For all the cat items we have, this is a really sadly low number when there are so many tortie lovers out there! Same with more recolors of black & tan shibas. I would love to represent my little bundles of fur more with my avatar. Pleaaaase. I am here for tortie love (Mutie the Cat was my recolor!) I do want to let you know a couple more torts have arrived! September 12th, 2017: Zero Omega Binku_Muja- General Question:If ZOMG runs on flash and there isn't enough people on staff to overhaul the whole game- -won't that mean it will have to be shut down? I was also wondering about astra items as well; what exactly is the plan for dealing with them? Some are part of full blown item sets. I'm not a developer so I can't say this with absolute certainty, but as far as I understand, the "death of Flash" is more that Adobe won't be providing anymore updates for it. Kind of like Windows XP, you can still use it, but Microsoft won't be updating it to secure any issues. Additionally, as far as I understand, no browsers have gone on record stating that they're going to update their software to remove the capability of using Flash, just that it won't be automatically enabled and you'll have to enable it yourself. That, of course, could change, but I don't think I've heard anyone say that Chrome/Firefox would be doing it anytime soon.

I have over 200 of them combined and the only way to get rid of them would be to open and trash each one individually. gonk Sorry the opt out had been on the back burner for a while. There really isn't any authentic Hispanic (*cough* We need a Selena Quintanilla item), Indian (other than Gift From Amma and even that hadn't had a recolor in forever or a re-release), Native American and/or African American (GIVE US DONNA SUMMER AND DIANA ROSS SPARKLING OUTFITS!) items and I know that I'd love to see more variety and for more people to feel welcome/represented here. Is there any chance we could get a list of standard colors? I’m trying to compile one on my own but it’s kinda hard as it varies slightly due to shading. I know it’d be a lot if work though so maybe bit by bit like the Tye Dye ticket colors? I’d use those by colors vary even in there Great suggestion! Though there might have been bugs that cause items to be not marked as available. It would be awesome if this happened, I'm sure the Astra items would be popular again. We are looking into it. It isn't a straightforward conversion.

Lanzer Lady Saxophone Items: Astras With the death of Flash in the near future, I was wondering if there are any plans about what to do with Astras? Will they be kept and turned into regular "still" items? Or will you be leaving the feature alone until the rest of the internet officially kills Flash? We certainly can have a non-flash version of astra item. We've been thinking through different animation ideas but it's a lot of work, and more importantly it takes up a lot more space than Flash as HTML5 don't actually have real animation abilities other than to animate things frame by frame like an animated GIF. Anything we do in the future will probably be similar to the animated background effects. codemonkey37179 2sammygate items/featureseven though you've said in the past that some of the animations would be far inferior under HTML5, wouldn't a far inferior animation be better than none at all once flash is killed? Because the lock has disappeared from all items but those are the only ones that don't have the little 'this item is soulbound' blurb, so people might think they could trade the unopened stamps only for it to not be true. We're actually allowing soul bound items to be trashed or sold back to store, per Gaians requests. Please let me know if you come across any problems. Soul bound items still cannot be traded to another Gaian.

November 29th, 2017: Lanzer Auriga La Shock Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving ^^ Misc: Recently, users discovered that wing stickers, orbs, and shadow orbs were no longer soul bound. Was this intentionally done or is it a bug? There's been some confusion regarding it. Sorry there should have been some messages regarding the changes. The items are still soul bound and cannot be traded to others. The change is that you can now delete soul bound items in your inventory.

I personally love the Astra items and feel it would be a big shame if they were gone forever once flash finally gives up. Is there any chance of reworking them with a different system? (I admit don't really know much about programming, and I realise that no undertaking on Gaia is a small task.) Hope you are all having a great December and aren't feeling too cold. I don't have a solution to the Astra problem. At least not yet. I've done a few experiments but there is not a quick fix. I will keep trying and hopefully have a solution in 2018. All of the rigs that come from before 2k15 don't have play again buttons and it takes forever to open them. Unfortunately it's hard to make a change that affects all older rigs. If there are certain items then we can go in and make the changes, but probably not "all items made before 2016". Lanzer Princess Kunzite ItemsLast week, Lanzer said he was going to ask the artist team about what's going on with Hero's Journey. I'm curious if there's an update to report about it? It hasn't been updated since April 2016 and many of us are still impatiently waiting for any little sign that maybe it might be finished up soon! I haven't gotten a date from the art team yet, I'm sorry.

You look at RIGs especially lately and there's 1-2 male options amidst a sea of 6-10 female options. Even if I do like the male clothes in that RIG... the odds of getting male items is lower because there's fewer of them. Guys play Gaia, too. sweatdrop I'll pass down the request and represent!

It would be great to see this happen and bring the item back into circulation too! I shall give a gentle nudge to the art team.
