Another hour passed and no sign of the ferry. It didn't much matter, as Resa had joined Eon in dreamland, falling asleep with Carnivine as her pillow. The Flytrap had laid down on the porch with it's beloved. It didn't mind being used as a pillow, having been doing so for the past four years he'd known Resa. Another hour passed, and finally a ship pulled up to dock, but by then, even Saga had fallen asleep. Rotom was the only one to notice what was going on, watching as an elderly man with a Wingull on his shoulder made his way up the dock to his house. A grin passed his lips when he found the two girls asleep on his porch. "Well, Peeko. We didn't catch any fish, but it seems our house snagged to record breakers." The old man chuckled to himself, Peeko letting out a caw. "Shh now, Peeko. Wouldn't want to wake them. Let's just get the boat ready. I bet they're here to get ferried to Dewford." Turning around the old man headed back towards his boat, humming a tune as he went.

While the old man and his Wingull got the ship ready, Eon finally woke from her nap. Groggy, it took her a few seconds before she realized what had woken her up. A boy was calling her from down by the sea. Her vision cleared and she could see it was the male from earlier, the one who had insulted Resa. Glancing around she found Resa still passed out on the porch. a soft smile crossed her lips before she slowly picked up Nori and Saga, setting them down the porch. It didn't take much to wake them though, as both woke while being moved. Eon held up a finger to her lips, sleep making her somewhat groggy and sluggish. "It's that loudmouth from earlier." Eon whispered. "I think he wants something...." Glancing back towards the male, he was impatiently waiting for Eon to come over, beckoning her over once he noticed she was looking his way. A roll of her eyes and she started towards him, slowly. Saga and Nori quickly joined, trailing behind Eon.

"What do you want?" Eon asked once she was within normal talking distance from the male. "What do you think? I want to battle you." He stated. It honestly shocked Eon. She took a step back, holding up her hand. "Battle? But I thou-" "I borrowed some Pokemon from my father, he just caught them so he said it was fine." That was oddly explained.... what was he hiding? Whatever the case, Eon felt she knew where this was going. She'd insulted him, so he wanted payback. "Fine." She replied, folding her arms. The boy quickly sent out his first Pokemon, a Throh. Eon quickly scanned the odd looking Pokemon to find out it was a fighting-type. Wouldn't it be something if little Nori knocked out his big strong looking Pokemon? Nori seemed all for it, scuttling forward. The boy stifled a laugh. Pretty much the same reaction Resa had when she saw Nori. "Nori, Electro Web!" Eon called. The boy switched to serious mode. "Throh, Bide!" He ordered. The Throh held forward it's hands, appearing to be pushing something not there, unfortunately whatever 'bide' did, it didn't do it any fortune. It was instantly knocked out by the electrified web Nori had spit up. "T-hroh... grr, you got lucky!" He shouted, sending forward another Pokemon, this time a Crogunk. Eon scanned this one too. "Use Astonish, Crogunk!" The boy called. "Use Electro Web again!" Eon called back. The Crogunk's attempt to startle Nori was met with a web of static electricity to the face. It fell back, coiling in pain until finally the boy returned his fallen Pokemon. "Grr!!!" He was beyond words any more. Sending out his third Pokemon he simply growled in anger and pointed towards Nori. Not knowing what to do, the Throh simply went for a leer. Once more it was met with a deft expression from Nori. She wasn't some scardy-bug. She spit one last web of electricity at her foe, knocking out the second throh as she had the first one. The boy was huffing in anger like a Coal-powered train going full speed. Eon simply grinned, that was far easier than her battle with Resa.

