Once again Scylla was stopped and this time by Adam. She almost hit the guy for touching her shoulder however he was calmer than her other teammate. Though it was clear he was trying to hold back anger. Thankfully for Adam, while she was still angry, he did give her enough time to think. More then enough to realize that this situation was worst then she thought. "They already knew we were coming, in fact, we are walking into one big trap. I think it's clear that they have spies inside the school. I didn't even think of it but why else would they have traps inside an escape tunnel? Makes no sense unless they were expecting us. Even if that not true they sure as hell heard that beam fall. My voice did not matter at all, other than the fact it was much louder than I had intended." In fact the more she thought about this whole situation the more she did not like it. She was still pissed but at least she was thinking. She would have to thank Adam for that at the very least.

Scylla turned around and walked a bit forward back towards the group. She then turned around again. "Tell me how Cecil was supposed to use his semblance on Ridley when he was trapped under that beam as well? He was using his aura to protect him, there was no way for him to use it on Ridley, especially since he probably could not see her." She was going to see if he was really going to listen or if he was like the others. If he could listen, he might understand. This time she would speak loud enough for all of them."Being a leader is not easy and it never will be. As a leader, you have to make split-second decisions that could be the difference between life or death. As a leader, you will get blamed for everything that goes wrong and everyone will question every little choice you make. However, you still must make these choices and act as you see best no matter what anyone says. It is because you are a leader that you must do this. And it's exactly what I did, I certainly was angry, that's true. I did not mean to scream that loud and I've always pointed out the damage my semblance can cause to others, it's not always something I can control. Especially when I am angry." She started to relax a bit letting some of the anger go.

Scylla did what she did because she thought it the best course of action. "I broke the beam quickly and did what I thought would be the best course of action. I won't lie and say I didn't expect the two to be hurt from it. I did and I still did it. Fact is maybe we could have found a way to get the beam off safely. However, while we were doing that enemy could have shown up and attacked us. We would have less of a fighting force then we do now. I believed the quick way was best and so acted upon that. Even right now we could be attacked. I'd rather risk injury by being quick then death because we were slow and careful. And you are right Adam, going off alone would be stupid. That was my anger getting the best of me. I'm not going to apologize for this, however, because that would imply that I think I did something wrong or that I made the wrong decision. Which I do not hold the belief of. Either you guys will understand or you won't, if they hate me then so be it."

Now it came to the decision that nobody would like, to go forward or not. "I don't think it's a good idea to go forward. It is my belief we are just walking into more traps. Both teams were already down a member. With two injuries, I think it would be best to pull out. At the very least we should head back to the entrance and set a trap there if we are to continue. I think we help the injured out and do not go forward. We don't know whats ahead, how many more traps or how many enemies. We have too little information and I'm no longer willing to risk my life or anyone else's. The smarter decision is to wait by the entrance or pull out completely. I'm calling this an order for Team Soda but I can't force you, nor will I. I cannot force the other team either and I won't. Either way, I will be leaving, if you guys decide to come with me I can help to carry the injured. If not then I wish you the best of luck." With that depending on what the others did Scylla would either leave with them all helping with the injured or she would leave alone back towards the entrance.

She glared at Scylla as helped the others. Getting up and glaring hard, If looks could kill this was it. "We could have lifted the beam. And no, this could have been set weeks in advanced. You acted as a child, you had a temper and acted out." Getting up and pushing Scylla a little. "Sit and ******** think about it. You’re a child no one wants to deal with and now they know, now they have an advantage." She kept her voice low and level. Turning back around to help out the others. "When this done... we'll see how things go." Looking between the rest of the group with a small sigh. "Anyone too injured to go one should be carried out." She looked to Adam, a small apologetic look in her eyes. The feeling of worse crept on her, making her a little nervous.

The teams had convinced Scylla to stay with the group. As they proceeded further, they came to an open cave, inside had the dreaded Atlas Mechs, along with 20 bandits. Oxynia had to take on the mechs by herself as the rest of the group was not able to do such a feat. She used her semblance to remove parts of the metal, however, as she finished off the last one, she was shot through the stomach, leaving a surprisingly gaping hole in her. She would be down for the count as she started to bleed out.

