Migoto slowly opened his eyes as she touched his shoulder. He'd roll to look at her and simply stare for a moment. After his nightmare, her visage was very much a welcomed sight. He smiled warmly. "Good morning, Mira. It's good to see you." Possibly an odd comment, but true nonetheless.

He sat up in bed with his arms on his legs. "How did you sleep? Well I hope. Personally I was plagued with night terrors. Such a silly thing to have happen to a being of such power...but the Boogeyman knows no limit!" He snickered.

"Good to see you as well." She half smiled, kinda confused by his greeting but shrugged it off, moving to get up, stretching her arms above her head and taking a deep breath. "That was probably the best sleep I've had in..."She trailed off, not able to remember entirely. "Well, a long time it seems." She turned to face him. "I'm sorry you can't say the same. Are you nervous about this plan? Taking Dethblade on again?" She asked, wondering if it was nerves that had kept him from a sound rest.

She started packing her bag and rolling up her sleeping mat as he got moving. Her brain ticked through the plan, on a repeated loop, each with different outcomes and possibilities based on what had happened prior. They were going to have to really be on point for this to work. 'Lure out Dethblade. Sneak up behind him. Get his mask off. Be fast.' She played it out again, closing her eyes a moment, trying to visualize better. "Should we lure him away from the hospital?" she asked, wondering if distance would give them the advantage. She tapped her fingers against her bag, closing it up. "I wonder...."

"Nervous..." Migoto repeated. He sat for a moment mulling it over in his head; he certainly felt something for the task at hand. "I am. But not because I'm facing a being who truly and utterly defeated me, but rather...because I am also anxious. Anxious to face this man with everything I have an show him all he power at my disposal." He chuckled a bit, looking towards Mira with closed eyes. "I'm scared. Scared of the whole situation."

As she mentioned her idea for drawing Dethblade away from the hospital, he nodded firmly. "An excellent strategy; the further he is from that place the better I believe we will fair. I'm not sure why he's so hellbent on claiming that building, but...hm..." Migoto opened his magenta eyes, the colored rings brimming with energy. "Perhaps there is something...or someone..."

Mira sat back on her heels, nodding once as she listened to Migoto, the gears in her head slowing down finally to work in a mew idea. "It does seem a bit daunting...i will have to try and stay hidden while you lure him out. Should i ask how you plan on doing that?" She asked, smirking a little. She figured he'd flaunt his power some, like waving a red flag at a bull.

"I was told once that Fear is healthy...in moderation. It keeps you from doing stupid things." She chuckled a little and looked across at him as he spoke. "Something or someone?" She questioned, echoing his comment.

Migoto nodded once more. "Does it not make sense for there to be one within that facility in which he cares for? Surely there is something in that building he values, and what more value is there than that of one's life, or their soul?" Migoto chuckled a bit, then shrugged. "Or he could just be a soulless monster hellbent on prioritizing a hospital for monstrous reasons. But...perhaps it's worth an investigation?"

Migoto then looked to the window in their room, focusing on the small rays of light that flew in. "...let's go have breakfast. In the chance this is my last day in this world, I wish it to be one worth living. What better way to do that than a good meal with my friend?" He'd then look to her with a smile. "I do not think we're on a strict time limit, are we?"

Mira smiled and shook her head. "No, no time limit. This will be spontaneous on our part, give us the element of surprise." She explained, grabbing a small cross body satchel from her bag, pulling it over her shoulder before walking toward the door and slipping her shoes on. 'What would someone like Dethblade cherish in that place....' she wondered to herself, replaying the events from prior over again in her head. She traced over the stand off. She remembered the Doctor that brought back Dethblade from a bullet to the head. The blonde doctor that seemed to be taking notes on the situation, and then there was that younger girl. The sickly one with the face mask.

"Migoto, that girl with the long hair. You forced her to hold still when we were in the hospital. Was she a patient? What was she doing involved in all of that?" she asked aloud, musing over the situation.

Migoto floated effortlessly over to his shoes, not a care in the world other than what delicacies might soon fill his stomach. Shoes on and out the door, Migoto would forgo walking for instead leaning back slightly and hovering with his arms in his pockets, a content smile on his face.

"The girl? The name "Nimm" rang out when I referenced her to you, though from who's mind I cannot recall. But, I know she is sick, and if one were to come in contact with her...well that simply needs to be avoided at all costs. The word "plague" comes to mind in close proximity to her name...and she is indeed a patient. Do you think she may be our key?"

