"I'm doing better now that I've had some proper rest, though I guess I owe Kailani a favor, as she save me." Moira smiled before sitting down at the table, the chair creaking under her weight, making her feel a little uneasy on if she might break it. "Starving, actually.." she said quietly before looking over the food, unsure on if there was a ritual, she didn't seem to really care as she reached for the nearest food item and began to eat, though after a couple mouthfuls, she stopped, swallowed, and looked to him.
"I have a question about something, I woke up and found a strange mark on my leg, would you happen to know what it means?" she asked, reaching down to her leg and pulling up her pant leg to just show the marking, unsure on if it meant anything.

Sigen looked at the mark, tilting his head slightly. "That is the mark of ithil... Those in the Ravenspyre family have that crest. Kailani has the same mark on the back of her neck." he answered, looking it over carefully then nodding. "That symbol would mean you belong to the same family as Kailani... which is.. strange to say the least as you are not an elf. Where dis you acquire such a marking?" he asked quizzically.

"Ravenspyre?" Moira looked at him, confused, though a strange feeling of dread and concern hit her like a wave as she heard that Kailani also had the same marking. If it was a family thing, then there was really only one real answer to who's line that came from - the side who had black hair and red eyes. "I... it showed up after last night. I didn't have it before..." She leaned forward in her chair, running her hand through her short hair and sighing. "If it's...if it's a family thing, I have a feeling it has something to do with my grandmother. She's a dark elf, and like Kailani, she has red eyes. Granted, I can't really say much else about her because she and I have never really been on good terms..."

He nodded, "The Ravenspyre family... it's the family that Kailani came from,. that's all I know." he answered sympathetically. "The red eyed elves are known as Ingolënosta... they don't have much magic... but that's all I really known about them. I know Kailani is one, and I've tried to find out as much as I could about them... but she's the only one left now, so it's difficult to find information about it... Your best guide for information on the Ingolënosta... is Kailani herself." he spoke calmly then sighed. "The rest of the elves on Treles have blue or indigo eyes.. so Kailani is something of a wonder around here.. not that I have ever complained of such a matter. It is what makes her a wonder in my eyes. A beautiful gem among common rocks, if you will." he tried his best to explain, but the analogy was lost in the language barrier it seemed.

Moira let out a sigh and closed her eyes, shaking her head a bit before opening them and looking over to Sigen. "Well, my grandmother had Red Eyes as well, so I guess to some extent, they're related - and in turn, I'm related to Kailani...which is funny because I had been suggesting to her that I could adopt her as she didn't seem to fit in too well when I first met her - I just want to make sure that she gets guided in the right direction as she grows, or what she has left of growing. Growing up without any direction is difficult ...but that's an entirely different topic." she laughed a little bit and took another bite of the food to think.
"It's always possible that there are more, like my grandmother, out there in the world. The world is a large, large place. I've traveled across it trying to find one of my loves recently, and it's surprising what you can see out there."

Sigen listened to Moira carefully, a sympathetic smile on his face. "It may be likely that your grandmother knows where more Ingolënosta are.." he paused, "Maybe it's best you take her from this place.. The angel she brought with her last time she came here had told me that Kailani was unhappy in Drisall. She may look happy here in Treles, but I have the feeling she is just as unhappy here. She needs someone to guide her. Despite her free spirit, I can only watch her continue to be directionless." he frowned, "There was a time in which I had hoped she would one day accept me and I could help provide that guidance, but I know that her destiny is elsewhere.. Not trapped here in a life she doesn't want. If you could convince her... It would be a blessing in it's own right. " he spoke softly, with a sense of pain in his voice.

"Well, I told her if she ever changed her mind, that the offer still stands. If not that, she'd always be welcome to come visit me." Moira smiled before standing up, "I should go out and talk to her, but thank you for the chat, Sigen. You're a good kid." she reached over to gently pat his shoulder before heading outside to check on Kailani, worried about her as it had been long enough for her to worry, more so from whatever had happened last night.