Scylla whom stayed and fought with the axe of a guitar, taking one of the bandits out on her own, and Adam with Nice and Shiny was able to take out an additional 5. Scylla was injured, as several blades seemed to have cut through her skin. Most of them were superficial, however, some blood did come out.

Adam whom was helping Scylla, took out 6 more on his own, however, one of the bandits wielding a wrench like item, hit him on the back of the head, he stayed conscious though. However, once the adrenaline left his system, he felt tired, and like he needed to sleep.

Azura would stay back, using her sniper rifle to shoot at enemies, while protecting the injured Ridely and Cecil. She was able to take out 4 of the enemies on her own. Since she stayed back, she was uninjured.

Ridely would use her pistols to take out 3 on her own. However, before she could take out the last enemy, it drew out his razor weapon, and slashed her face, revealing muscle. It would look horrible, however, it was not as serious as the wound in her stomach.

Cecil would create a bow out of ice, however, an enemy would rush him, and using their gauntlet weapon, they would break his nose. However, he was able to take out that enemy, by bashing him with the bow.

The teams would make it out of the cave, exhausted, and injured, however, they were alive, unlike the Mechs and the bandits. They would then seal the cave, as per the mission. They would head back to the school, arriving late into the night, as the moon was up in the sky.

A white haired young man in glasses could be seen slowly making his way out of the city. He was quiet about it, not for fear of getting caught but to protect his research. The young man was 19, and was a dust and aura researcher. He didn't work for anyone just yet, and in fact he was quite a for himself person. As it was he simply did research on his own time in his own places. As of recently however...that was not so easy to do, limited dust supplies in Vale lead to it's rarity. Military and Beacon Academy were holding whatever dust they could get, and anyone else was likely getting it through less than legal methods...Xander himself included. He didn't wish to become part of either of those as he wished to preserve his freedom to research for the time being. For now he was heading out in search of some topic of research...some stray dust that perhaps was out in the wilderness that no one else wished to get due to the danger being outside of the city walls posed to them.

XXXToday was the day, it seemed. She still didn't know how it came to this, but she found herself as a teacher for the survival course for Beacon Academy. Who the hell thought it was a good idea to put her in charge? Her own mentality was probably younger than her students, but it seemed the bird brain in charge thought she'd be a good asset with how the world was now... Well, if there was one thing she could do, she could survive. Rachel had survived the grimm, survived the faunus trafficking and slave trade, and even survived her former master. Perhaps there was a reason she was here, to try and give these young huntsmen to be a bit more experience. Honestly, Rachel was winging these lesson concepts on a whim. "Oh, I like this idea!" "Will it kill a student?" ".... Next idea." "Try to not maim them either." "Then how am I suppose to teach these twerps anything?!" That's when it finally hit her... She'd just make them fight each other! It was perfect! Takes all the hard work away from her, and she's just gotta make sure they don't call any grimm or kill each other. Honestly, it was pretty smooth sailing. She even managed to get the help of an old pal that she met on her arrival to Beacon. Lancer, right? The name was as fake as could be, but oh well. She didn't care. She wasn't even sure if Rachel was her own name!

So, now she was just waiting for the twerps to arrive. Her class idea frankly, was pretty dangerous. It wasn't just some sparring matches where the class watches and observes. It was straight up a survival of the fittest in terms of teams, and they needed a wider area to actually successfully do her idea. Rachel herself, could be found standing in the middle of the clearing that would've been clearly marked on the maps provided to student scrolls. This was where they were supposed to meet, and Rachel herself had her anchor planted in the ground to lean on. She by no means had any intention to use this weapon during their class. Instead, she had it simply as a means of an example of "What will not be allowed in class." Much like her vambraces and greaves. While she would've loved to use them, this class was about making do with what you had. Prepared already, there were a wide variety of traditional weapons lying around. Stuff from a not so futuristic era such as clubs, bows, spears and other simple weapons. Props to whoever goes out of their way to make their own. In addition, there were random supplies such as rope, nets, toppled trees for wood... Rachel wanted them to really get into it, and if they wanted to make a camp with traps, then more power to them! If it was her though, she'd just charge gun-ho into whatever mess unfolded before her.

