Karthin just laughed. "Would you like a little competition before our sightseeing continues?" He asked her. "We could have a quick race back to the palace, and after that we can get some food before we go back to the seven wonders." He proposed to her. He waited for her answer while he stretched out a little.

Karthin laughed lightly. "Don't worry Angela I meant that as merely a joke." He told her. He stretched out before looking around.
"Actually number three isn't far from here. We could get there fairly quickly even if we just walked there." He told her. "Do you want to do that or would you rather go there quickly?" He added as he looked over at her.

Karthin looked over at her. "These wonders are sort of a tradition among the members of the troupe." He told her with a smile.
"When I was first learning about what I could do to help the gang out one of the older members took me around this city. She talked to me about what it means to truly be a member of the troupe. She also told me about these seven wonders. Her little brother showed them to me after I was big enough to run through the trees and climb up the mountain." He explained to her the smile never once leaving his face. That is until he remembered what happened to them. A single tear rolled down his face before he could stop it. He coughed, shook his head, and began to look around. "Anyway they taught me the tradition, and since no younger members have been added since I joined I haven't gotten to pass the tradition on to anyone else."

Karthing completely stopped and thought about what Angela said. "I never really thought about it like that." He told her. He chuckled softly. "I guess you're right though. It is sort of a sacred grounds for the troupe." He added before he started walking again. "Let's keep moving for now we're not too far away from the second wonder. I dare say it's one of the most beautiful sights this elvish city has to offer." He explained to her.

Karthin looked forward and thought for a minute. 'I hope I'm not advertising these too heavily. I never thought that maybe non-elvish beings may not find the beauty in the natural things of this world.' He thought to himself. He shook that thought out of his head. "How much do non-elvish people such as the Valkyrie enjoy nature?" He tried to ask nonchalantly.

Karthin shook his head vigorously. "N...Nothing why would anything be wrong?" He asked with a nervous laugh while rubbing the back of his head. "I just don't want to hype up these wonders so much that the pale in comparison to the picture I'm painting in your mind is all." He told her. He then looked down at the ground like he found his shoes the most interesting thing in the world at that moment in time.

Karthin blushed heavily. He looked over at Angela in mild disbelief. To him it seemed like she had never had a crush on somebody before. 'Could these feelings be one sided?' He asked himself. He tried to clear his mind of the thought when she commented on his shoes. "Sorry Angela, I'm just not used to this kind of thing." He told her. "I always thought that showing somebody around would be one of the easier things I'd ever do." He added. He looked up at the trees for a brief moment. "We're actually already here." He told her as they entered a giant clearing with an enormous tree in the center. The leaves of the tree glistened in the moonlight. To Karthin it seemed as though the leaves were made of crystal that refracted the light from the moon.