Unsurprisingly Giovanni got a little lost and wasnt even able to find Petalburg till mid day. He was however suprised by the size of the city. Are all cities and towns in Hoenn this small? He wondered to himself before continuing further into the city.
Gio found himself once again watching a trainer do battle, this time with another separate trainer. It seemed like the green haired female was able to make short work of her aggressor and Gio could say he was impressed. He walked up to her "Hey, way to go!" he congratulated her "It seemed like you didnt have any trouble at all with that trainer" not wanting to seem like some random stranger he decided to introduce himself "The names Giovanni Versechi, and I guarantee you In probably the best Steel trainer around, Im also Olivines infamous troublemaker. Although that last part isnt so much so anymore I guess" he said with a smile and a thumb point

Eon was suddenly taken off guard when a male approached her. She turned her attention to him as she crouched down to pick up Nori. "Thanks.." She quickly replied. Standing back up she turned to face the male, raising her arm as Nori scuttled her way towards her perch on Eon's head. "That's certainly a mouthful." she finally replied after he was done introducing himself. "I'm... Eon, I actually have no clue who I am or was, or where I came from." Raising a finger to her cheek she scratched it nervously. "Sorry, to depressing? Uh, anyway.. Steel-types huh? Like, what sorts of steel-types?" Anything would honestly impress Eon, given her lack of Pokemon knowledge... it was amazing she even remembered how to talk and walk after losing her memories. Lowering her hand down to hold onto the strap of her bag, she let a small smile cross her lips.

So her name was Eon? Was she really sure about that? I mean after all she didnt know anything else about her. "If you dont know a whole lot of things like that maybe you brainwashed" Gio suggested with a complex puzzling stare.
She changed the topic to his Pokemom and this perked him up alot more. With a smile and flick of his bag Gio was back to grabbing the balls out of it. "My number one is this guy here my Lucario" he said pointing to the Pokemon behind him. He started to let his Pokemon out of there balls. "That Steelix there? Hes Rusty and hes got a bark just as loud as his bite" he said as he pointed at the rock snake. "That Skarmory is one of the quickest birds you could ever imagine. Ive technically had her since I trained with Jasmine. There is my Metang, hes strong but hes pretty carefree. Then my Prinplup. Not a Steel type yet but when it evolves it will be. And last but not least, here is my Aegislash. Dont be afraid though you will be protected when its around" that was his team and he knew it. He wanted to capture all the Steel types but thag was another story. "Maybe you know what kind of Pokemon it is you like to train?"

Eon tilted her head to the side when he mentioned being brainwashed. That could be true, who's to say the people weren't lying about her falling from the sky. That was a pretty farfetched story to believe, but heck... what was she suppose to say about it? Whatever the case, she returned to the here and now when Giovanni began releasing his Pokemon. She hadn't even noticed the Lucario standing right behind him. Was blindness a side effect of loosing ones memory? Were her eyes forgetting how to see? The Steelix was possibly the most impressive of the team. Possibly just from it's sheer size, not necessarily from power.
Once more Eon was taken off guard when Giovanni asked what type of Pokemon she liked to train. Her eyes trailed across to her rag-tag group of misfits still on the porch, Saga the only one awake. "I-i don't know yet." She replied.. "I actually only just got pokeballs and I guess I've been catching the first new Pokemon I see..." She released a chuckle, but rose a hand to her chin in thought. "Though I have this nagging feeling that Rock-types would be my favorite... or something along those lines." So she knew where Rustburo was? he fumbled in his bag for a minute and pulled put his Pokegear "If not, do you know if you have some sort of Pokegear? Maybe I can get your number and we can meet up later? That way I can see whom you really are" he said with a wink. Of course he was referring to her memory loss and her not knowing who she was.
The ferry pulled up and Eon darted off, Gio followed suit but took his time and pace going over "Do we need to take a ferry to get to Rustburo?" he still didnt know anything about the Geography of Hoenn so this was abit different for him but no different than leaving Olivine for the Whirl Islands.