With her back against her anchor, she'd begin to pop and stretch her variety of scarred limbs. Rachel herself was wearing a simple hospital mask over her mouth, so that her teeth wouldn't scar the kiddos. Neck, shoulder, elbow, fingers, back. Everything began a series of pops and cracks as she prepared herself for their arrival ... Though, she couldn't help but snack. Unlike her time at the beach, she was actually prepared with a beefy bag of jerky strapped to her side. Arching her head back, she'd begin a yawn while pulling her mask back and dropping a handful of jerky into her jagged maw. After all... Why not snack while waiting? There wasn't jack to do otherwise.

Once the students arrived, she'd give them a rundown of what was expected of their class, before letting them loose to run rampant.

"I see that you've come prepared Jaws." Garret would speak, voice clearly coming from behind her as he walked into the clearing. Arrogant smile as always on his face. "Earlier than I thought as well. I had hoped to be the first here but alas it seems I was too late." He continued his walk, a casual and unhurried one till he was beside her, noticing her mask and bag of meat. Raising an eye brow he would continue to speak. "Ah, hiding your razor sharp teeth. Afraid they may lose their resolve upon seeing them? It would be far better to have them get an up close view to motivate them, but I digress." His lips had curled up into a slight smirk at this point. Gone was non combative nature he had on the beach, gone was the unnecessary formalities he had extended to Yui. He was back to his usual facade, one that let no one close to him or so he hoped. In truth, he did enjoy Rachel's simple yet brutal nature. It always made things interesting. But he could not afford to let anyone too close to him, already having a difficulty with doing so with Yui and allowing her far closer than he intended. 'Though there is always the fun of provoking her into an attack.' He thought to himself as the smirk stayed on his face. She already had a reputation for unpredictability, or perhaps predictability in certain matters, and from the little he'd seen she was strong. Perhaps even more so than him, but of that he'd never say unless it was proven with actions. Now so close to her, he took in a little more of her features. For one, she was far taller than him. One of only a few, such as the rhino faunus, that actually was. He supposed that may be intimidating to a few, especially those with less arrogance than him which may be the majority, but he always found it to be a slight thrill to be near the titan. The expression of the bigger they are always sprang to his mind. He had yet to see her fight actual Grimm, but with her size advantage and fighting style, he was hoping it happened. Next his eyes would note her own, a vivid cyan. In his mind, it felt a little misleading, as if the color betrayed how her true nature was. There was an energy to her which would fit it, but the violent nature of it at times was not something he could tell easily through them. Following that he noted, due to her style of clothing, the amount of scars all over her. A testament to the battles a warrior had faced and survived, where any lesser person may have been slain. Or so he thought. He had never asked her how she got her scars but merely acknowledged them as a sign that she was a warrior like him. Last he noted her hair, starting black but quickly transitioning to red. It was...interesting, and fitting for her. He himself was in his usual green attire, a light armor that sacrificed the defense of heavier armors in favor of granting him more mobility. His black hair was swept back, save one long strand that ran down his forehead. His satchel, which contained any manner of things he saw necessary to have at any given time, was slung over his shoulder and resting against his left hip. His golden spear was in its usual place, strapped to his back, while his blood red one was wielded in his right hand.