Migoto soon stopped dead in his tracks; the overwhelming smell of something caught his attention. An outdoor bakery with all sorts of fresh goods wasn't far off, and from what Migoto could tell, the cafe next door to it was running a sale if you bought from one store than the other would be half off. "Mira...those pastries have holes in the center. Why is that? Would it not be better to fill them with something? Are they scamming us?" He fired off curiously about a donut he saw someone eating.

"I think so. She seemed out of place. Why keep a sick patient close to him like that if she wasn't important in some way."

Mira tilted her head, looking across the street as Kira asked his question, laughing playfully at the insinuation. "No, not at all, those are doughnuts. The holes are to make sure the dough fries evenly. Come on, lets get you one to try. I could use some tea myself." she smiled and moved toward the door with him, walking out onto the street and across to the bakery, fishing in her pocket for some credits to use. "Want anything to drink? Doughnuts are sweet." she explained.

Just as Migoto was about to bite into his doughnut, he'd notice a small girl sculking around. She seemed...dirty? That seemed to be the only word to describe this vagrant child dressed in rags that seemed to be eyeing everyone with intention. Migoto merely blinked, staring at her. "..." He remained quiet for a moment, then smiled. "I'm unsure what goes with these marvelous creations; I place the fate of my tastebuds in your capable hands." He offered Mira a smile, then pointed to the child. "And something for her, please."

While approaching the child, Migoto pulled the doughnut apart into two pieces and held one out towards the girl. He watched as she timidly began to approach him. She snatched the food from his hand and eyed him for a moment, causing Migoto to laugh. "Do not bite the hand that feeds, child. Eat - you'll need your strength for the next phase of your journey!" The girl, unsure just what he meant, ate nonetheless.

Mira watched Migoto curiously, keeping an eye on both him and the girl. She smiled sympathetically to the younger one before turning back and ordering a dozen doughnuts, and three teas. Two jasmines, one chamomile, all with extra honey. She waited patiently for the order, accepting the box and drinks with a smile and 'Thanks' before cautiously moving to Migotos side, crouching down to hand the girl the chamomile tea. "Here ya go. Should warm you up a bit. Also..." She opened the box and removed two doughnuts with a napkin, handing them to Migoto before handing the box over to the girl. "I'm sure you have hungry friends too. It's not safe to be on your own. Stay out of trouble and keep your nose clean, kay?" she winked at the girl, and smirked, letting her accept the box on her own.

Migoto happily took his two donuts and bit into one while looking down at the girl, watching as she accepted the box. He then looked to his partner-in-kindness curiously his own self.

"Who are you guys?" The girl asked as she took the box.

Migoto looked back to her in surprise, then knelt down with a smile and whispered into her ear. "We're angels, divine beings of goodness sent here to aid kind souls like yours." He'd then stand and chuckle at the shocked look on her face before shooing her. "Go now, child. There are only two of us and a world of people!" With that the girl looked to Mira, smiled, then looked back to Migoto and nodded, quickly zooming out the door.

"Could you sense it, Mira? The impending doom that resonated from that child? A shame one so young is going to be snuffed out so soon..." He revealed while he munched away at his donut, slowly drifting into one of the seats to enjoy his meal, his smile never fading.

Mira just smiled, waving as the girl left with her treats. Taking her drink, she joined Migoto at the table, her smile fading with his words. She blinked at him, tilting her head. "What do you mean?" she asked, unsure how he was smiling still. True be it that street kids had a hard life and most of the time they died early from one form or another, but it was odd to her that Migoto was still smiling even after having that revelation.

"Migoto, what is a life worth to you? And does it matter who that life belongs to? Whether that person is human or something different?" She asked, swirling the teat in her hand while watching him carefully. Her question was mostly inquisitive, not accusatory or harsh. Her prior conversation with his other side was still fresh in her mind too.

Migoto finished eating his food, gulping down the last bite and hummed happily. He then looked to Mira and sighed. "She is weak. Very weak. I was curious, and so I delved into the child's mind. She has a terminal illness developing within her, an infectious one that will no doubt spread to many others. But it's in its incubation stage, malignant."

Once he was issued the questions, he'd gain a quizzical look for a moment, then look back to Mira. "That girl. If she is allowed to live, she will let loose a brand new plague upon these people. Many will die, and many more will become severely ill. So shall I pity her, and why? For her age; do many more not die in the womb every moment, never to see the light of day? Or shall I pity the mother whom dies curing birth, never to see her child grow? Perhaps I should pity the child for her curse; she cannot feel it. Will not feel it until the end is upon her. But those that contract her curse are doomed to slow, painful deaths or abominable existences. Do I pity those that contract the curse; are there not billions more across this galaxy suffering their own trials and tribulations?"