Eon turned to face Giovanni once more a smile spread wide across her face. "The more the merrier, I guess." She replied. Motioning towards Resa as the female rose groggily from her nap. "Resa's heading there too to, but uh..." Eon's expression turned to one of concern. Giovanni mentioned something about a Pokegear. "Uhh, I..." She glanced back to Resa, but how would she know? "You can get one in Rustboro...." Resa stated, though her words were muffled like a child just waking from a nap. "Rustboro...." Everything was apparently in Rustboro... just how big a city was this place? Eon's eyes widened with an idea. "How about you give me your number and when I get one I can call you?" A brilliant idea if ever she had one.
Resa finally rose from her spot, glancing down the slight incline to the dock below, her eyes widened when she noticed the ferry at the dock. "Oh, The Ferry." Raising from her spot, she motioned for her Pokemon to follow. Eon turned towards Giovanni shaking her head. "No, I'm sure Rustboro is up north." She pointed towards the house, more or less motioning past it to the woods beyond. "Through those woods." Softly chuckling she flashed a smile towards Giovanni. "Another thing I re-learned." With a slight bow she started to back away, heading for the boat. "Well, I hope we meet again... Maybe I'll hit my head and regain my memories by than?" She quickly added jokingly, As if that could happen.

Rustburo was through the forest. Where was Eon traveling to then? It was abit confusing but at the same time maybe their was a method to her madness. "Sorry girls, but It seems I'll be the one making you wait." He informed them. "I just heard from another ship a storm is brewing, it wouldn't do you much good to travel now. Dewford is a water-locked island, and a small one to boot, so it'll be locked down for the storm that's coming." Resa let out a huff, but glanced over to Eon with a grin. "Looks like we're stuck here until that storm passes than." Eon nodded. "I'd head back into the city and get a room at the Pokemon center if I were you. I'm sure the storm will pass by tomorrow morning." With a nod, the old man started back up towards his house, his Wingull landing on his shoulder. Resa and Eon reluctantly started to head back into the city.

As soon as they'd made it back to Resa's home, the rain came. Like popping a water balloon it came down in a straight-line downpour. Eventually the winds caught up, making the sight outside something to behold. However, Resa was well versed in the storms around Petalburg. She quickly shut all the windows shuttered and all then directed Eon to her Living room. It appeared at first that Resa lived alone, but after a bit of snooping Eon noted she had an older brother. She was caught though, when Resa came back into the living room to explain she'd set the tea to boil. "He's traveling." Resa mentioned. Plopping down on the couch she leaned back into it's cushion. "He's been gone for over two years, but he calls every now and then." She continued leaning forward a bit to grab the remote and flick on the TV.
Eon dropped her things down by the other side of the couch and quickly sat down herself. She was a bit less relaxed then Resa which was noted in the way she sat. "Relax, mi casa es tu casa" She chuckled. Nodding Eon pulled off her boots and leaned back into the couch, watching as Resa flipped the channels until finally stopping on the news. Conveniently the weather report had just turned on. Being the local weather it spoke of all southern Hoenn. Storms through the night, just like the boat captain had said. Tomorrow was suppose to warm up intensely, then get cool again for the rest of the week.

After the weather was done, Resa left to fetch the tea. She shouted from the kitchen for Eon to pick out a movie or flip the channel to something she'd like to watch. Eon was... reluctant. Given her current mood, she wasn't sure about even moving. She was lost when it comes the subject of 'what she liked' A movie was her best bet. Standing up she crossed over to a large shelf filled to the brim with DVD's and even a few old fashioned VHS's. The selection was immaculate, but... nothing spoke to Eon, until she came across the very bottom shelf, a movie labeled 'Digging Up The Earth'.
Figuring out how to get the DVD player opened was one task but getting it to the right channel was another thing. Resa eventually returned with the tea and a bowl of freshly popped popcorn. Placing both down on a large coffee table she flipped the channel to the right one, her nose curling. "This is what you picked?" She glanced over to Eon with a smile that suggested she was only joking. "Just kidding, I'm actually into this kind of stuff too." Leaning back into the couch she placed the bowl of popcorn on the cushion between her and Eon. Relaxing once more herself, Eon pulled up her legs, mirroring the way Resa was sitting. It felt odd, but comfortable. Her mind was more on the movie anyway.