His mind traveled back to how his day began. He had agreed to Rachel's request of assisting her with this class, being given a general idea of what was to pass. At first, he had considered refusing. He had better things to do than watch a bunch of the students fight amongst themselves in some courtyard at beacon. However, when he was told of it taking place in the outskirts and how he would be able to participate, his thoughts of rejecting such a proposal quickly dissipated. He had been looking for some extra reason to go to the outskirts, having only had a taste of fighting Grimm and desiring more. But his duties for the academy had kept him a little busy till that time, and he knew it wouldn't be a far stretch for his hunt to be interrupted by summons. So, given this chance to go there with only the small stipulation of having to keep an eye on the students and intervene at a certain condition, he accepted. He fully intended to spend his time hunting for Grimm while participating in Rachel's class lesson, as he had told her he would, but was particularly eager for his own hunt. 'And, with so many students, it should not be unlikely a Grimm or two would be attracted.' He thought to himself. Though he had no desire to have their lives rest in his hands, he chose to view them as acting as bait for his own hunts to allow him to do this task. They would not need to fight nor endanger themselves if he took on the Grimm. So, with that mentality and justification, it was a win win to him. He had packed appropriately. Though it would not be apparent now as his satchel was closed, his pack was filled with red roses and a single white one should the worse come to pass. He had no use for anything else save a small pack of food put there depending how long this class would take. He traveled light, as he was custom to, so that he may remain light on his feet and feel unencumbered in battle if he had it still on. He had not used a scroll to find this spot, instead going over a physical map to know roughly where it was and find it by foot. It was probably why he arrived later than Rachel herself, having to pick through the path by foot and having no real reference for where he was exactly but just knowing the few tell tale signs that he was on the correct path. He had a...disdain, for the more technological. They were useful, that he could not doubt, but he preferred for his fate to rest on himself rather than something that could be broken or give error. Even if the error was more likely on his own end, at least it would be his error and not that of a machine.

Thoughts shifting back to the present, he would move from standing beside Rachel to a nearby tree which had a large area of shade underneath it. He would move Virtue off his back and impale the base of both spears into the ground beside him. Now, leaning his back against the tree with hands behind his head, he seemed relax and perhaps even vulnerable. Which was not the case, as despite his body being in a relaxed position his eyes were scanning the area around him and his ears were intently listening for the sound of any others approaching. Arrogant smile still on his face, he would speak regardless if Rachels attention were still on him. "I suppose all we need to do now is wait for the arrival of your prey...Shall we plan anything special for the last to arrive, if they are late?" Though his voice was calm and brimming with the usual self confidence, but there was a hint of mischievousness at the end. He had been groomed early on to always be punctual, if not early, to anything. Strict lessons were brought about afterwards if he failed to do so. However, he was not thinking anything like what he faced to subject the students to. Rather, he was thinking of a small handicap that could be imposed in the game if Rachel so desired to use. His smile only grew as he added what his own idea was to such a thing, to let her think over in case she wanted to use it. "Perhaps, due to their late arrival and thus losing the advantage on the field of battle, they start off with one less of their lives?" He would say, his smirk almost playful now before it returned to its more calm nature. Having only a general idea of the game, his answer was naturally less literal and more conceptual. It may be severe from what he did know for such a game, but when left unchallenged a person stagnates. There is no change for the better without a bit of turmoil, some challenge, to push them past their own limits. Still, he could understand if she decided not to change anything. It was only a suggestion to pass the time as they awaited their charges.

Ora would trudge into the outskirts. She felt like she had just left them for good, and now she was back in them for Class. Sure, she would enjoy the fighting, as it was in her nature, but she knew that if she wanted to truly keep her cover, that she would have to hold back. She missed being able to go full out on people. Her armor would clang against the ground as she walked.

Then she would see the teacher, the scars on her body looked like a warriors, but not one of combat with Grimm, but with weapons. That was interesting, but it made Ora rub her arm, knowing what was under the armor. She too was horribly scared. Maybe that was why the teacher was teaching this class. Ora would also see Lancer. A smile would flash on her face. She knew what she had to do, she had to give the traditional greeting of her people. She would push off the ground, using her strength, and push against a tree, denting it slightly. She then would angle herself to headbutt Lancer. However, she didn't want to really hurt him, so she would shout. "Oi! Lancer!" If she collided with the ground, it would leave a dent in it, from her horns at the least amount.

She wasn't too thrilled for the class. Mostly because she was gonna be in the woods, probably getting lost. Upon arriving she smiled under her mask. Running over she slid next to Ora, the the ram Faunus was still up in the air. "Hey there." With the events of the beach behind them Lena felt her and Ora were close, and possibly in a relationship. Though neither of them had talked about putting a label on it because of the secrets that were shared. "No Dusk or Zed? Did I beat book worm here?" Looking to the boy Ora had called Lancer she gave a wave.