Sigen nodded, "I pray to the gods she takes your offer... even if it puts her further away, at the least she will be happy." he commented then watched her stand. He simply nodded as she spoke, then moved into another room himself, leaving Moira to go and talk to Kailani, giving them some more privacy.
As Moira opened the door, the pungent scent of blood filled her nose once more. Instead of seeing the scene of the village clear from the window when she had been inside the house, the open door revealed the same dark forest from the previous night. Moira would only then realize there was no house at all, only darkness and the faded colors of her wooded surroundings of trees and thick-leafed plant life. Her snout covered in dark sticky blood and at her feet the half-eaten carcass of a wild boar.
There were howls in the distance once more before it became silent again. There was no sign of anyone near her, just her and the boar. Though, there was a faint smell something earthy and slightly starchy, it felt familiar but hard to place as a gust of strong wind blew through and something moving caught Moira's eye. A red poppy that had been caught on a hand-woven satchel tore loose in the strong wind and fluttered off through the trees and down a drop off just ahead. The sound of violently flipping paper as the book that seemed to have been thrown from the satchel when it hit the floor, was turning through pages of elvish writing, formulas, and calculations. Finally, setting on the same pages that Kailani had showed her back at the cafe. The four stones, all hand drawn and colored two of them were blue, one light one dark, the other two were harder for her distinguish if they were the same colors as each other or different, but she knew they weren't blue. There were notes that detailed the stones as wind, water, fire, and earth.
The moon still visible in the sky, but much lower now as it was still bright enough to illuminate the area. There were no other sounds beyond the rushing winds, it was hard to smell anything over the scent of blood from Moira's fresh kill, and in the ground was foot prints, hoof marks, and paw prints in all directions within signs of struggle from either the killing of the boar or someone running about in a panic, it was hard to tell.

Quickly being thrown back into the giant wolf form, Moira took in a deep breath, causing the scent of blood to make her stomach growl slightly. Licking her maw, she looked around, ears twitching at the silence, though as she followed the earthy scent, soon spotting the poppy. Padding over to it an sniffing it, she shook her head quickly, as if trying to not sneeze, before pawing at her long snout. Moving over to the book, she put her large paw on it when it showed the page with the four stones. Leaning down, she sniffed at the page and then looked up, ears twitching at the rushing wind.
Shoving her snout into the earth near the amalgamation of foot, paw, and hoof prints, she huffed at them before looking up and around the blue-tinted world.

Taking in all the scents of the surrounding, when Moira shoved her snout into the earth below her, she could begin to distinguish the different smells in the air when she lifted her head.
There was the smell of blood that not only came from the boar, but also towards the drop off where the poppy had been blown off of to the right of her.
There was the smell of the boar which not only filled the area she was in, but the surrounding trees and back down a trail behind her.
There was the smell of other wolves as they moved to the left toward the sound of howls in the distance, their cries to the wind calling out to say one of their own was injured and responding howls calling for home like a beacon.
Finally, there was the smell flowers just ahead of her, it was faint, but it was the same as she experienced before when she chased after Kailani, mixed with the scent of the poppy she had just smelled minutes ago.
Where will Moira go: To the right, towards the smell of blood. To the left, towards the smell and sounds of wolves. Behind her, towards the smell of boar. Foward, towards the smell of flowers. Stay there.

Sniffing the air, she followed the scent of the blood where the poppy had been blown to, her instincts deciding to take her that way. Something was urging her on, urging her towards the scent of this blood, this new blood. Carefully picking her way through the trees, she kept low to the ground, trying to keep as silent as possible.

Following the scent of blood, Moira slowly approached a drop off, a ledge that was slick with mud, as peeking over the edge would show blood on the rocks below and a broken array of flowers the same that had been growing in Kailani's house. The blood still fresh as the scent continued on ahead into the trees, there were drag marks of blood along the rocks that also pulled further into the forest.

Peeking over the edge, she narrowed her eyes before turning towards the trail of blood, the scent still thick in her mind and nose. Opening her mouth, she took in a breath to get a better whiff of the blood, hanging her tongue out of her mouth before closing it. Following the trail into the forest, she continued to keep low, sniffing every so often.

Following the trail and smell of blood, the pungent scent of boar was returning yet again. There were now sounds of someone running, biped creature, injured and likely the source of fresh blood. "Kela!! Kela tuulo'amin!!" a desperate voice cried out. She could hear the fear deep in her voice as she screamed out again, "Ai'er saesa amin tu!!"
Following that familiar voice, Moira would find at the edge of a very large cliff was Kailani surrounded by wild boars that threatened to push her from the edge into the deep darkness below. The pigs squealed and shrieked at her angry and wild as Kailani continued to back up until there was no more room to move.
Clutched tightly in her hands was an orb much like the one that the wolf pup had in its mouth, this one a soft bright blue that mixed with milky whites like a cloudy swirling sky. Half of Kailani's face was covered in blood and her right legging ripped and blood running down from her thigh as though she had barely escaped being gored through by the tusk of a boar during her haphazard escape.

Rushing forward along the trail of the biped creature, Moira laid eyes on the collection of wild boars and a familiar face. Letting out a low growl, she went low to the ground, slowly padding forward before lunging towards the closest boar, intent on taking it down. In her mind, she had already decided that Kailani was someone she wanted to protect, and because of that even in a wolf form, she was going to try to do just that.
