When will lake kindred and zomg get updated for platinum conversion rates? Zomg gets 1 plat per kill which is kinda low I'd hope it'd be alteast 5 plat per kill, and on lake kindred its 1 plat no matter what when gold you can get 1 bill 2 bill and so forth.
That's on my to do list, hope I'll get to it after the server move.

Last ATS, I was told by Lanzer that we'd be able to do the Trick or Treating in Barton Town to get the two badges 'Jack O'Smasher' and 'Pumpkin Kin'. However, before the server migration, there weren't any pumpkins by the NPCs to click on to even be able to do the trick or treating. Will this problem be rectified, so we can be able to work towards claiming our badges?

We're putting all our major features on HTML5 and we should have a better mobile experience moving forward.

Turns out zOMG uses a chat server called Jabber to handle group and clan chats. We didn't know about that so now we're getting these messages. Once the dust settles we will add the Jabber server back.

When I try to load Zomg and any other games, all I get is a blank white screen or the initial loading page. Is this due to the server migration or is there another fix?
Which part of zOMG did you get to? Before the server selection or after? Might you have any ad block or plugins that might block flash from working?
There is a problem with our image server during migration, I'll check on it again and we should be able to make it work for everyone. Probably later today.

I have heard rumors that Gaia Towns/Aquariums/zOMG will be discontinued due to the pending discontinuation of Flash, is there any indication of when this is supposed to happen?
There is no date set for anything. We are going to convert as many things to HTML5 as possible. The list of what will be converted and what will not has not been finalized.
Butt Lanzer already said Aquariums and zOMG won't be updated ninja Or is there some reconsideration about that?
Not if he said it. I've 1000s of things I'm working on, so I had not even considered Aquariums and zOMG.

Soooo uh... What's the status of the zOMG fixes, Lanzer? You said a week ago you'd look into it, but nothing has changed and there are still tons of people, myself included, in the games bugs forum who are having the same problem we have for weeks. I didn't even get to do the Halloween event - a lot of us are pretty bummed. No one's heard a peep from you about it since last ATS as far as I'm aware, and it's super disheartening to have missed the zOMG Halloween event entirely
I'm so sorry. I will work on the zOMG issue later tonight, and I'll make one of the servers extend the event for you all that were affected.
zOMG Charge Orbs and Shadow Orbs still appear to be tradable in direct trades, even though the items clearly state they are soulbound... gonk Can this get a fix, please?
I've made a few changes but looks like there's a bug in the system that I need to fix, outside of making the item soulbound. sad

Games zOMG The quest description for quest are missing. Is it the same thing as above? NPC's like Mactaggert are also missing its sprite and looks like a transparent avi. Goof Course badge? The stairs to towards the Old Station are still blocked by the text "These stairs are blocked. You have to find another way out?" script. Can the area be accesible again?

We're in the middle of getting rid of s.cdn links and pointing them to the same server. After that we should have everything working as far as HoC and zOMG goes.
The other zOMG bugs will be fixed, but probably later after the major issues are dealt with.

I waited for like exactly 10 seconds and tried even waiting a minute to click the gifts in the Barton tree but this message keeps popping out "Don't shred all your presents at once. Wait 10 seconds or so between each one." This glitch has wasted nearly a week of opening gifts for me. Please fix it! Thanks heartcrying

I was unable to open any Barton Christmas gifts for the second year in a row. It is stuck on the don't shred message. I posted about it in the game bugs forum last year and again this year. Will you look into this please? Thank you.
Sorry I haven't fixed this bug yet because I couldn't reproduce it consistently. I will try again this week.
When will Jabber be brought back up? Or are there still issues from the migration to be sorted out?
We lost the Jabber server during migration and have to install a new one, we have a few big issues to sort out and afterwards will look into putting the server back. sweatdrop