Ella Fletcher
"Would you like to go for a swim?"

Ella entered the outskirts unaccompanied, she had spent some much needed time with her brother Conrad and been training throughout the weekend. As she arrived, she quietly sat down, crossed her legs and brought her backpack around to sit on her knees. Ella rummaged through her bag and brought out the same book from Friday, she had been keen to finish it and almost had. Placing her backpack back around, she began to read the book, however Ella was smart, and so she began to read her book and assess her fellow classmates at the same time. Some faces were familiar, however, some were also not.

"I wonder if any of my team will arrive in due time.." she said. Her team had only been formed throughout the weekend, and to her surprise both Henryk and Remus were in it, she was actually quite pleased that she wouldn't have to introduce herself to any more men. Ella observed the teacher, and watched her movements closely. "She seems to be preparing something, this isn't going to just be a sit down and listen class..." she said, sighing a little at the prospect of potentially having to do more physical things. Ella enjoyed using her brain, not necessarily her body though.

Before long, she started getting more engrossed in her book again, reading the last few pages before others started to arrive.

Quiet and quick to get ready that morning, the petite young woman had wished her little panther a good day before heading out with her new team. Though, still being quite new to this area, she would gladly follow one of her companions that were more familiar to the country. As they would walk, her mossy green eyes would take in all that could see with quiet and open excitement. Though she was looking above, she tried to keep pace with her fellow classmates. Unfortunately, falling behind only a little bit when her attention was stolen by a new plant she wouldn't see back at home every so often.

As she would walk on, she was careful of her dark peasant-style dress' long skirt so as not to snag it on the bushes or fallen branches. It was so pretty, she thought to herself in silence. Maybe, just maybe, she could come here on days when they had downtime or when she would need time to herself. As she remembered this morning, she would leave her weapon inside the dorm with the others, only walking with her tall oak quarterstaff that she would bring as a walking stick for the most part. If her teacher had an issue with it though, she would gladly leave it beside their instructor.

Strangely, as she had been told of their other teammate, she did not see the other girl which she had hoped to meet before classes. She shrugged it off mentally though as she would meet the girl soon enough. Smiling to herself, she closed her eyes a little as the sweet songs of the birds up high lifted her spirits, reminding her of mornings on the farm. She felt a little homesick but pushed that away, so she could focus on the positive; she was making new bonds with people.

Humming softly to herself as she walked...she would find herself separated once again from her teammates. "When did I enter the bushes??" She panicked before she would find a path that would lead roughly in the direction of the clearing that they were sent on their new devices they were given...and still trying to figure out. It wouldn't be long though before she would see the entrance to a clearing ahead of her; much to her relief. In her hurried excitement to reach the clearing though, she would have the not-so-graceful misfortune of tripping over a small rock and tumble rolling in to the clearing with a small, high-pitched cry of surprise, landing on her rear; her staff still tightly in her grasp.

Dusk wasn't excited for this class it happened to be the one she was hoping not to be in. She was used to the woods and easily found the place a few hours before but decided to explore around the place a little and as she enters the clearing from behind the teacher she realizes she might, in fact, be late now. It seemed like her teammates were all there, wait where was Zed! He better show up if she had to be here. She makes her way around the teachers and looks over at her two other teammates they seemed close and hard to get in between. Maybe she should of went swimming with them but she really didn't know how to interact with people making the fact she was a leader kinda funny to her.

Well, vacation was over. Of course, Zed felt a bit bad about the fact that he couldn't really get to hang out with his friends, due to the fact that some personal things were going on with Ora. Of course, Zed couldn't even swim in the first place. The entire time, he basically had been conversing with Dusk about things in general. Zed couldn't really always remember the details of things in that nature, but it definitely felt as if Dusk knew that Zed was her childhood friend, whether he'd disguise himself or not. So since that was done, Zed would be looking up at the sky in the trees, thinking about most of the ways he can get a better feel with his team. Ever since that day when he first came into Vale, so much had to be relearned instead of just fighting with a newly discovered Semblence to survive in battles. Looking down, Zed would see that all three of his team mates were here, as well as other students. Yo... Zed would say, as he dropped from the tree trunk, and onto the floor. He landed perfectly and with no stagger either. So class time, eh? You guys ready? Zed would smirk to them.

