We don't have the license for this game anymore, but we are working towards bringing new games to Gaia as we speak! I'd prefer improvements to existing games first. Last I saw, smashblox was busted (and it long had seemed to have a scoring bug anyway). zOMG! is fortunately back and understandably not really getting much in the way of new content, but at least it would be nice to have it get things like new rewards added. Puzzles, can we get some new ones? In general, games need updated currency/item rewards. I still want Kindred, as our current best currency making game, to become less grindy and monotonous. You are right that we need to improve the existing games, and I promise it is a priority. There are just a few things to finish first....

April 10th, 2018: Lanzer 2sammygate miscthere's a really scary visual glitch when buying fishing rods with platinum. logan's confirmation when upgrading a rod asks if you want to upgrade for like 10k platinum (the actual price in gold). can you fix this? it's scared many newbies off from buying a plus rod, and turning them off from fishing. Yikes. We'll get it fixed ASAP

Wow! Yeah! They really should have. Um, what's a disconnected bucket? if you lose internet connection for even 5 seconds while fishing a bucket, you get "OOPS! you just lost your connection to the game server! stupid game server". and when you reload the game, it only gives you an option to start a new bucket. your disconnected fish are lost forever. what should happen is we get the option to type in a CAPTCHA to save the partial bucket that we disconnected during, or start a new one (some extremely pathetically a**l filterers lose a bucket on purpose if they accidentally catch junk). I am a Facebook Gamer and a devoted Gaian gamer as well. And I would like to talk about the sudden and unannounced removal of Heralds of Chaos on Facebook last May 19, this year of course. I'm pretty sure that Heralds of Chaos is a web browser flash card game that was made by your great team on Gaia Interactive and it was launched originally for Facebook back in 2012, then was launched simultaneously on Gaia Online's main website. It was a fun game to play and I was playing it until now on Facebook. But then, we were saddened and taken by suprised about how we are not informed or no actual announcement from the staff regarding the removal of the game on Facebook. Sure, there was this announcement back in 2013/14 regarding its removal on Gaia's main site: https://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/heralds-of-chaos/heralds-of-chaos-has-been-removed-from-gaia-9-17-13/t.87950001/But, no announcements whatsoever? Even from the main official Facebook page, there's nothing. sad Here are some of my progress and screenshots of when I was playing the game (some are cropped for privacy issues, but it's still on Facebook)(These are some screenshots I've took during my playthrough just this year.): This is after the reset and the removal of HoC when it can still be accessed: (This was on May 19) This is when HoC was taken down entirely: All our progress (all kinds of cards, mission progress, essence, and some CHAOS CASH [Leaving a little precious chaos cash is kinda a habit. Don't ask!]) were reset/deleted and lost forever. Why the decision to remove it now? Should have it been left forever on Facebook to die or be forgotten or is it entirely the decision of your whole committee/staff to take it down and remove it forever for issues or things that I shouldn't know? Did you contact Facebook whatsoever or is it on Gaia's side entirely? If it was a glitch on the server or something, can it be fixed back to work fine? Can our player data be restored in any way somehow because its going to take awhile if we all just start again? I know you've dropped any form of support or technical assistance on this game but, I just wanted to be clarified on this issue if possible and hope to get some answers. In all this seriousness though, Thank you very much! We had a pretty bad database crash last week and some of the old databases went offline, it took a lot of effort to bring backed up databases back up, and our IT team brought back only the mission critical database tables. HoC was one of the affected database I believe. As I wasn't familiar with HoC I didn't even think that the game was working before the database was removed. Sorry for the lack of communication. Thank you for your efforts to make Gaia the best! heart Games: Heralds of ChaosPreviously on the past ATS, the response to a question that Heralds of Chaos is affected by the so called "database losses" from intermittent errors during the server upgrades/maintenance. Ever since then, there has been no official closure or announcement to fix the game or not. My question is "Can Gaia bring it back on Facebook (including the card packs in shops) to be able to play again or it is lost forever?" If it's lost then, I politely request a simple, but meaningful official announcement regarding its closure on Facebook or on Gaia. That, as a player, would give the game respect for its passing. But we do hope that somehow, It can be fixed and be running up again and that would be very nice to play again! Thank You! heart Sorry, last week had been really rough with the payment page outage then the avatar system problems after our backend server security upgrade. I will look into HoC again but again, the situation doesn't look good.

Is it possible to have the game accessible on the Games Section and the Drop-down menu like in zOMG! Thank You so much! Also can the HoC Forum be reopened again if the game is back on Gaia? The remaining HoC community would be very happy( especially me) to finally be back and get in touch with fellow HoC Players. And the Essence to Gold feature to be raised to the current platinum rates? And the card grants error? And the Multiplayer and the Leaderboard? Thank You very much! biggrin Unfortunately both HoC and Monster Galaxy uses Viximo as an adapter to work with Gaia's main site, and a couple of years back Viximo was closed and so was the support for having those games on Gaia. But if the game is working now in facebook (Thank You very much for the fix!), then how is it able to run also in the main site? I was just told that HoC does work on the main site, so I'm probably wrong about HoC also using the Viximo adapter. When wanting to join a tournament, half of the time it says you can't join because the time is ending, while it isn't. And if you can enter, you can't actually click the blocks, and the game ends prematurely, which is a bummer. Could this be fixed? I would just want to know whether the staff is aware of the problem and trying to fix this, or now. Thank you. I agree, it is a bummer. I will do what I can to fix it. Thanks! biggrin We might offer the game once more to Gaias who wish to catch a glimpse of it, though the whole game's code base haven't been worked on by any staff member, I can't promise that we can go in and fix all associated bugs as learning its code will take quite a while as we still have quite a bit of things to fix on the Gaia side. Lanzer Pokemon Trainer Jess Games hi there gaia staff, so my 1st question of the day is can the staff do something to the pinball game and like give it extra better prizes and more platinum? i hardly see people playing the game these days so id like the staff to do a little work for the game so it brings people back to it to see new prize items or maybe some sort of prize pack at a high enough score. We're gonna work on Towns pretty soon. After that Fishing will probably come next. After that we'll probably run a few polls to see which games Gaians would like to see rebuilt. Hopefully pinballs comes on top!

Main reason is because HoC is not an officially supported game, we're still deciding whether or not to offer it on our games page. Lanzer Sanguine Iridescence GAMES: Can Gaia create some sort of trading card game (I'm thinking something along the lines of Triple Triad from Final Fantasy) where players can play against each other or against NPCs, trade/win cards, and collect sets? We've been bouncing back and forth about a trading card game before. I do hope that we have one in the future. 3nodding
