Placing judgment on an Avaar War Lord, who attacked the bulding with a goat of all things, wans't her idea of my first day on the job. "So .. you answered the deahts of your son and clansman with a goat?" She asked again wtryng to not raise an eyebrow or show her obvious confusion. poise as vivien would say was needed.
"I asner was was my cutom by smacking your hold in goats blood." The war lord said, Ylva was enbarassed that she had forgotten his name again. "My son got feisty and met with your Insuition when he only wanted to fighte Tventors."
'Hmm.' Ylva could see where this was going. "So you claim no responsibility fo ryour son's actions to wards my life than?" She asked.
"My half brained son was stupid and went beyond his reach. I have other sons with more in the their heads than to cross a power greater than themselves. Do as youwill Inquisitor you'e earned the right."
'Have I?'[/] Ylva woulnt voice but still this was.. hard. She had never sat in judgment of another life .. well that was another lie right there. "Chief Morbran your actions are forvable but they can not be repeatded. You and your clan shall be banished to Tevintor with as mahy weapons and armor you can carry."
The Avaar was so thrilled he laughed outwardly and everyone seemed to breathe a sigh of relief.

"You watch her more than toehrs though. Evauate even." cole was sitting ont he table cross legged watching Solas, studying him. "I can't read you like I cant hr. .... Why is that?"

Ylva didn't need tllign twice, though she thaught she'd seen Verric at the enterance hall earlier he wasn't there now. Than again the castle was so vast he could be anywhere. Tavern maybe? Worht a shot. Walking into a Tavern was still alittle strange for her, despite this being in her castle as it was. The Chargers were drunk, again and she found Bull easy enough. "Hey Bull, uh queshton you seen Verric?" she asked trying to be heard over all the noise.
"hey Chief watch it she's going elsewere!" One of the Chargers laughed out loud which made Ylva turn a slight shad eof pink in enbarassment.

"You and the Iron bull watch in simiar ways though. You watch each other because you both note deceit int he toher." Cole spoke softly while carefully examing the thing on Solas table.

"Thanks." Ylva turned to get out before she had to hear another comment, frankly she never liked being at the end of those jokes. Harlemss though they were they made her uneasy, she was surrounded by humans and races that acted like them. She had reasn to fear. Once outside she was hit with a realization. .. she didn't ask which battlement.
"Crap." she muttered under breath while looking around and realized this search would take her all day at the rate she was going. She could turn around anda sk but.. that would require going through the Tavern agiana ndhaivng drunk humans look at her.

"To want is difficult yes." Cole wasn't asking while his hand dwelled ont he book ont he desk. "Truth is painful thogh it is craved. Fear is natural because it is real and the purest of all emotion." hs voice had taken an errie knwoign tone to it, almost cold. Does the Halla fight or flee when the wolf is near?"

"Thanks." She muttered awakedly before shuffling toward the stairs wondering why she hadn't bothered asking inside. Than again trapped animal in a cage full of uncertainty. She found Verric eventually and he seemd more interested in his drink at the moment. "So you mentioned to Joshphine you wanted to tlak to me?" she asked coming up beside him and leaning on the wall. The view was nice she'd admit that much, a bit high evne for an elf to get used to but still nice. "You seem distracted also just pointing out."

Cole looked at Solas, really looked at him. Wihtout blinking or moving there was no trace of movment int he spirit, as if he was tyring to actually look behind the walls Solas put up. "I understand." He said after sometime. "though I cannot see Ylva I feel things form her. Pain and fear are the most paramount now days. Even at Haven it wasn't fear of the Elder One it was fear of something else." He thaught for a moment. "Blood in her past. so much blood but hard to see bheidn the shine but blood .. blood is always easy to see.

"There was pain but it wasn't the driving force of the blood. Rage, hate .. revenge. That's what drove it. ..... She liked it when the blood came and than she made more come in greater fold." Cole was looking more at the book now but than looked back up at Solas. "She hurt people. Badly. She hurt them with the blood like they hurt her."

"That's appreciated thanks." She already was feeling the weight of her role and it hadn't ene been a day. 'And I haave Creators knows how manymore months of this. ears even.' "Your friend is more than welcome here and sense this wasn't made ublic I'll assume you want his arrival hidden." She was getting that feeling again.

"ou wanted to see me from what I overheard." Ylva poked her head into Solas's study. She noted the room looked more painted and homey tha n the first tme she saw it. "Place looks nice dindt know you painted." She said going up to one wall that was down, it was really nice. "There nice." She complimented it while looking up to the top of the library towere where she knew Leliana was working.
"So you found a new story of the Fade to tell me?" She asked with a slight smle,she always loved his stories. And Verrics, hell she loved stoires in general.