Migoto sighed and looked down, eyes closed. "The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few...this is not far from my philosophy. The girl dies, hundreds; thousands; more are saved. The girl lives, and not only does she die, but those many more do. Perhaps it is sad, and certainly unfortunate, but it is what it is: reality. And what of you...of I? Let me ask you this: have we any right to live, more than anyone else? You know the answer to be yes; of course. We are youthful, yet wise. We are powerful, yet kind. We are subjective, but just. We must live, Mira. It's survival of the fittest; adapt or die. That girl cannot adapt, and so she must die. She is not fit to survive."

Soon, a woman would rush into the store begging for someone to help a little girl that had collapsed, her eyes never again to open. Migoto's would, however, giving off a heavy violet glow. "Her last memories were of kind strangers, delicious food, and something to look forward to. She parted this world without pain. Without fear, or sorrow, or regret. Just the memory of the woman that saved her from starvation. From pain and agony." Migoto watched as a man carried the girl's body nearby through the window and shook his head. "Fear not Death. If you live a life worth remembering, then forever in the annals of history will you be immortalized anyway."

Migoto then looked back to Mira, his eyes settling back to normal. "I'm sorry, that was very long-winded, wasn't it? Allow me to try once more...a life is worth to me as much as a person's ability to contribute. We are all worth the value of our own survivability factor in conjunction with our ability to adapt. Does it matter who the life belongs to...of course." He then frowned. "I suppose we're all a little bias...none of us perfect. None of us want to lose the ones we care about, and so we enhance their factors with the addition of our own through intervention. For example, you and I working together greatly increases our score. As for whether they are human, or anything else...I must be bias once more I am afraid. You see, your average human is weak. Powerless. Doomed to live out their existence with little to no worldly benefit. But us? Those of us who are enhanced? We are progress. We're the next step in evolution of mankind. We are what happens when mankind adapts!" He then smiled again.

It had happened before she had time to register what he had done. Even though she knew him capable, some amount of hope that he wouldn't and would hear reason had kept her from speaking up as he sat and gave his explanation. They sat in the home city of one of the galaxies top hospitals and research facility. Who's to say they wouldn't of cured the girl, or at least kept her from infecting others. She opened her mouth to say something, but the words got caught on the way as she heard the woman at the door, watched as they carried the lifeless body up the street.

Her eyes fixed on the girl, the sight of her tugging at something in the back of her mind...but she couldn't remember, couldn't put a face or scene to why it felt familiar, why the very phrase Migoto spoke shook her to her core and set her on edge. 'The needs of the many...' . But her voice found the words and while she slowly turned her attention back to Migoto, she spoke them. "No life is worth more than any other. Its personal bias not ability, that puts value on life, and while you may be capable of seeing in the minds of other Migoto, that is only one aspect to them. You don't know if that girls disease could of been cured in a year, or so. You don't know if she would of met someone and changed their life for the better. There are so many factors you can't account for in a human life, even with your ability."

She took a breath, leaning back in her chair and staring at the cup of tea between her hands. "I am aware of the hypocrisy, given our goal. I'll save you the debate. Fundamentally there is no difference. But morally, there is. As you said, the girl was innocent. She had no control over her disease, or even knew it was there. Her intentions were good. We can't say the same for Dethblade. So, I'd appreciate it if from this point forward, you didn't take those steps without discussing them with me first...Its a fine line between being merciful and being self righteous. And the self righteous is who we are currently after. Lets try not to become what we are trying to stop." She warned, her eyes finally focusing on him, holding his gaze as the violet light faded from them

Migoto laughed. For a moment it was all he could do. He looked out the window once he calmed down. "I will respect your wishes Mira, you have my word. I never meant to offend, only help." He looked to her now with a smile still painted across his lips. "I suppose moral ethics are not yet my strong suit, but perhaps in your company I'll develop the ability to be a proper judge and jury, as it is quite obvious I make and excellent executioner...admittedly, I...I believe this power is somewhat intoxicating."

"Then use it." A voice emerged from him, entirely separate of his own or even Feign's. Migoto's smile would quickly fade as his head began to feel as though it were in a vice. His eyes would not only regain their previous glow, but along with the violet rings would come golden orbs behind them. "Show her your power, Migoto. Show her what you were meant for!" The voice roared again, causing people to take notice of note just the displayed voice, but Migoto's mannerisms.

"Hey lady, is your friend alright?" Asked another patron. The man that had carried in the girl was glaring at Migoto, eyes locked on to him with teeth nearly grinding. "Power? What kinda power you got, son?" Asked the man. "Girl up n' dies in the street, disembodied voice starts makin' demands, and here's you all huddled in a ball with glowin' eyes...this all cause of you?" He inquired.