Remus looked up from his scroll as he guided the way to where the class was supposed to be held at. He was in all honesty using it more to check on other things than as a map. The location wasn't too hard to find really. He was fully geared up for hunting bear. Which was frankly how he usually was. Along his belt and pockets were all the usual pouches, kits, and tools. Compared to when Henryk saw him for the first time on the beach the only real difference was the weapon he carried. All tucked away neatly with the twin blades sheath away behind what seemed to be a few quiver like things loaded with arrows. Remus definitely didn't have that with him when they first met in passing. Following along behind him should of been the majority of Team HARE. Ella hadn't been at the dorms which forced a conclusion that she must of left ahead of time. That was at least the conclusion that would be the best possible outcome. If she had left they would be wasting their time looking for her. If she hadn't left they would lose time on the questionable outcome of whether or not they would actually find her and still have time to make it to class on time.

He pocketed his scroll after checking their location once more. "We should almost be there." He said as he turned around. The moment he did his face went flat as he pointed at Henryk and then shifted his finger to point at a place behind him. A place that was currently occupied by thin air. "Um, Henryk... Where'd Chloris go?" The third member of the group, and the second person Remus had needed to guide out to the outskirts location where this class was scheduled to take place at was gone. She had been lagging behind a few time. Well actually many times but Remus was sure he wasn't going so fast they would of lost her that easily. 'Come to think of it she had started humming a short while ago. So when did the music stop...? It wasn't that long ago... So she wandered out of ear shot maybe... a minute ago, perhaps two...' If that is the case there is no way she could of gotten too far away. Should he call out for her? Maybe he should send his friends to find and guide her back.

Before he made any decisions a short lived high pitched scream came through the trees. Remus's blue eyes immediately locked onto the direction of the source of that cry. A soft sigh escaped from his lips. There was no doubt about the owner and his feet were already moving as he pushed some low branches out of the way. "Well best go collect her. You coming Henryk? The class should be just up ahead around the bend on the path." He left Henryk with the option to go on ahead on the path or tag along. Even though Remus was already off in the brush if Henryk decided to follow it wouldn't be hard to do so. Just follow the sound of rustling leaves a few yards ahead of him.

Remus pushed his way through the last of the undergrowth and sure enough found another small path. On which was the objective of his cross forest trek. She was on her bottom but it looks like everyone likely missed seeing how she ended up there. "Are you ok, Chloris?" He asked while offering her a hand up. He couldn't help dust her off though so instead continued talking while she got herself straightened up. "You really do get distracted by plants easily don't you? All set? Then lets go." He gestured with his hand towards that clearing she had noticed before her fall. If his bearings were right it should be the same one the other path was going to, just coming to it from something like sixty degrees further to the west.

