hour, they would hear the whirl of engines. 4 ATVs pulled up with trailers, medical supplies and triage nurses. A short while later they had the worst patched up and everyone loaded into the back of the trailers. They were heading back to Vale. Those that they had rescued from the Crimson Fang called them heroes. Thanked them profusely. Said they owed MAIN their lives. After a long, regretful run, Feralis and Noah would make it to the cabin first. Panting from the exertion as adrenaline wore off, he could feel himself having trouble just remaining standing as he leaned heavily against the side of the cabin. Finally having a moment to catch his breath and think besides run as fast as he could, he punched a wooden beam of the cabin in frustration and anger. "Damnit!" he cursed aloud as he punched the beam again. Their plan had worked, but the cost was too high. He had been paired with Jessica, and she had died on their side of the mission. Sure, the risk was known, but he hadn't thought she would croak from their own plan working too well. He would turn his back to it and slide down to the ground, head turned towards the sky. 'Why couldn't I have been better,' he thought morosely as he was left with his thoughts awaiting the others. Worst news was given before then though; Ivory had split off from the others to lead any would be followers astray. By the time Nova and the captives arrived, he was still missing.
Orchid had been the one to call for help, as aside from making sure all was secure, Feralis had stayed outside waiting for a sign of Beta. He waited all the way till the rescue vehicles arrived, but there was no sign of him. While he was glad Princess at least made it...he was worried. They had already lost one person, and now Ivory was missing and they were unable to contact him. Feralis would decline the transport, saying he would be fine, as he would wait till nightfall for Beta. Whether Princess and Noah stayed was up to them. However, even by midnight there was no sign of him whatsoever. Defeated, he would have to give up the search as he would return to Beacon. Leaving a note on the cabin that they would be waiting for him there.

Ivory looked back, again and again. Jess wasn't following them. She had to follow them. His mind wasn't processing that she was dead. There was radio silence. He would turn to Nova. "Go ahead without me, I'll distract them from going after you guys." He would then go dart into the forest. He would get the attention of some of the members, distracting them from the group.
Then, someone with great tracking skills was following him. He wasn't able to shake them. Ivory went nights trying to hide his tracks and scent. He would only sleep in a few hour increments. His hair became matted and dirty, the priss of a boy was all but gone. His clothing ripped from many fights with the man. It took over two months to shake the man off, two months of discovery, and two months of growing up, before he took a month to get back to beacon.
