So I'ma give you one of my favorite meals to make. <3 Taco Pasta:
1lb of ground beef 1 box of pasta[rotini works best but s'getti noodles are fine] 2 bottles of taco sauce 1 packet of taco seasoning diced tomatos Shredded cheese[we typically use the mexican shredded] I typically use like...4 packages but I'm a cheese fiend. 8D; Shredded lettuce
Cook the pasta, and while that is cooking, cook the burger. Once the burger is cooked use the taco seasoning as directed on the packet in the meat. After the noodles are cooked/drained, dump them and the meat into the pot. Add in the taco sauce, you may not need the full two jars, it's your preference. Then mix in some of the cheese...if you want. I do because as mentioned above, I'm a cheese fiend. xD; NOW you take the yummy goodness out of the pot and put it into a baking dish. At some point during all of this you'll have diced the tomatos. Throw them on top of the pasta mix. Then lettuce on top. THEN, cover the lettuce with shredded cheese. Put in the oven at about 350, for about 10 or so minutes to melt the yummy cheese, and then voila! Taco pasta. <3