XXXThere would be no hesitation from the sound of the voice behind her. Rachel by no means was good with being snuck up on and seemed to startle quite humorously as a result. Though she quite used to the voice from arrogance embodied, it didn't change the startle factor. The second he spoke, Rachel's bag of meat had been tossed in the air while Rachel herself had flipped around with both her Nomz activated; vambraces riddled with teeth ready to clock and shred whoever was behind her. Fortunately, since being at Beacon she had gotten better at not just straight up attacking any sound that takes her by surprise. Instead, it would be preparation, only to have an expression of annoyance at the sight of Lancer. With a heavy groan, she'd nonchalantly toss her hand out to grab the bag of jerky she had thrown up in her panic. "Christ mate, ya know better than to be walkin' up on me like that. Almost nommed your arse. " Though it couldn't be seen due to her mask, her cheeks were quite puffed up in irritation. They've known each other long enough that he should've picked that quirk up from her. Then again, maybe he did it intentionally... It always seemed to happen. Though, quick to happen, quick to forget. Rachel would shrug it off before shifting her mask to take another mouthful of jerky. "Mmmpppmpm fmmppmmmmmmfpmp fmpmfpmmmfmp mpffmfmmfpmpmffpppmfm fmmppmmffpffpmp ppfmpfmpf ffmppffmfpff mpfmmmmmfmpp." Though completely inaudible with her mouth being full and wearing a mask, she still thought that she could nag at Lancer to smack that damn smirk off his face. With a final gulp, she'd sharply inhale before continuing. "Well tough luck mate. I stayed the night out here so I wouldn't forget. So unless you were up for camping, ya didn't have a chance." ... One would think she was joking, but there was a reason her body was so stiff. Once again, Rachel was never the brightest one... She may have very well forgotten about her class, or at least to arrive on time. So, to keep things simple, she just camped out and slept in a nearby tree. ... IT was actually kind of obvious because she had been nawing in her sleep and left a countless number of bite marks on it. It was actually how she got enough teeth for today's class! "Ya know the bird in charge, thought it'd be best if I wasn't constantly showin' the chompers, ya know? 'Fraid of scarin' the first years. I might switch it up with a different mask tho." Rachel continued, reaching at her side to pull out and twirl on her fingers a mask that was arguably more intimating than a fearsome set of jaws. It was from some not so great days, but she could never get herself to part with the only gift she got from her previous master. Even if it was just a means to keep her from ripping him a new one, which didn't even work in the end. ... Oh man, the thought of him gave her heartburn. That was probably the most painful bowel movement she ever had.

After that, she didn't even look at Lancer. Unlike him, she was far from being analytical. She was certain she could feel his eyes on her, but when was that anything new? She was a walking freakshow, and was use to being a center of attention. To his next suggestion, she'd let out a deep and heavy sigh, clearly disappointed. "Lancer. Come on. We've been over this. Aurtrox specifically told me to not kill anyone. So don't tempt me." Honestly, Rachel never intended to keep her history a secret. She was a scary woman, that's all there was to it. What would she do if some kiddo asked her if she ever killed? Tell them yep, and tell them exactly what they tasted like. She'd still do her best to fit in with the rules and systems that she somehow got dragged into, and that meant making sure none of the kids died during class. How boring, right? "I dunno man.. Maybe I can shoot one of them in the leg or something. That'll show'm for bein' late. Right?" Sure, she wasn't allowed to kill anyone, but NOTHING said she couldn't hurt the kids. After all, just as she told Kazuki before he buggered off, they were licensed child abusers. Might as well use that benefit. Now though, her eyes would travel to a sheepel that finally approached the clearing. It did help that there was a loud clanging of metal coming from the girl ... "Huh, neat. But why?" Rachel looked towards the armor cladded faunus with a confused look, only to be surprised by the sudden mobility. The tin can slammed against the tree and ricocheted off straight towards Lancer. What the hell was this even? "Daaaamn Mutton! Comin' in like a wrecking ball! Bahahahaha!" Oh man, she could already tell this girl was going to be a riot. Favorite student, right there. Rachel couldn't help but bust up laughing, relying solely on her upright anchor to keep her from actually rolfing. Now the real question... WILL. IT. HIT?! ... Though, what didn't hit was why the girl was wearing armor. Wasn't there a memo about that sort of thing? ... Wait no, she was too focused on the map... "Ooooooooh shiiiiiiiiiiii....." Straight up facepalming herself. That's when it hit Rachel, she forgot to tell them about the rules of the class... The wonderful suit of armor was a good reminder for her. "Well sh*t. Thanks, Mutton [Ora], I almost forgot somethin' important. ... Ah well, I'll just remember it for when everyone gets here. Hahaha." Oh man, this was great. She couldn't wait to burst all their bubbles when she dropped the bomb of just how this class was gonna work. ... Surely she'd get some upsetti spaghetti folks, but oh well! This is why you don't leave her in charge!