Broken/Missing Maps (Deadman's Shadow, Bucaneer Boardwalk Full, Coliseum still missing in Barton town, etc.) Uh-oh...I think some areas in zOMG have completely went bonkers. The MapConfig.xml file (S60428 - /S60428/mapconfig.xml) that is in place right now is the 2009 version and completely removed most parts of Deadman's Shadow (Green Room up to the Final Boss), Bucaneer Boardwalk Full and Barton Bar and Graveyard Pier is messed up and many people are stuck on loading screens forever because the areas don't exist at all. The S60427 MapConfig.xml (/S60427/mapconfig.xml) file seems to be the complete one with all those missing maps including the Coliseum one. The Train Station is also inaccesible by a pop-up text that prevents the player from going in which can be found in the Barton Sewers. This is a game-breaking bug and needs to be fixed ASAP.
Fountain Game and the Old Tutorial/The Train Is it time for it to come back? Would be nice to have an option to do it again and the player can have a choice (like a Pop-up Menu) whether to do the quick tutorial (The current tutorial in Village Greens) or a comprehensive tutorial one in the Train. Also, the stairs in the Waterworks to the Train Station is still inaccesible.
Server Cycles, No Forced DC Many suggested only to reduce the current servers from 3 to 1 and bring back the old system of server cycling, not the one right now that forces you to DC at the time of server cycle, where the old server recycles the new one.

We have plans to bring back the train, while the Fountain Game will take longer as I couldn't find some of the essential files needed for the game.
We're also working on adding one more server. Either way, very soon we will be making at least 2 of the servers be on rotation so players on that server wouldn't get kicked out.
We'll have more info on Sweetheart ring soon, most likely yes

I see that there is still work being done on zOMG!, is there any possibility that zOMG! will be rebooted after Flash becomes obsolete in 2020? Or if a similar game will take its place? I know at the moment you guys have so many other things you're all trying to accomplish and we all appreciate it, but it would be a real shame to see zOMG! be brought back and then shut down and discarded again.
We do have some events in mind, but there won't be any big updates as zOMG is a really big game that took 6 engineers 2 years to build. I do want to look into porting the flash client into its own Adobe Air app, but that's still in the research phase.

I will be making changes to the server reboot script, expect it to happen later this weekend.
Jabber error will take a bit longer to fix, as we messed up and couldn't find the old jabber server code. It will take some time to setup a new one.
I thought last week's fix had brought back the coliseum. Will check again and make sure it' fixed tonight.

Sorry a few major bugs creeped in and we weren't able to fix the zOMG issues. I will make a change tonight to deal with the server reset issue, and will put 2 of the 3 servers in rotation. Sorry for your lost progress.
The colliseum issue baffles me, as I've updated the file and it's still not fixed. I'll do some more checking and see why I'm stuck with an older config file.
FEATURES: Zomg can you please fix it so that blue dots for friends show up? blue dots dont seem to show up for most and i believe this would be something most users if not all users would like to see fixed
The zOMG blue dot function might have a limit on size of friendslist. We will optimize and send over only active friends and see if that will fix the issue.

The servers are currently on rotation. They should be rebooted on every rotation, but if there's any problem with the rotation script it might explain why things are laggy. I'll check on it right after ATS.

zOMG 10th Anniversary Celebration/ Integrity Event? People are waiting for the official announcement about the re-release of Integrity Ring through an event or a new quest for players to get it but got shadowed as time goes.
Better Quest Resetter that can actually RESET Main Quests? Will it be fixed? Main Quest Chains are still broken like Gustav are either silent or doesn't accept/complete the questline and skips towards his normal dialogue, and for that reason, the quest is stuck on an endless loop. Looking through the groovy scripts that was gave a long time ago (need more scripts like all Monster and Rings , Player Stats (especially the groovy script for G'hi) plus more Areas scripts please! to be released which can be found in this link -> https://gitlab.com/lanzer/zomg), there seems to be a flaw where variables needed doesn't get reset to certain values to meet, as to reset the quests. I think the player data quest variables are the problem that needs to be reset. Just an opinion though. But that could risk other players which have completed the quest already so its a risky decision. sweatdrop
"Goof Course" Badge and New Upcoming Badges? The grant for the badge for discovering the Goof Course is still broken. Needs bug fix as well. Also, will the Labtech and Seacycle Badges be added soon?

We've fixed the scheduler and the servers had been getting their resets every day. Is the lag happening when there's only one server?
