Lennard was ushered towards a counter, where two attendants assessed him, giving him a once over and taking stock of what he had on his personage. He was dizzy and having trouble focusing. He could ascertain he was being weighed in some how. When the number 95 popped up on the screen he gave a yelp of surprise when a collar was strapped around his neck. A little LED panel flickered to life with the given result.
"He's got a few nice things!" The first male chimed in sweetly before spying the value of this one. "Oh." He added in a flat tone. "Well then. He's not even over 100." The first attendant narrowing his gaze on Lennard.
The other smirked shrugging his shoulders. He leaned in and appraised the redhead. "I hope you enjoy your stay. Good luck..you'll need it." He laughed pushing the others stuff back into his grasp.
Green angry eyes stared indignantly at the two male attendants before snatching his pack back and storming away from the counter.
He had twenty four hours to earn enough coins to buy his freedom. He'd be damned if he failed at this game.
Not when the prize was his own life.

Several things had gone wrong today. Stepping into the casino seemed to be the largest one. She had been hit on by some strange guy, drugged probably and pulled into a strange dark room and then had to choose between two people (okay, that wasn't all that terrible, it was just annoying and pedantic).
Now she was being judged by two rude looking people, making and taking notes about her very being. Didn't they know she was a beautiful creature? How dare they say she was overweight and comment on her age. Who cared if she had all her hair and her limbs.
They made circles around her and she just stood there and glared. And what made it worse was when they were done they snapped a collar on her neck, "hey!" Her hands instantly reached up to it and tugged at it. "This is dehumanizing!"
But they didn't care to comment on that. They were already gone. Her bucket of coins awaited her as well as the rest of the casino.
This sucked.

Noah couldn't believe this was happening. She was being looked over like a piece of meat, or some other prized animal that could be bought and sold. Was she angry? Oh she was so beyond that point. Afraid? Maybe a little but mostly angry. How could this possibly have happened to her? Where did she go wrong? Noah watched as the two women looked her over, pointing out various parts of her and whispering to the other something. Noah wasn't too sure what they were talking about but she didn't like it. Could someone put her out of her misery?
Just when Noah was about to open her mouth when a bright light began to flash on the collar they had placed around her neck. What the heck? Of course the collar part was odd enough but now it was lighting up? Why? It was then she saw flashing numbers on the screen.
"What is this?" Noah frowned, tugging at the collar.

Noah sat in a seat in front of a small machine that apparently indicated it was a Jackpot giving machine. Well, it was called a slot machine but you could win the jackpot. Either way, she was going to do this! Noah began to pull down on the large pulley and waited for whatever was supposed to happen, happen.
Then a miracle happened. All three were the same and for a moment, Noah thought she was just going to get a couple coins until a huge load of coins began to fall into the tray. However, they didn't stop until 1,000 of them had been distributed. Noah gasped and glanced between the tray and the machine. Did that just happen? Where had this sudden luck come from? This was her first pull and she manages to win 1,000 coins! Noah exclaimed excitedly, did a few dance moves and then collected her coins. She was going to get herself out of this mess.
Noah paused in her steps as she looked around at the others who still wore collars. A glance at her own told her she only needed to use 90 on herself. What about the others? Noah sighed and rubbed at her face. Well, she'd have to help them too.

James was then rudely shoved back into the casino proper before he could recover.
It was then he realized that most of the faces in the casino were familiar. The air wasn't that of casual debutante - it was far more anxious and desperate. Furtive glances were shot to the guards around the room, preventing any escape, and everyone seemed to be wearing an odd collar...
It wasn't long before James had his own. The part of him that wasn't still shell shocked at watching the poor boy die was disappointed that his value seemed, well, low.

If Sawyer was insulted that these schmucks thought they could assign her a monetary value based solely on her physical condition, she was even more insulted that her value was so low. To be fair, a lower value meant she had to expend less energy in buying her freedom, but even so... Glancing around, she saw that most values on other collars ranged from ninety to one-hundred and forty coins, putting her somewhere in the middle. Some quick math, revealed that she was perfectly average. She bit her tongue. It was a mistake she would make them regret.

Greta stayed very carefully still as two attendants came up to her and seemed to simply assess her. She couldn't move, she was terrified but it almost seemed faraway. She closed her eyes to whatever it was the attendants were doing.
She only opened her eyes up again when suddenly they were putting a collar on her. It said 85 and Greta understood.