Now though, things were starting to pick up. Voices started resonating in the clearing and people started arriving. One of them even faced a pretty bad and commedic wipeout, tumbling in the clearing which only lead to Rachel busting up laughing towards the girl, but would express a brief concern for her. "Damn lil Blue [Chloris], ya doin' okay there? You're supposed to save the wipeouts for when class starts." Rachel was ready to go over and at least help her up, given she didn't have anything else to do. Though, enabling her laziness, it seemed that one of her own teammates was ready to hoist her up as soon as she bit the dust. So, shrugging it off, she'd return to leaving back against her firmly planted anchor. As she started counting faces, she pulled out her scroll and tried to tap the schedule. ... Though, honestly, she still didn't know how to work this damn thing. After several taps and groans, she'd just throw her scroll against the ground. "Freakin' hate these things. I'll just do a head count." And thus, she'd take a wide scan of the clearing. Lifting her fingers, she'd begin doing the classic finger counting trick to keep track of how many she saw. "Letseeee... Mm.. mm... 4.. 5.... What's next? ... Ya... Okay. Lancer don't count, looks like we got 7 of'em. ... Uh.... Hm.... 9 to go?" Man, maybe learning how to use the scroll would be a bit more helpful. At least she could somewhat do the most basic of math.

Damned perhaps he shouldn't have just left her at the beach like that back then. Jentel was already in attendance, he was just isolating himself intentionally away from everyone else. The irony of the class was that he was already a survivalist, his hand bag of which he carried and the fact he had traveled here from Mistral with his master with nothing but the clothes on their backs and a little luggage would attest to that. Essentially he was mulling by a tree, awaiting some form of attendance when the time came. Had his team already been here it would make sense that they would likely not have noticed him unless actively seeking him out, at least not where he presently was. He wasn't all that keen about the beach trip in general but after Dae informed him that someone desired to give him the aforementioned suit he couldn't help but draw to the conclusion only one person could have made that request. Rather than having had stayed with his fellow team he left to seek him out to no avail, and now only regret welled in him. Although something he'd yet to have told the pink haired girl. He saw her as only a team mate of whom he served. As painful as that may sound the concept of 'friendship' was lost on him having never truly had anyone to consider friends aside his master. To pass the time and to qwell his anxious heart as more people appeared the knife like protrusion he had hidden in sleeves would scrape against a tree cutting into it until it a bled sap, and he continued to do this as though a nervous tick.

A familiar object seemed to soaring across the sky, familiar in the sense that Lancer and Ora would recognize it. It would crash touchdown in the center of the field. As the man that came out was the white haired boy whom's life they saved cricking his neck as if having just woken up as the coffin door was of course kicked open as steam expelled from it. Ignoring them as if they never existed so rudely he looked to the teacher of the class with a finger raised drawing to the conclusion that based on her position that oversaw the majority of the attendees that he couldn't be mistaken in the fact she was the teacher. "Kekeke. Is this the survival class? I sure hope so. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to confidently say that surviving is for losers." The coffin jockey who seemingly came out of nowhere then would begin to cause a scene as he extended his arms to other students. Cheerfully with a tone that juxtaposed the grimness of the situation. "Why waste your time surviving? You're all gonna die anyway! It's a losing game. Everyone you love, everyone you care about, they're all gonna die eventually. That is to say if they're not already dead. Ah," He snapped his neck back towards Rachel, carrying with him the dubious smile attributed to most villian's although he wasn't one. At least probably not, as per the previous analysis on the lancer, he had yet to do anything villainous but he was most certainly deranged. "Suffice to say, since I have no interest in being alive, Allister Gideon Vanstrauss, I'll be ditching this class...catch you later." It looked like he tripped as he fell back into the very coffin he came out of this motion doubling as an evasion of anyone whom tried to attack him if they took offense. Raising a finger the coffin shut itself with him inside before the teach could give him a good scolding. One of its sides then slid open as the coffin bey bladed into the sky as another panel slid open can began to carry it off into some indiscriminate location. Into the outskirts. Well, if he had a death wish he'd certainly find it there...and what kind of stupid teacher would send students to the depths of the outskirts to drag his rude a** back. He did essentially..call the class pointless though in a backhanded way what with his scene and all. The last laugh was his to relish in.
